Amazing beautiful view apartment!!!!! Corner apartment with views that you will love during the day and evening. When I go to Ecuador I book Mabels place and when family visit Ecuador I recommend her place. Has everything you need from the kitchen to the bedroom. Very clean and organized. Has parking and building amenities are excellent. Hightly eecommend her apartment!!!

William always responded quickly. We were able to check in without any problems with the reception of Martha and her husband who are in charge of receiving the guests. Both super friendly, respectful and attentive. The place is in an excellent and safe area within the city with everything at your fingertips. A very nice place to walk. The accommodation was in good condition, with all its amenities. We would definitely stay in this place again, which is highly recommended! Finally, Martha and her husband gave us a super late check-out, which was very considerate of them, and we even took half an hour longer than expected and they waited for us without any problems. Thank you very much for making us have a beautiful stay in Guayaquil!

I have been staying at Juliette’s suite in many ocassions. It is a nice place overall to be; confortable, safe with good security. All services indide duite work properly including air conditioning system.

Juan's place is great, it's perfect. The location is great, with restaurants and convenience stores downstairs🍴, I can buy breakfast and daily necessities downstairs. Safe neighborhood and very friendly and responsible security guards downstairs. Juan's house is clean and tidy, there is a girl named Diana who comes to clean twice a week, it's really great, it saves me a lot of time. The terrace is huge, the sunset at night🌄 is beautiful, there is a public free swimming pool🏊‍♂️ and gym downstairs🏋️, I love this house so much, it's a pleasure to stay here! Juan is a very warm and sincere host who responds to messages very quickly and proactively solves problems. I have been renewing Juan's house for a few months in Guayaquil. I'll rent this house again when I come to Guayaquil in the future.❤️

Undoubtedly the opportunity to stay in this suite was one of the most nutritious experiences I have had in my life. Said space is very cozy, it contains everything one needs to spend the night without inconveniences; this added to that you can tour the place where it is safely located, as well as its surroundings, where with ease whether you are with a vehicle or walking, you find places with various services, from a wide variety of exquisite dishes of the country, as well as very nice and friendly people. On the other hand, both the host and his beloved wife always welcome you before any questions with a good disposition and always have the concern that everything is working correctly and that you are very well. So all this as a whole makes the experience even more enriching, and I 100% recommend to anyone who is looking for the best place to live this experience.
