Stunning apartment in the heart of Bodrum. Very convenient location - it took us just 5 minutes walking to get to the sea and all restaurants and shops however you're still far from the streets which might be noisy at night. Views from the second flour are gorgeous. You can enjoy sunsets watching a harbour and Bodrum castle. Apartment was very clean with all necessary kitchen amentities to prepare breakfast/lunch/dinner. Aydan was very helpful, recommended some city spots and restaurants. He also was very kind to organize for us a transfer to airport. We would be happy to stay at Ayhan's place again.

Our host Özlem Hn, responded quickly to all our questions before and after the reservation. Ayşegül Hn, who greeted us when we entered the house, was also very kind and hospitable. She gave us information about the use of the house very well, we felt like it was our own home. The house was even more beautiful than the pictures and was furnished with pleasure. All the materials in the kitchen were carefully selected and clean. The site also has 2 private beaches. Hebil beach was very close to the house, you can easily reach it on foot. The beach, İncilipınar and Bodrum will be the only places we will prefer again. We had a very pleasant time with the view on the balcony. We are very pleased, thank you again to Ms. Özlem for the nice hosting🤗🌸

It is a paradise of 3 villas among the citrus trees. - The pool is really gorgeous - even bigger than the ones in the photo. 150cm deep. - You are completely surrounded by nature. It's green everywhere. It was very nice to lie in the hammock and watch the nature. - Walking distance to places such as supermarket, bakery, butcher You can take care of all your needs within 5-10 minutes by car. You can reach Kadıkalesi Public Beach with a 15-minute walk from the house. - Mr. Emre, Mr. Raşit and Ms. Nurten were very helpful. - The homes have everything you could need. (Microwave, toaster, tea maker, coffee maker, dishwasher, etc.) I would like to point out as the points that need to be improved: - The beds in the houses are a bit old. I would like to point out that we are not very comfortable. - A little more care can be taken about hygiene. - At least one of the houses would have been nice to have an oven. In a nutshell, we are very happy. We started making plans to come in the coming years.

It was a vacation we enjoyed a lot. There was everything at home, including barbecue. It was a very clean and peaceful environment.

The house was beautiful and professionally decorated. It had a very nice, large, and clean swimming pool. House was sparkly clean. Kitchen had all the appliances. It was in Walkable distance to Yalıkavak marina. Although, walking was safe it was a little lonely. Fatih Bey was very pleasant , friendly and responsible. Whenever I needed help he was there for me with his suggestion from drivers to local restaurants to suggested activities. Overall, I was very impressed.

This year, we stayed at Mr. Mahir's house like last year. Her mother Ms. Nesrin greeted us at the door and even brewed our tea before she arrived. I had the opportunity to have a very enjoyable holiday with my family. This is a place where you can feel like at home. The fact that the complex has a beach amenity for its own use (you need to go down some stairs, you can go half of it with your vehicle if you wish), and its own private pier allows you to meet very clean and clear waters. Thank you for everything, it will be our first choice again next year.

The place is great, very clean, the host also grated us with Greek wine, water and some biscuits for the kids. We had plenty of rooms, all very clean and confortabil. We also had the product for the mosquitoes. The house is simply beautiful, the garden is so nice and peaceful, very beautiful swimming pool and also the best thing ever..a perfect playground for kids. This is something we did not expect. The experience is....well, better that expected!! We really loved the place and we will definitely return next year.

This summer, I rented this wonderful 4-bedroom house with my family and had an excellent experience. The house has its own private garage.The house was very clean and had all kinds of equipment. There were 4 rooms in the house, all of which were air-conditioned, and there were a total of 5 air conditioners, including 1 in the living room. You can easily connect to the wifi network from every room in the house. The internet was powerful and very fast. The pool was spotlessly clean and well-maintained. The location was very nice, very close to the beach and the city center. The house has a view of the pool, sea, and islands 24/7. I really enjoyed the garden and the spacious interior of the house. The homeowner, Mr. Ömer, and the caretaker, Mr. Erdoğan, were extremely attentive, kind, and helpful. They were in constant communication with us and greeted us before we entered the house. We are very grateful for this wonderful stay.

We felt very comfortable in the villa of the Menges-Weber family. The location is perfect between Turutreis and Gümüslük on the slope with fantastic sunsets. The villa leaves nothing to be desired. The pool was a great refreshment in the hot temperatures. The approach to the villa is, as is typical everywhere in Turkey, over very poorly tarred roads. However, since we knew this in advance, it didn't really bother us. All in all a very nice and relaxing holiday, we will definitely come back! Fantastic villa for 7 friends in a beautiful location. We loved it, walking distance to the beach and lots of restaurants as well as the harbour where we took a boat trip. The owner was very helpful and made us feel right at home. Would definitely recommend!

It is a very lovely and classy huge house - ideal for family with the beautiful garden and amazing large pool. The kitchen is well equipped with a fancy decoration. Nil (she lives in a small house next to the main house) is very friendly and helps with every issue immediately. The restaurants recommandations form Orkun were awesome. Supermarkets and a nice shopping mall within 5-10min by car. House is 10-15min by car from Bodrum harbour depending on traffic. We would always come back.

Everything was amazing from check in to check out. Great location, and a place to enjoy. Hosts Onur and Sevgul were very responsive which made our stay even more enjoyable. Highly recommended to families, and couples just trying to get away for a while.

Mr. Caner was very helpful with everything at check-in and checkout and the house was very clean and new. Being close to the grocery store was a great advantage. We didn't use the pool much, but it's especially suitable for families with children. Tranquil beautiful seaview. Thanks for everything.

It is an amazing place! The only thing I'm sad about it's that we had so little time to enjoy the house. it's bonkers what you paid in exchange of the service provided by Ali. He was always respectful and helpful, even got us a taxi from the airport to the place! would rent again if ever in Bodrum in the future!

Mr. Ercan is extremely caring and did everything he could for all our requests, we thank him very much. The location of the house is very good, we knew the distance to the center, so there was no problem. Even if you don't have a car, there is a minibus in front of the house, and the market, bakery, sea, etc. are within walking distance. We were very pleased.

Ms. Ayşegül's house was really like in the photos, with a very nice view and a shaded balcony from 10am, immaculate and everything you find, a very delicious beach. Ms. Ayşegül's parents, Ms. Şehriban and Mr. Oğuz, are also staying downstairs and are very interested, very sweet people, they gave us delicious treats. It was a very nice holiday, we are very satisfied.

We had a great holiday at Anders and Jeanette’s place. The house was beautiful, peaceful, impeccably clean and at perfect location in Bodrum! We were feet’s away from a very nice pool and garden, and we very much enjoyed our stay. House is far away from hustle and bustle of Bodrum center but it is in close proximity to many beautiful beaches and small & cute towns! House has everything a family needs to be comfy in a vacation home. Anders and Jeanette were great and very prompt in their communications. Anders provided a very detailed and very much useful guidelines and recommendations for beaches and restaurants around the region. We very much enjoyed our stay and highly recommend it!
