Location is 500m from the city center and 750m from the beach. There is a restaurant, a playground, and a store 50m from the apartment.

Its equipment and substances have a lot of good emotions and fond memories. It has been successfully rented over the past few years and has earned wonderful reviews. House is positioned in the green recreational area next to bike and jogging trail just 450 meter from beautiful natural attraction Lim Fjord or just 1 km from Vrsar marine and public beach. It has private parking, open terrace, grill and nice garden(500m2) with olive trees. Garden and house have plethora of sun during the whole day. It's equipped with kitchenette, washing machine, linen and towels, WIFI, TV and air conditioning.
