José Adrián's place was very nice, organized and clean. I felt very comfortable throughout my stay. You can see the care in every detail. I totally recommend it! 10/10.

Excellent Airbnb, the loft is very well equipped with comfortable rooms, a private bathroom and an excellent view. The building also has a swimming pool and gym available. Jean Carlos is an excellent host and is very attentive to guests. We traveled for work, but it is also an excellent option for holidays. Highly recommended 👍

Excellent location, comfortable apartment, just what we needed with my family, costs according to what was offered on the page

Good place, it is located in Puerto Santana, a beautiful, commercial, walkable area, with many shops and restaurants nearby, including a pharmacy and a mini market right outside the building. It has a fair price compared to other units in the same building, but what stood out the most was the proactive and friendly communication of the host. I had a problem with a credit card forgotten in the suite and the attitude of the host was the most attentive, always willing to help me.

The house was perfect for us. we enjoyed our stay.

I highly recommend this beautiful two story house in Guayaquil. It’s in a safe neighborhood with a gated entrance which was important for the Americans in our family. The house is very pretty on the outside and spacious and clean on the inside. We were a group of eleven people so it was nice having five full bathrooms and a half bath to share alongside the four large bedrooms. The house had plenty of toiletries and towels available for us to use. There was also ample parking for our large sprinter van. Most importantly, the host was highly attentive and always available to respond to questions and concerns. We selected this Airbnb after the displeasing experience we had at the Hilton Colón hotel nearby. This Airbnb is much cleaner, more convenient, and has better water pressure in the shower than the hotel. This was the true luxury experience our American relatives were looking for. Thank you again to the host for this wonderful experience and we look forward to coming back soon.

A comfortable place, easy to find and in very good condition.

The stay at David's property was very good, very comfortable, the residential complex is very quiet, very safe, perfect to rest, it is a few minutes from shopping malls and the place where we were going to be, everything was perfect!!!!

The owner was always attentive, making sure that our stay was the best possible; her kindness and dedication are worthy of admiration. Thanks Tana, excellent host, the place is very nice and spacious. It's close to the Monumental stadium of Barcelona SC. The place is very quiet and with lots of nature around. If I return to Guayaquil I would like to return to this same place.

I have been staying at Juliette’s suite in many ocassions. It is a nice place overall to be; confortable, safe with good security. All services indide duite work properly including air conditioning system.

Everything was excellent

Juan's place is great, it's perfect. The location is great, with restaurants and convenience stores downstairs🍴, I can buy breakfast and daily necessities downstairs. Safe neighborhood and very friendly and responsible security guards downstairs. Juan's house is clean and tidy, there is a girl named Diana who comes to clean twice a week, it's really great, it saves me a lot of time. The terrace is huge, the sunset at night🌄 is beautiful, there is a public free swimming pool🏊‍♂️ and gym downstairs🏋️, I love this house so much, it's a pleasure to stay here! Juan is a very warm and sincere host who responds to messages very quickly and proactively solves problems. I have been renewing Juan's house for a few months in Guayaquil. I'll rent this house again when I come to Guayaquil in the future.❤️

Loved the place! Maria is a great host - very response and helpful. I arrived late and was lost and Maria answered promptly and guided me to the apartment. The apartment is very unique with a pool right outside the main bedroom. Would recommend it to anyone traveling to Guayaquil!
