El alojamiento es aún mejor que como se ve en las fotos. Está totalmente nuevo. Nosotros nos alojamos 3 noches pero tenía todo lo necesario para pasar una estancia larga. La cocina estaba completamente amueblada, el dormitorio es grande, había mucho espacio de almacenamiento, las luces son regulables, las persianas eléctricas, la cama muy grande y cómoda. Echarse una siesta escuchando solo los pájaros en el exteriores fue una gozada. El alojamiento tiene un pequeño porche de madera donde desayunábamos todos los días viendo el campanario y las vacas pastar en el prado junto en frente de la casa. Dejas el coche justo al lado de tu alojamiento lo cual es muy práctico. El entorno es precioso, se ven las montañas, los prados verdes, nieve al fondo, pinos... completamente idílico. Baño pequeño pero práctico. Hay un Spar y algunos servicios cerca y se encuentra muy bien localizado para conocer la zona: Innsbruck, Hall in Tirol, Arena Coaster, etc. Volvería a quedarme y lo recomiendo 100%

Tolle Wohnung. Nette Gastgeberin. Alles vorhanden, was benötigt wird. Auch Verbrauchsmaterialien wie Mülltüten, Spülmittel und Schwämme sind da. Dies lassen viele Unterkünfte vermissen. Wir waren zum Skifahren dort. Das Skigebiet am Schatzberg ist direkt vor der Tür. Zum wilden Kaiser sind es 25 min mit dem Auto. Wir haben beide Gebiete erkundet und hatten sehr viel Spaß. Wir kommen wieder!

Es ist sehr schön bei Irina, die Unterkunft ist sehr sauber und gemütlich. Man kann im Garten sitzen und das Wetter und die Ruhe genießen. Insgesamt sehr empfehlenswert. Wir würden die Unterkunft sofort wieder buchen.

Wir hatten eine super schönen Aufenthalt. Roswitha und ihr Mann sind unglaublich freundlich. Unter anderem haben sie uns Tipps für Touren gegeben und waren für jede Frage offen. Alles tip top, gerne wieder!

Kirsten ist eine unglaublich nette Gastgeberin. Wir waren mit 8 Personen in ihrem wunderschönen Haus. Viel Platz, sehr ruhig und sehr sauber. Wir waren sehr begeistert. Vielen Dank.

Wir hatten zu 4. mit einem Hund ein wunderschönes Wochenende in dem Haus. Es war alles vorhanden was man braucht und die Lage des Hauses war genial. Das Grundstück ist komplett umzäunt - perfekt mit Hund. Vielen Dank!

Hermanns place was cozy with lots of natural light and character. Great fenced in backyard, perfect for our dog. Very easily accessible to multiple skiing areas and extremely accessible from the Autobahn. Many options for grocery shopping and eating nearby. Hermann was extremely helpful and friendly. We will definitely visit again!

Vom Check-in bis Check-out hat alles bestens geklappt. Sehr freundlicher Gastgeber, der bei Fragen gut erreichbar ist. Die Ferienwohnung ist mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Wir empfehlen die Unterkunft, besonders auch aufgrund der guten Lage.

auch bei vielen kurzfristige Änderungen sehr hilfsbereit und kein Problem diese umzusetzen. sei es eine spontane Umbuchung des gewünschten Zeitraumes, eine Person mehr und individuelle Wünsche auf mehr "einzel"Schläfer als normal. die Gastgeberin kann ich nur bestens weiter empfehlen!

Die Unterkunft war perfekt! Sehr sauber, sehr modern, gut ausgestattet und eine gute Lage. Anna ist eine super Gastgeberin. Sie ist sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend. Wir würden uns sofort wieder für diese schöne Wohnung entscheiden.

I stayed here w my family (3 young kids) and it was perfect for us. The location was super convenient, with trains and buses to get to nearby mountains (and w one within walking distance). It was also quiet and comfortable. I loved having the bakery below and sending the kids down to get cinnamon rolls and my morning cappuccino. Would definitely go back to the alps to ski and stay in the same spot!

Meget lækker bolig der havde alt hvad man kunne ønske sig. Rummeligt, funktionelt, hyggeligt, pænt og rent. Vi brugte boligen som bolig til skiferie, men tror også det kunne være en dejlig bolig til om sommeren. Kan varmt anbefales!

Can't find a fault. Host was really helpful and helped book taxis. She even offered to take us to the wedding we were attending when the taxi was late. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen and bathroom was very clean and had everything you needed!

We really enjoyed our stay in Niederndorf. The apartment was very spacious and very comfortable. It had all the amenities we needed and the communication with the hosts was excellent.

We had a wonderful stay at this apartment! The place was exactly as described and even more than that – clean, comfortable, and very well located. Marlies was so kind, friendly, responsive, and made sure we had everything we needed. The neighborhood was quiet and BEAUTIFUL. We would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting the area, and we’d be happy to stay here again in the future!

Schöne Ferienwohnung und angenehmer Host. Bei voller Belegung wir das Sofa im Wohnzimmer zum Bett umgebaut. Dieses ist nicht ganz so bequem wie ein vollwertiges Bett. Die Unterkunft entspricht den Fotos und die Küche war sehr gut ausgestattet inklusive hochwertiger Elektrogeräte. Ein vollwertiger Backofen ist ebenfalls vorhanden. Wir können die Unterkunft empfehlen!

The place is beautifully located next to a farm and with a fantastic view to wake up to. If you plan to stay at the place, I would recommend going by car as the place is rather remote and it usually takes 10-15 minutes to get to a nearby village. Amenities were great, the kitchen is really well equipped (incl. Nespresso coffee machine and dishwasher). One thing to note though, the beds are rather short and the bathroom is small - in case you are tall, you would want to consider this (we are not, so we didn't mind at all). Overall, amazing experience: we stayed at Elisabeth's place in June and the area is wonderful to hike and spend time outdoors. Elisabeth is a responsive and accessible host, she was always around and/or available in case of questions. Would definitely recommend staying at the place if you are planning to visit Tirol!
