Holiday rentals with a patio in Koyunbaba Mahallesi

Dimitrios and his father were one of the most friendliest host we have ever had. The apartment was clean and it was equipped with everything you need. We even got soap and shower gel, which was nice. The location was beautiful and peaceful while still being located very close to the Center. We even had two balconies where we sat every evening. Thank you for the amazing stay ! If we visit Kos again we will definitely stay with Dimitrios again !

I stayed with my family at Mr. İlhan's house for the second time. Everything about the house is perfect. There are facilities to meet all your needs, such as the view, location, etc. Mr. İlhan is a very hospitable, thoughtful and very caring host. I highly recommend it.

We had to make a last min booking to change our accommodation mid holiday. And they were very helpful. I wish we stayed in Nuran’s boutique hotel all of our holiday. They are all very friendly, experienced and hands on. The place is very well equipped, super clean. Bathroom etc amazingly done. The renovation was done tastefully. They kept asking if we need anything. Communal areas are lovely to chill. Pool is big enough to have a quick dip and great for kids. Location is superb. They have their regulars which they all became like family. All the amnesties incl chemist, a mid size supermarket and lovely restaurants are around the corner but you still get a village feel. Sea is good, great for kids, shallow start and lots to look at. You can use any of the restaurants sun beds and umbrellas as long as you eat there. They are all friendly. There are also public sections, free to use with sun beds and shades. I will definitely be going back to Nuran’s boutique hotel.

Dimitros was very friendly. He responded positively to all my questions. In fact, since we have 2 children, he was very kind to us, and I thank him for this until the end. The beds were very comfortable, clean and tidy. Towel sheets were clean. You can get there by paying 7 Euros for a 7-minute taxi ride from the port. Walking distance to the center 10 minutes

Lovely apartment in a great location. It's just outside the centre so is peaceful and quiet but only a short walk. Spacious, clean and great amenities. Host is so helpful and friendly.

Amazing apartment, in the heart of the center. Lots of restaurants around, about 5 minutes walk to the beach. The apartment was clean and had everything you need. I highly recommend. Vasili was a great host too, very polite and helpful.

We thought it would be more comfortable to rent a house when we had a small baby, and we rented a house for the first time. That's why I did a lot of research, I approached it very meticulously, and we really felt at home with the cleanliness of the house, the furniture in it, and the approach of Ms. Seda and the gentleman working on the site. They were flexible both at our check-in time and at our check-out time, according to the baby's sleep time. This is incredibly precious for a mother. They always helped us when we needed something. I haven't really taken a vacation outside of a hotel for years, but I think I'll be open to renting a house now. In fact, I think I'll make a plan to come here every year. ☺️🙏🏻

We stayed in Bodrum for 3 days. Absolutely incredible city on water! Great people, our hosts were super easy to work with, great I instructions, go rent a boat directly from the boat owner, enjoy the restaurants! This apt is up a slight hill only 100 feet from the marina, fairly new apt, good shower, laundry, two nice rooms, great toiletries, balcony, private compound. Quiet. There is a dog and cat in the compound, don’t be afraid, he doesn’t bite, he might follow u to make sure you aren’t a bad guy! Bodrum is the best! Think… Newport Beach California is vibes except Turkish….

Ebru's house is a short walk from the bustling waterfront, it is peaceful, with family living close by in a cosy atmosphere, it was a short distance to everywhere in Bodrum, a block away from the location of the Mausoleum of Halicarnasus, a wonder of the ancient world. my brother and I enjoyed staying there, would love to visit again one day

Anne Marie is a kind and good host. She informed us very well at check-in and checkout. The house is just as it is in the pictures, stylish and quite clean. Almost all the tools you'll need are available. The garden is well-maintained and great for children, the stairs can get a little tired. There is a barbecue in the garden. Each room has air conditioning and is a very useful house for families with children. The humidity is almost non-existent, and you can only sleep at night without air conditioning by opening the glass. There are mosquito nets on the windows. There are 2 bathrooms and very comfortable for stays of 6 people. The sea does not deepen very clean and clear quickly in August, six round stones and gravel, the beach is cakil-stone. In the morning, the amount of waves increases according to the wind in the afternoon. A warm sea for children. The beach is yours and you feel private. It was a very pleasant and beautiful holiday for us. Thank you for the peaceful and perfect amenities and see you 😊 again

Perfect house, perfect host, perfect location. Great experience. It felt like a luxury hotel suite experience in each of the different areas created in its own home, peace, huge garden. The host made the start and last best for us with an excellent warm welcome and incredibly flexible time when we left. Not only the house but also the surrounding factors are in incredible harmony and beauty. Maybe the school right next door might bother you if you're going on a weekend vacation but there was an invisible sound wall for me. The house's own magic is enough to suppress all this sound. Not a sound you'll have a problem with. If I had a 2nd vacation plan in Kos, I would still prefer the same house.

It was a really great stay. The biggest share in this, of course, belongs to Petros, the host. He is a very helpful and friendly person. The location of the place is already very nice, the entrances and exits were very easy. We had a very nice holiday with everything. Thank you Petros 🙏

As seen in the photos of the house, the linens and towels are as clean as you use in your own home. It is quite difficult to walk from the house to the sea due to the slope, but you can go down to the beach in 1 minute by car, there is a parking lot on the beach. The site has its own sunbeds and umbrellas. The beach is not very crowded, you can easily find a place. The site has its own restaurant by the sea, the prices are not bad, we took our own food We took our own raki and they only charged a service fee. The host Ms. Esra's mother Ms. Sema and her father are incredibly polite, caring and friendly people. They took a close interest in us during our stay. We thank them once again for their polite and kind behavior. If you are looking for calmness and peace, I definitely recommend Ms. Esra's house. The house has a magnificent view. We sat and slept at home without sweating.

The house is in a great location, we ate every evening against the sunset view. It is very close to the sea by stairs from the house, the site is very organized people, there are no sunbeds problems even on the holiday, the sea mornings are a little wavy in the afternoon, but it is not cold to enter and the water temperature is not cold, the house is very nicely furnished, the house is very well furnished, the house is dusted because the house was left open for cleaning on the first day, although the house was cleaned on the first day, we wrote to Mr. Berke and he wrote it again, the house was a little old and small, the barbecue in the house was a bit old and small, we were very impressed with the veranda, we were very impressed with the veranda. I loved my stay in Bodrum! The place was a little tricky to find at first as Google maps took me to the wrong location, but Erdem came and found me and guided me to the right spot. It’s very cosy and I loved that it has a washing machine. It’s easy to walk into the center, about 10 min walk. I would definitely stay again.

Everything was very nice. Ms. Rabia and her esteemed wife were very interested in us. Everything is spotless, exactly what you see in the photo. You can go without a doubt.

We had a perfect stay! The location was excellent. Everything we needed was within walking distance. The apartment looked exactly like the photos, was clean, and beautifully furnished. We had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Check-in was very easy, and Stamatis was a wonderful host, always available, very friendly, and checked in to make sure everything was going well. We would definitely stay here again!

I enjoyed it very much. I would love to stay again. There is a clean and beautiful dental environment. It's very close to the sea. There was a friendly and helpful team. The mulberry tree was definitely a beautiful surprise. If you go at the end of May/June, you can eat plenty :) Maybe a few things can be improved. 1) The rooms could have been a little more enjoyable. It's very clean, everything works properly, but it could be a little warmer with a little touch. It felt like a newly moved house, as if it wasn't fully completed yet. 2) Breakfast was prepared with quality ingredients, but the portion was a little small for me. I think it's enough income for most people, though.

The accommodation was exactly as described and as in the photos - everything was clean, tidy and well equipped. The location is really great: it's less than a 5-minute walk to the beach, and there are bakeries and small supermarkets nearby. Particularly practical for families: there is a kind of playground directly opposite the accommodation, so the children could play right outside the door and within sight. Host Michael was super polite, very accommodating and always helpful. You feel like you are in good hands. I can really recommend this great accommodation to everyone!

Such a relaxing place, and very quiet and peaceful. We had all that we needed in the apartment. We walked to local supermarket and cooked in the apartment, we stayed for two nights and just chilled on the balcony with the amazing view, we also took a dip in the on site pool. We are returning next year for longer because we loved it so much

After reading the fantastic reviews we had high expectations and it was even better! We had a fantastic time from check-in to checkout. Vasilis and Manolis received us personally, warmly with a tour of the beautiful stay, a fridge with treats provided by Nia. There was even a welcome gift, so thoughtful! The stay neat, cozy and everything was provided for a pleasant stay. We slept wonderfully there! Quiet, air conditioning and the mattress was great! The cozy terrace was perfect for eating meals. With mood lighting in the evening. But what really made this place very special was the warmth and kindness of the family. They even had a surprise for my husband's birthday. They were always available but also gave us space. The perfect place for those looking for peace, Greek hospitality a warm home feeling, good location among the locals. Michalis was a real super host, he was flexie in terms of check in and also he proactively offerd me late check out. His flat is very nice and clean, he left me water, beer in the refrigerator and som sweet and salty snacks. Communication was very easy, his response time was fast. I will definey recommend Michalis apartment!

I want to thank the host and co-host for the beautiful stay... the place is in a very peaceful area next to the kos town, i’d say it’s walkable to kos town and it’s the center of the city with its beautiful lambi beach but definitely better if you are renting a car... There’s a supermarket like 5-6 mins walking for your daily needs and a beautiful turkish restaurant like 10 mins walking in the platani square. What i found really nice is the communication with the host and co-host. They were always there for recommendations and advices. The house was really clean with extra towels bed sheets and everything you look for in a vacation house. We definitely recommend Angela’s House for anyone who would a nice, quiet and peaceful stay near kos town with its beautiful surroundings full of trees and farm-like vibes.
