Airbnb was my first adventure. Honestly, I was a little hesitant, but thanks to Mr. Enes, he did everything great. It was a very satisfying trip for me. The garden of the house was enormous . The location was very close to the sea and especially the barbecue by the pool was very good. Thank you for everything, Mr. Enes.

We were very happy with every aspect of our stay in Kusadasi on our trip to Kusadasi, where we went as a family. A place where you can stay for your holiday with peace of mind with the comfort of your own home and the attention and support of the host. Really close to the sea, 3 minutes by walk. It is also very close to Kusadasi Shopping Mall. Definitely recommend to everyone.

It was a house that would meet all your needs for holiday. There were all the supplies as mentioned. The items were new and clean as in the photos. The air conditioning is only available downstairs. There is a fan in the rooms in the apartment. You can solve the temperature problem with them. However, an air conditioner must be up:) The garden kitchen was very nice. We are pleased. We are also thinking about coming back.

The holiday we spent at Mr. Ayub's villa was very enjoyable and we made wonderful memories. Thanks to Mr. Ayub for his hospitality! The villa's furnishings were quite complete, and we were particularly surprised by the surprises such as the guitar and baglama. It was a great comfort in the heat to have air conditioning in every room and hall. The pool was spotless and the facilities were magnificent. The proximity to the city center and markets was also very practical. However, there were a few minor issues. Some rooms had faulty toilet faucets and bathrooms. The water flow of the poolside shower was weak, it was difficult to use. Google Maps showed a long route, whereas there was a shorter one. Also, it would be great if there was a guidebook for the villa.

Hallo. The communication with Mr. Sami, Mr. Ferhat and the neighbor Mr. Naci (very helpful) were very good. Only the house really needs to be renovated and technically taken in hand. You should not expect a 5-star villa. The rooms on the top floor are not for adults with 1.90 m size. All air conditioning appliances are working, but some of the settings are no longer! Pool was great, but not jump in, otherwise you always have to refill the water yourself (because of the pump). In the house there is only one bathroom, which you can also call as a bathroom or shower option. The top toilet/shower is a disaster (complete sloping roof). In general, it's good but a little too expensive for the price! There are better ones for a better price and amenities. Thank you for everything!

We had a perfect holiday with 3 nights and 4 days, 8 adults, 1 infant, 2 dogs. Only the power outage in the area on the last day caused us a loss for almost half a day, but they made up for it by offering a late checkout alternative. Despite a situation they couldn't help, they came up with a solution.

Ms. Dilara and Mr. Mert are so hospitable and warm that you are definitely welcomed as guests, not customers. The house♥️ is extremely useful and enjoyable, you should take your fly repellent, remembering that you are in a forest, but you should definitely come 😄😻 a wonderful house that meets all kinds of needs. The house is 10 minutes away from the center by taxi. Extremely clean and spacious. Household items such as iron, hair dryer are also available. We had a beautiful and comfortable stay experience

villa was spacious, pool was big enough and the whole space was child-friendly! It was very centrally located. It is definitely recommended! We will most definitely be back.

The attendant, Mr. Mehmet, greeted us. He was very interested. He solved the small problems that arose in a short time. The host, Mr. Mustafa, was in contact via message. The house and the pool were quite large. We spent the whole holiday on the floor where the pool was. Even that was enough. We went to bed. I recommend it for those who want to have a quiet, calm holiday.

The fact that the pool was private to the villa was very nice in terms of privacy. It was in a very quiet location, it was great to hear the sounds of birds when you woke up in the morning. Kitchen supplies were sufficient. If I go back to Kusadasi, it definitely deserves the money I will stay here 🫶🏻

We had a lovely stay. The host was very responsive to messages, very helpful and friendly. There was a small shop for essentials close by and a bus route also which was very handy. The area the property was located in is nice and quiet also.

We had a pleasant time with my family in the comfort of home. It had a calm environment, intertwined with nature, as we wanted. The villas around us were empty. Mr. Cafer and Ms. Necla immediately helped us with our requests. We tried to provide a good service. The house was clean and as described. Even personal needs were considered. The internet was uninterrupted. It was a place where we could consider staying again. Thank you.

We stayed with six friends and it was a very nice experience for us. It was a farmhouse with basic materials for the house, surrounded by pine, olive and palm trees, with a beautiful pool, many vintage elements, and much larger than it appears in the photos. Mr. Seha was very good at communication. The only negative aspect of our experience was that we had to take our garbage to the container about 1 km away with our vehicles because there was no garbage container/box on the farm.

It’s conveniently located just 3-4 km from Kusadasi’s most popular beaches and the city center, with grocery stores just around the corner, which made everything super convenient. The villa also features a great pool and a small patio, which were perfect for enjoying the warm weather and unwinding in the evenings. Check-in was a breeze with clear, easy-to-follow instructions. Our host, Yasin, was amazing — very friendly and always quick to respond whenever we had a question or needed anything. His hospitality really made us feel at home. Highly recommend this villa for anyone looking for a comfortable, relaxing, and convenient place to stay in Kusadasi!

A beautiful complex where you can go to relax with your family is calm and clean and reliable away from the noise. I can say that three families can stay comfortably in the villas. There is also a villa toddler pool suitable for families with small children. It is quite close to the sea (Max 2 km) The beach is quite nice. Of course, personal expectations may miss my comment. We had a lovely stay at Erdems place. It’s very well equipped and spacious. The pool was lovely and well looked after. All was as described. It’s in a good location as long as you have a car! We would use it again and recommend it.
