We had such a relaxing time. From the time we checked in we felt right at home. It was so peaceful we could feel our stress just melt away. The back yard was relaxing and it was just nice to sit out on the patio and watch the wild life wander through. We were able to just sit back and enjoy the company of each other without worry or stress.

Place is beautiful. It was just my husband and I so we only used the downstairs and kitchen. Love the idea of the hot tub but give yourself around 3 hours to get it warmed up. Just have to plan a head a little bit. Lots of bugs but I guess that’s expected in the middle of the woods. My 1 and only complaint is I was messaged asking if we wanted to stay an extra day because it was available. I said I could not but I’d like to do late check out. They told me unfortunately it wasn’t available. So I can stay an extra day but I can’t do late check out? But all in all it was a nice little mini get away!

Beautiful and accommodating- we took our 5 kids and our frenchies out of Manhattan for the long weekend and found the most perfect gem to reconnect as a family and with nature here! The rooms were perfect, we played games, enjoyed the hot tub and campfire and local attractions. The hosts are more than flexible and easy to communicate with!

Great location. Very relaxing and peaceful. The house is adorable. The owner was very helpful and gave recommendations of local things to do. My fiancé and I stayed for two nights. We went to two of the restaurants that were recommended and we also went on a hike, we hiked 5 miles and it was a great day. The hot tub was super relaxing and we even made a fire at the fire pit. We can’t wait to go back.

Nicholas is an outstanding host. We did have to reach out to him pretty late at night and he was still super responsive and found a remedy for our situation. Very nice guy. We didn’t have time to use all the amenities of the community, but the lake looked pretty cool. We came for an event at Pocono Raceway, which was a pretty short drive from this house. Our dogs loved the fenced in yard! Such a bonus that the back doors go right out to the fenced yard for them (and convenient for lazy people like me who don’t want to attach a leash every time). Thanks for hosting!

This house was just what we needed for a quiet weekend! It’s a perfect place to go to if you’re looking to escape, and surround yourself in nature.

Christine’s place was amazing. We stood at the “Fika” cabin and it was great. It was super cozy and a well thought out space. It had plenty of room for me and my family. The cabin was stocked with all the essentials needed to a great time. I would definitely recommend this to anyone that wants a nice getaway with the family without sacrificing any amenities. The location was beautiful with running creeks tastefully landscaped through woodlands. The sound of the babbling brooks was rejuvenating to my soul. If that weren’t enough , the house was thoughtfully designed and furnished with all the amenities we needed and then some. Thank you for the awesome rental experience!

We enjoyed our stay at Tall Trees and it made for a great weekend getaway. There was lots to do nearby with Hickory Run, Lehigh Gorge and Jim Thorpe all just a short drive away. The neighborhood was peaceful, and we saw lots of wildlife during our stay. We’d definitely come back again!

We loved staying here , the surroundings were beautiful and there was so much to do! We are going to miss it🥲 we’ll be back! ☺️

Very peaceful and cozy. We enjoyed our stay very much. The home was so beautiful and well kept. The bed was soo comfortable and all of the blankets were so cozy. I fell asleep on the couch with the fire going and just felt so relaxed. We wished we could have stayed longer. We definitely plan to come back.

This place was a gem of a find! The house was surprisingly spacious. The master bedroom was large and had a cozy, covered balcony overlooking the property. All in all, it was an excellent getaway for our long weekend. Would absolutely stay again!

Wonderful place to stay! If you are looking to stay off the beaten trail and enjoy a quiet time away, this is the place for you! We enjoyed spending every night in the hot tub and relaxing with the TV. Even though it rained most of our trip, the house was well-stocked with games and music. We loved playing pool together at night! The little Nespresso coffee bar was amazing! Would definitely recommend bringing a four-wheel drive vehicle to get to the house, and ensure that you get there while it is still light outside (at least the first time). It was very easy to get to downtown Jim Thorpe to enjoy all it has to offer. I would definitely recommend this house to anyone that wants to visit Jim Thorpe or even just to have a quaint, intimate weekend getaway!

Most amazing and cozy place. Beautiful forest and walking trail behind the cabin. The cabin was spectacularly gorgeous and very accommodating. Susan is an amazing host and we definitely will be planning another visit!

Le Wood cabin was absolutely perfect for my sister bachelorette weekend! The house was absolutely gorgeous! The pictures don’t even do the place justice! Place had all the amenities linens, pots, pans, glasses, toilet paper, lighters for fireplace and so much more! It was so nice to not be stressed about all the little things. We were 12 minutes to downtown Jim Thorpe & it was the perfect spot! Edwin very quick to answer questions and provide help! We even talked about booking again next year! Place was super clean! Also had a coffee bar that was completely unexpected!

My husband and I came for a long weekend - this home was SPOTLESS and I'm anal about cleanliness. Everything was pristine and new, comfortable and super easy to get around. We fell in love with the hot tub! It was so wonderful!! In the morning, we drank our am hot drinks at the outside table and watched the deer practically come up to the table. We got to see a mama and her new baby too! The deer literally wander around with no fear so they get really close. Our visit was for the Jim Thorpe area and it wasn't far at all and a super easy drive. The Coal tour was really interesting. We had dinner at Dom N Ali which was DELICIOUS! So good in fact we went back twice - once for dinner and once for pizza at lunch and it was the best! The house itself really is charming and had everything you could possibly need and was super comfortable. The atmosphere and watching the wildlife was a great way to detox from the week. We absolutely would stay again & highly recommend.

The house was perfection! Everything went so smooth and we felt right at home. My 15 year old son enjoyed the darts and keyboard in the basement. The beds were super comfy and the rustic atmosphere was right down our alley. You can tell that the owners take great pride in their cabin.

I absolutely loved this cabin and Linda was a fabulous host. I stayed for 10 days and was so restored by the end of my stay. The back porch overlooking the stream was a wonderful oasis. The cabin is well situated for world class trails and fun historic sites. I hope to visit again soon.

We were in the area for a two day fishing trip on the Lehigh river. Location was perfect. The space was great! Communication and check in was seamless. The cabin was equipped with all the amenities you could think of. Very comfortable and peaceful. would not hesitate to book again. Thanks again !
