Taner’s place was amazing. Had all the amenities required and was a very clean property in a fantastic location. Taner is an amazing host and is very friendly and helpful. Me and my friends had an amazing stay and we highly recommend Taner’s place and his hospitality.

We were very welcomed with their caring and friendly staff. We had a small water problem, they came quickly and solved it when we told them. When we said everything we needed, it was met immediately. The place we stayed was the same as in the photo. Overall the layout of Gaia was very calm and peaceful. It was a place we wanted to go back and stay

Bodrum is an incredibly beautiful location for a holiday. We love Bodrum as a family. And I can definitely say that it was the most comfortable holiday we have had in Bodrum. The house was really just what it looked like in the photos, even more beautiful. We loved the sea view of the balcony. It was very enjoyable to meet in the view of the balcony on the morning. As mentioned on the site, it is quiet, calm and safe, walking down to the beach is not in a place like Bodrum. It was also a very big plus for us to get to the beach really easy and free. We also tried the restaurant in the compound; it was also very delicious. Some days we ate here without even needing to go out of the compound. The house was very clean (I can't stay in hotels because I'm a cleaning patient, so this part was very important to me). Everything we needed was available at home. We really enjoyed this period. The host was very caring and kind, helpful with everything. We will definitely be back.

The place is super nice! Very clean, modern and great furnished apartment, exactly our taste. The amenities were sufficient for the stay. During the stay, the apartment was cleaned once, towels and duvet covers changed. A car is recommended to reach the property and the surrounding villages. We were lucky enough to meet Fofi. A very warm and accommodating hostess who responds super quickly to concerns :) We would come back any time and had a great vacation.

Eda is very friendly and she was quick to respond to messages. She was very caring. Her parents are very sweet people. They invited us to breakfast (the meal lacked bird milk). Her mother was very friendly. On the way back, they dropped us off at the airport for an affordable price. & Thank you for everything Located in the center of Bodrum and within walking distance to the taxi and bus station. We didn't have any difficulty with transportation.

Perfect house, perfect host, perfect location. Great experience. It felt like a luxury hotel suite experience in each of the different areas created in its own home, peace, huge garden. The host made the start and last best for us with an excellent warm welcome and incredibly flexible time when we left. Not only the house but also the surrounding factors are in incredible harmony and beauty. Maybe the school right next door might bother you if you're going on a weekend vacation but there was an invisible sound wall for me. The house's own magic is enough to suppress all this sound. Not a sound you'll have a problem with. If I had a 2nd vacation plan in Kos, I would still prefer the same house.

The little house quickly became a little home! It was like right out of Mamma Mia - super dreamy with such a beautiful view from the roof terrace. Dimitris was a wonderful host. He responded very quick and gave us amazing recommendations for Kos. His shop in Kos city is very nice and definitely worth a visit. We had quite a few ant-visitors, which was to be expected but something to be aware of. :)

Staying at Niko's place was one of the best Airbnb experiences I've ever had. The location is perfect—close to everything yet feeling secluded and calm. Just a 5-minute walk, and you're in the centre of Kos, surrounded by cafes and restaurants, with a convenient market open till late nearby. The house itself is incredibly well-designed and well-built, with beautiful materials and finishes. The natural light fills the space, making it very relaxing. The rooms are comfortable and equipped with everything you need, and the bathroom features a fantastic open-layout shower. The backyard is also a highlight—well-designed, fully furnished, with an outdoor shower and sink. It’s a perfect spot to relax after a day at the beach before dinner. Finally, a big thanks to Niko for his excellent communication. He’s super friendly and professional. If you’re looking for the ideal spot in Kos, this is it. I’ll definitely be back next year. The place was very clean and exactly as shown on Airbnb. Husnu was a fantastic host and provided many helpful tips and suggestions. I would absolutely stay at his apartment in the in future and highly recommend. I made the dumb mistake of forgetting my cellphone in Bodrum. Husnu immediately shipped it to me in the United States.

It is very idyllic!! You're on your own. Shopping is nearby. The host was more than friendly :) if necessary, he organizes fresh meat and wood for grilling or use for the wood stove. All in all, it was very nice, the location, the house and the garden itself a dream!! It is very romantically designed and the evening atmosphere and view are a dream! It is only recommended for couples, but families will also be happy here!! Many thanks to the host for this unforgettable stay. We will be happy to come back!!

The apartment was better than we expected. It’s very spacious and clean with all the amenities. Dimi was a fantastic host who was very kind and helpful. We actually had wanted to extend our stay but unfortunately the apartment was already booked. The location is fantastic. I highly recommend it! Thank you again!

We stayed for 4 nights during Eid al-Adha. First of all, Ms. Bahar was extremely caring and helpful. The house was exactly as in the photos; an old Greek house, blue shutters, a wonderful courtyard, a custom-designed bathroom and kitchen… It was clean and had everything we needed. Staying in the center of Bodrum, which I dreamed of, walking on the beach in the morning, then having breakfast in the courtyard and going anywhere we want. In the evenings, it is a few steps away from the lively and fun nights in the bar street. We loved Bodrum more thanks to our accommodation. If I come to Bodrum again, I know where I'll stay!

Inge's accommodation met our expectations exactly! The cottage was sparkling clean and modern, had everything you needed. The communication with Inge was great, she even picked us up from the bus stop and - by chance - we were able to get back to the airport without taking the bus. Would recommend this accommodation to anyone looking for peace & nature in the immediate vicinity of Kos Town.

They were very interested in our needs. We were able to reach the house comfortably. We had a good time in this place, which fascinated us with its view, and cooked our dinner and barbecue. The place was as in the photos. Although the road was a little difficult, it was as we expected. It was quite nice to experience the sunset there.

Jamal's place is very nice and has a great view! It is quickly reached by car in Yalykavak where there are many good restaurants and shops for shopping. The house is equipped with everything it needs and has a private pool. Jamal was a wonderful host that we were able to communicate with very easily.

Very close to the market, the seaside, the marina, the dolmus passes by the street, it is extremely quiet and peaceful in the tangerine and lemon gardens. When there was no lemon left in the house, it was a very different sense to open the window and collect it from the tree. There was digiturk, and we missed watching TV. The house and kitchen were so beautiful that we spent most of the time in the house. Volkan was also very helpful and a very nice host.

It's a wonderful place, right by the sea and very peaceful. It has the written features and is as shown in the same photos. Thank you very much for your kind and helpful behavior to Ms. Handan and Mr. Galip. It was a wonderful holiday with the chickens in the garden and the very sweet dogs, Zinc and Marko. I recommend it to everyone who thinks. I hope we meet again on our next trips.
