Holiday rentals with a fire pit in Kufstein District

We had an amazing stay at Tom’s place! Beautiful and cozy house perfect for our girls trip. Near ski bus so it was easy to reach the larger ski area.

We had the best time! The house is a dream, beautiful old touch but very modern and has everything one could wish for. we went on a hike in the mountains, did Pilates every morning on the deck with direct view on the mountains, enjoyed the hangout area in the sun and the pool, and Mark even made sure to bring more gas so we could Barbecue.

We had a wonderful stay in this super cozy and perfect home in Kramsach for our 4-day vacation. The place was beautifully furnished, fully equipped, and truly had everything we needed! Jwala prepared everything for our stay with a kid and a baby, which made our trip even more comfortable and stress-free. The attention to detail and warm hospitality made us feel right at home. A rustic gem. The chalet is a little older but you don't need anything. The pool and surroundings are a dream come true. In the Sousterrain it is pleasantly cool (summer) and the pool is an absolute highlight. Markus was extremely friendly and accommodating and is available in an effort to make our stay pleasant. Simply great, we will be happy to come back

The Schnapplhof fully met the expectations. Better even, it exceeded expectations. Warm welcome by Victoria and her husband, who immediately gave us a full tour. The amenities are extremely complete. It's great to be able to take a sauna after skiing. From the chalet you can easily go skiing both in Kitzski or in SkiWelt. We had a wonderful ski holiday. The nice weather was also there for something. Will definitely come back.

We had a wonderful stay at this great house and certainly weren't here for the last time! Our personal highlight was the fantastic sun terrace and the quiet location overlooking the mountains. The beds were extremely comfortable, the entire apartment and especially the kitchen were tip top equipped, so you felt right at home. Everything was sparkling clean and very lovingly prepared. Pia is an extremely kind and accommodating host! Very clear recommendation! Thanks again for everything🥰

Clean and very convenient accommodation with bathroom and toilet in each room. Welcome by Margit with a lot of time spent with us on the first day for explanations. Quiet and welcoming location. I would sincerely recommend it.

We stayed there for 2 nights with toddler and it was great. Super nice apartment, everything very new, plenty of space to play and everything was really thought of: high chair, fall-out protection at the stairs to the bed, dishes and toys for the child... And we adults also enjoyed the beautiful amenities and the "cinema" (projector + screen) in the evening. Everything is really wonderful. The communication with Alina and Carola was also super pleasant and straightforward. If we are close again, we will definitely be back!

We felt completely comfortable! Unfortunately, it was very rainy during our stay, but all the more we appreciated this great place. Everyone had their retreat and the dining kitchen and living room invited you to cook and play together.

One of the biggest highlights was the location—relatively close to the ski lift, making it super convenient for our daily adventures. We honestly feel like we were incredibly lucky to find this gem. It made our trip even more memorable. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a perfect getaway in the mountains.

We had a great family ski holiday at Markus and Sandra's place! The location directly on the slopes is unbeatable, with a beautiful view of Kirchberg. The apartment was clean, well equipped and cozy. Particularly noteworthy are the warm and helpful hosts.

I had a fantastic stay at Matthias’s place! Everything was excellent – from the warm welcome to the spotless cleanliness of the property. The space was well-equipped, cozy, and exactly as described. Matthias was a wonderful host, always responsive and attentive to any questions I had. The location was perfect, and I truly felt at home during my stay. I highly recommend staying here.

First, there was a personal and nice welcome by the landlords. The "apartment" is, in terms of size, rather an apartment, very new and nicely decorated, cozy. Everything you need is available(especially in the kitchen area), we didn't miss anything. Although the apartment is located directly at the landlord's house, we never saw the landlords. Privacy is therefore guaranteed. However, requests will be responded to immediately. The place is definitely recommended by us. 5/5 stars

We stayed in this wonderful apartment with 6 people and our dogs over Christmas and were absolutely delighted! The apartment was spacious and had more than enough room for all of us. A special highlight was the wellness area – perfect for relaxing after a winter walk or a day of skiing. The very well-equipped kitchen has allowed us to effortlessly prepare a festive Christmas dinner, which has given us all a great pleasure. The excellent location to the Astbergbahn and the fantastic mountain panorama make relaxing in the pool an absolute highlight. Our dogs were also very welcome here and felt very comfortable. The surrounding area offers great opportunities for walks, and it was nice that the place is so dog friendly. The hosts were extremely friendly and helpful. We highly recommend this place and hope to return soon!
