Holiday rentals with a patio in Kuşadası

We stayed as a family for 3 nights. The house is spacious and spacious, and the rooms are large. There is a living room with 2+1 open kitchen. One of the rooms has 1 double bed and 1 single bed. The other room has 3 single beds. The kitchen supplies are enough, the garden is nice. The house was clean when we went. Mr. Atilla greeted me at the entrance, gave all the necessary information, he is also a very nice host. The house is in a quiet complex. It's perfect for relaxing. It's about 2 km from the beach, but the beach road is flat and hassle-free. If you have your own vehicle, there will be no problem. There is a shared pool in the compound, very close to the house. The size is sufficient and very clean, not crowded. The number of people in the pool for 3 days did not exceed 10, which we were already 5. We didn't even go to the beach because we had 2 young children. There is a grocery store within the site where you can meet your small needs, and its distance to other large grocery stores is about 1 km away. We had a short but very enjoyable holiday and returned rested. Thank you Mr. Atilla

Very close to the national park, with a garden, very useful, a sweet house that makes you feel like you are in your own home :) We were worried because the insect was mentioned in the comments, but it was in vain, there is no insect. There are mosquito nets on all windows, you can close them. The hosts took care of us very much, thank them. They even offered meat because it was Eid al-Adha. They are very sweet and sincere, they approach you as if you were a family member. From now on, when we come to Kuşadası, we do not want to stay anywhere else if they are available. Mr. Irfan is a really hospitable and understanding host. She accepted our very sudden reservation and met us in the morning. Since we had a funeral, we had to go from Germany at the last moment. Since we did not have relatives in Izmir, we knew about our relatives coming to the funeral at Mr. Irfan's house. Mr. Irfan is a really helpful and honest host. Great stay! The place was exactly as listed – clean, well-equipped, and in a peaceful location away from busy streets. Beyza was very responsive and helpful throughout. It was perfect for us as we had a car – just a 5-minute drive to the local center, marina, and the sea. Highly recommend!

The location was SUPERB - walking distance to Major Attractions ( Basilica of St John , Ayasuluk), Restaurants, Minimarket, and Public Transport ( Train Station and Otogar to catch Dolmus). The room was spacious and immaculately clean, with comfortable beds. The host was responsive and welcoming, providing valuable local tips. The property's design was really unique in 180 years old building. We appreciated the thoughtful touches, such as fresh towels and stocked up kitchen. The neighborhood was safe and quiet. Overall, this Airbnb was a fantastic choice for our stay. We felt right at home and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a convenient and comfortable base. Five stars isn't enough - we'd give it more if we could! Book with confidence, you will not regret it.

Great location. Charming house. It is in a pleasant neighborhood of the city. Right opposite St. John's Basilica. Everything there is walkable. Perfect for a family of 4. An old house with the quirks that come with that. You need to be able to navigate stairs, and Wi-Fi only works near the kitchen because of the very thick stone walls. Would recommend. Our driver did have trouble finding it. If you map to the Selena hotel, it is directly opposite.

Ayfer abla was a warm and incredibly hospitable host. The view from the house was beautiful. I can say this was the nicest Airbnb we have ever rented. The entrance to the house was private, the furnishings were carefully chosen, and the cleanliness was excellent. The village was lovely, and the garden was full of beautiful flowers and well-designed landscaping. With her sweet conversations, warm smile, and quick responses to all our needs, Ayfer abla was much more than just a host. We are already looking forward to coming back soon. We spent a good two weeks in Danjel's beautiful apartment and felt very comfortable. The apartment is located in a quiet street from which you can walk to the beach and also to the center of Pythagoreio in a few minutes. Parking was no problem in the nearby public parking lot. The apartment is very spacious, so you can easily spend a longer time there with two couples or a family with 2-3 children. Everything was super clean, nicely decorated and very cozy. The two terraces are also great. Danjel is a very friendly host who was easily accessible and responded quickly to inquiries. We highly recommend the apartment for a stay on Samos and would be happy to come back!

Perfect vacation. Accommodation in a great location with sea view and practically 20 meters from the small beach of Ireo. The accommodation is cozy and well-stocked, easy to reach in the heart of Ireo. Clean and with everything you need. Beautiful balcony with sea view. It is also convenient to park the car. Ireo is a small, quiet town with several taverns and 2 small supermarkets where you can buy what you need every day, and other various shops. The nearby beaches are beautiful and easy to reach, but you need a car. We had a great time and overall we liked Samos very much. Manolis was very kind and very helpful. I recommend staying with him.

Grammatiki's home was one of the best ABB's I've stayed in near a city center. Walkable to everything in Pythagoreio, yet quiet. Parking right outside. Pristine, clean, small backyard to relax. Everything was fantastic and we'd stay again instantly. Thank you, Grammatiki!
