The apartment is located in a typical antique house of Providencia, restored and remodeled by us to transform it in three independent apartments, maintaining the original materials and spacial quality. It has 70m2 filled with artwork and handcraft in all areas, resulting in a very eclectic and special decor, and is very spacious and bright. It has a private entrance, terrace, high ceilings, original wood floor, two bedrooms and a fully equipped kitchen. - Free Wifi - For a stay longer than one week, free cleaning service every 7 days. - Loan of a card for public transport use (BIP! Card) - Bicycle storage - Fully equipped kitchen where you can have basic supplies such as tea, coffee , sugar, oil and spices. - Bathroom with availability of towels, shampoo , conditioner and soap. - Shared laundry area (first floor) We will always be there to welcome you we will answer your messages immediately via airbnb message, whatssap or mobile. The home is in Barrio Italia in Providencia—one of the most interesting and trendy areas in Santiago City. With lovely cafes, old houses, unique restaurants, and designer shops and antiques, it is a quiet and safe area with lots of fun things to do. We have space for bicycles and free parking on the street. There is bicycle loan service in the neighborhood and we are steps from the cycle path. The metro station is 7 blocks away and the bus stop is 1 block away. The paintings and sculptures that you see in our home are from the local artist Oscar Capeche and the pieces of glazed ceramic are from the Chilean workshop Maiolika.

The studio is great! Comfortable, quiet, glamorous and above all cozy and bright. are 45m2 which include a terrace and a garden on the access. I will be available for any information or assistance that may be necessary during your stay. Recommendations for walks, restaurants, (my favorite EL BACO, French restaurant in Providence, Italian and Creole restaurants)... all the attractions of the city It is located in a residential area near promenades, Cerro San Cristobal, the Sculpture Park, and excellent restaurants, museums, bars and theaters. Providence is ideal for trekking or cycling. Just 10 minutes from the subway. If you are coming from the airport, I recommend taking an OFFICIAL TAXI to the address. The COUNTER 0386 Providencia Barrio Pedro de Valdivia Norte In normal traffic hours, it is a journey of 15 minutes approx. Calle Lo Contador, is located behind the Sheraton Hotel, a very high and visible building.. another reference to locate the street, is INDISA CLINIC, very visible from all sides. The street is the one that goes behind these two buildings. If you have a vehicle, we have a parking lot. Public transport is a 10-minute walk to the metro or bus. Next to the Indisa Clinic for any emergency. There is a great mini market, SUPERMARKET TEN, in the Plaza de Padre Letelier, 10 minutes walk, fresh fruit and vegetables, Clementina, place to buy prepared food, Bottle shop complete with the best prices and the best Chilean wines... a very nice and residential neighborhood to walk.... Cerro San Cristobal, steps from the apartment... walking along the funicular of San Cristobal is a delight...
