Beachfront holiday rentals in Kuşadası

It was really amazing stay! The villa is very comfortable, as it felt like home the next day. Beds are super comfortable. There are 3 bathrooms (1 with the entrance from the garden, 2 on the 2nd and 3rd floors), but we almost haven't used the 3rd floor. There are 2 air conditioners - one at the living room, and another at the stairs on the 3rd floor, so it cools 3rd and 2nd floors. But with the smart use of window shatters you don't actually need air conditioners that much if temperature is about 30-33 degrees. Kitchen has literally everything, and even more! Wi-fi speed is very good also. Neighbourhood is quiet, the sea is in 4-5 min by foot. The beach is sandy and wide, and it wasn't much crowded even during the national holidays. The nearest market is 3 mins by foot, there are all the essentials. A101 is about 8 min by foot, and near it there is small vegetables market with fresh food and good prices. Overall it was our best vacation!

George is a great host. Both the place and the house were amazing. It is a seaside house offering privacy in different rooms. The garden was a useful gathering space. The nights were quiet and with full of the sounds of the waves.

The guesthouse is very modern and the garden is beautiful. The beach is very close and with few tourists. We can highly recommend this accomodation.

This is a wonderful apartment in the perfect location, just up the road (about 100m) from the beautiful Ladies Beach. There are lots of shops, supermarkets and restaurants in the area. It is a fairly new building with new fixtures and great security. Dilek was the perfect host, welcoming and very good with communication. The apartment was clean and was just like the pictures, with all the amenities needed to make our own meals (no oven, but we didn't mind. There was a hob and microwave.) The shower was a bit small, but it worked well. We were extremely happy and comfortable. It felt like home away from home for the week we were there. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Very disappointed we learned in the morning that the place we had booked was rented I think Stella prioritizes long stays. For the feet in the water, we're still waiting for the host to relocate us to another house, actually 25 meters from the accommodation, but 15 meters above the sea. We therefore do not recommend on Airbnb Washing machine making a huge noise, mold in the shower, no hot water in the kitchen, no light on the terrace, no dishwasher It's a shame because the site is beautiful 4x4 really recommended for getting there

Ms. Zeynep is a nice host. You can quickly answer your questions. Mr. Hakan, who met us, and his wife are also very kind and helpful. Davutlar is calm, the site is full of listening. The pool is very clean and sometimes you use it as a private pool. Having two bathrooms is an advantage. There is air conditioning but not necessary. It's not too humid. You can open the windows and go to bed. There's a mosquito net. Ants are a bit of a hassle in the kitchen, but there's an ant medicine in the kitchen. If you have young children, you can go to İçmeler Bay in the National Park. The sea is like sand and the pool. If there are no children, you can go to other bays, calmer but stony. You can take your evening tea and beach damage to Sevgi Beach and get off. It's fun to watch the sunset. A101, Migros house service is available From Getir de Domino's etc.

We had a wonderful time staying at Adem's place in Kuşadası. Our group consisted of 5 adults, a 3-year-old child, and an infant, and the accommodation was perfect for all of us. The location was incredibly convenient, close to local shops with all the essentials you might need, and just a short walk to a lovely sandy beach. In addition to the nearby beach, we took some day trips to other stunning beaches that were only a 20-40 minute car ride away, making it a great base for exploring the region. Adem was an excellent host—helpful, responsive, and welcoming. The home was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a family stay. We highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable stay in Kuşadası!

Great place with a wonderful view, very quiet and the apartment is intimate and chic. It was very easy to reach any places we were interested to visit and the beach is at 10 minutes away. We will come again. Great host

Our stay was really pleasant and smooth. The house was tidy and clean in every way. There was privacy. Also Mr. Vedat was very helpful with everything and answered our questions very quickly. There were treats reserved for us in the closet. There was nothing missing in the house. Regarding the checkout, he said that the house was available, we could leave later, we left again on time. The room, bathroom and kitchen were very clean. The hotel's convenient location and being only 30m from the sea is a huge advantage. We had a calm and peaceful day. It is noteworthy that the owners are interested and knowledgeable about the history of the environment. We thank them from the bottom of our hearts. The hotel was very clean as it opened this year, we enjoyed a full suite room. The room was sparkling clean. It's in a very nice location. Very nice restaurants and in an area with everything you need. Highly recommend.

First of all, the host immediately helps with the issue. The location of the house is very good, calm and close to the sea and the market. Overall, the house has a nice pool and cleanliness. What I can say is that there is no air conditioning in 2 rooms, it is a bit of a problem, the running water is running salty (it is not related to the house, it is that in that area). The deficiencies I said are huge and not a problem. We had a very comfortable and nice holiday with 3 families and 2 children. I would also like to thank Ms. Damla and recommend her to those who want to rent the house.

Hallo. The communication with Mr. Sami, Mr. Ferhat and the neighbor Mr. Naci (very helpful) were very good. Only the house really needs to be renovated and technically taken in hand. You should not expect a 5-star villa. The rooms on the top floor are not for adults with 1.90 m size. All air conditioning appliances are working, but some of the settings are no longer! Pool was great, but not jump in, otherwise you always have to refill the water yourself (because of the pump). In the house there is only one bathroom, which you can also call as a bathroom or shower option. The top toilet/shower is a disaster (complete sloping roof). In general, it's good but a little too expensive for the price! There are better ones for a better price and amenities. Thank you for everything!

Stayed here for a week and a half. Great quiet location, bars & restaurants close by and downtown easily accessible via taxi. Ferhat was an excellent & thoughtful host and we'd absolutely consider staying here again in the future!

The Apartment is beautiful, with spectacular views from the large balcony garden overlooking sea to Pigeon Island. Lovely just sitting watching the boats come and go with an amazing sunset. An easy walk into town for those who like the hustle and bustle. Aydemir was a fantastic host who responded promptly to any enquiry, was very friendly and kind, he helped with our luggage on arrival and departure, a good guy. We were very happy with every aspect of our stay in Kusadasi on our trip to Kusadasi, where we went as a family. A place where you can stay for your holiday with peace of mind with the comfort of your own home and the attention and support of the host. Really close to the sea, 3 minutes by walk. It is also very close to Kusadasi Shopping Mall. Definitely recommend to everyone.

I had a fantastic stay at Gorkem's place! The neighborhood is incredibly peaceful and quite, perfect for a relaxing getaway. The access to the public beach was a highlight, and I loved the nearby private restaurants and cafes that provided lounge chairs and umbrellas for a comfortable day by the water. The location is convenient, with markets within walking distance, though be prepared for a few inclines on the way. The long seaside promenade was perfect for leisurely walks, offering stunning views and fresh air. The house itself is spacious and airy, with high ceilings that create a lovely atmosphere. It would be an added bonus if there were lounge chairs and umbrellas available at the home for convenience. Just a heads-up: the patio doors are glass, so be mindful when using them as you'll pass through screens and iron doors. I did notice a bit of an odor under the kitchen sink and cabinets, but it didn't significantly impact my stay. Gorkem was an incredibly kind and helpful host.
