Holiday rentals with a patio in Aydın

We stayed as a family for 3 nights. The house is spacious and spacious, and the rooms are large. There is a living room with 2+1 open kitchen. One of the rooms has 1 double bed and 1 single bed. The other room has 3 single beds. The kitchen supplies are enough, the garden is nice. The house was clean when we went. Mr. Atilla greeted me at the entrance, gave all the necessary information, he is also a very nice host. The house is in a quiet complex. It's perfect for relaxing. It's about 2 km from the beach, but the beach road is flat and hassle-free. If you have your own vehicle, there will be no problem. There is a shared pool in the compound, very close to the house. The size is sufficient and very clean, not crowded. The number of people in the pool for 3 days did not exceed 10, which we were already 5. We didn't even go to the beach because we had 2 young children. There is a grocery store within the site where you can meet your small needs, and its distance to other large grocery stores is about 1 km away. We had a short but very enjoyable holiday and returned rested. Thank you Mr. Atilla

Mr. Uğur was very interested, the house was extremely useful and pleasant. We had a great time on the front terrace with sea views in the evening. Be sure to try the barbecue on the back terrace. It is very close to the beach and we think it has the most beautiful sand beach in the area. I hope to see you again, thank you very much for everything.

I felt immediately at home which was so nice after travelling for a few weeks. The location is perfect close to everything and the views are amazing. Mr Mustafa and his wife helped me with the washing machine and supplied all I needed -I was very impressed. Also supplied was a water cooler bottle which I really appreciated as so many places expect you to buy bottled water which is detrimental to the environment. I loved staying in my airy, comfortable, safe and beautiful apartment and would definately recommend it to travellors. I think its even better than it looks in the listing ! In terms of location, it's a very nice place in terms of cleanliness, it's just comfortable and just one thing was stuck in my eye, I think there was 1 half toilet paper in the shower for 2 days, I wish I had put 1 more, and if we told the business, they would definitely send one, so in all respects, 5 stars, thank you for your help and attention Lotus Apart🙏

First of all, it is a place to choose in the area. I went with my parents and we were very satisfied. We met Mr. Aykut, the host, Ms. Mukaddes. She is very friendly and caring person. We loved it. We plan to go back.

Mr. Irfan is a really hospitable and understanding host. She accepted our very sudden reservation and met us in the morning. Since we had a funeral, we had to go from Germany at the last moment. Since we did not have relatives in Izmir, we knew about our relatives coming to the funeral at Mr. Irfan's house. Mr. Irfan is a really helpful and honest host. We would like to come here for a better reason next time. We recommend it to everyone. Thank you so much again.

The apartment is ideal not only for an overnight stay, but also for a long stay. The apartment is equipped with all necessities. The only disadvantage is that to turn on the electricity, you need to insert the key in the apartment. If you, for example, started the washing machine, then you can't leave the apartment until it reaches the thing, otherwise there will be no electricity.

Its peaceful place for every one feels as at home. The house is beautiful and cosy, specially the patio with a beautiful view. The house surrounded by flowers and trees. I really enjoyed to stay with my family. Lots of available street parking. All restaurants, shops and beaches are 5-10 min to drive.

The house was very nice, we loved the immaculate host. The location is close to nice grocery stores. If I were to come again, this would be my first choice.

We were very satisfied with the house, everything was as it was described. We felt like at home here. We even had the opportunity to get to know the house owner. Very nice, positive person and the Mr. Engin, who picked us up and led us to the house, was also a very nice man, were very nicely received and if something was, we were also allowed to contact us again and again. We were absolutely in awe of this amazing place right on the water from the moment we arrived. We loved it so much that we ditched our plans to head to the harbour and instead stayed close, walking down to the sea to watch the sunset — absolutely gorgeous! The apartment was even better than pictured: spacious, airy, comfortable, and perfect for relaxing with a beautiful view of the water and sunset (with cats that visited the patio). Erdem went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed so we could simply stay put and enjoy the views. Highly recommend! One note: the apartment is in a gated community, so you'll need to either drive or take a longer walk to reach the busier tourist areas. But honestly, you may not even want to leave — just bring some food with you, make your own meals in the kitchen and soak in the stunning surroundings!

After this week at Ayfer's, I recommend this stay 100%! The apartment has absolutely everything you need to stay without a problem; it is located in a super well located village to visit the region, the place is super safe, there are shops and bakeries very close by (you can go on foot). Ayfer and her husband have treated us as people of their family, they helped and advised us to everything necessary and they have always been available despite not having the same language, we were able to create a nice relationship. it should be noted that we stayed with a baby in her house, and they helped us in everything necessary to make our daughter feel good ( cradle, savannas, heater, and above all a lot of love and smiles for her!) The sunset view is unparalleled from the terrace!!! we recommend it is no doubt if they want to have a local experience!
