Excellent location to discover Erevan, great communication with Narek and comfortable apartment!

I had a lovely stay at Gevorg's place! The apartment is cute and cozy, with all the listed amenities. Even though the apartment is just on the second floor near a busy street, the trees in front of the windows give you a wonderful sense of privacy! Gevorg is an excellent host, always helpful and responsive. I really enjoyed my stay and I'd happily recommend it!

We enjoyed our stay at Emma's place. The place was spacious, bright and clean. We had everything we needed. Our host was very nice and attentive. It was nice of her to call the next day to see if everything is good and we had everything we needed. The location is great right in the center of the city. The only problem was the entrance which is not in the main street and it took us some time to find it. Also be aware that there is no elevator and there are some stairs to get to the apartment. Overall we had a nice stay and I recommend it if you are planning to go to Yerevan.

Dr. Meri's place was spotlessly clean, accurately described and Dr. Meri herself is a very helpful and amazing person. She even had some snack prepared for us, so we didn't have to rush to a supermarket to get supplies, even though one of them is just the opposite side of the street. If we'll be back in Yerevan, we would be really happy to stay at her place or rent it long term. Please do not hesitate to contact her or just go ahead and book her place. Her place is the best Airbnb we ever stayed. Her place is in a walkable distance from the center (took us about 15-20 min, depend on the route we took).

Good place, though be aware that there are no way to open any window, although there is a lovely close balcony, just without any opening opportunity. Air conditioner on the other hand works fine. Overall good experience.

The apartment was exactly as described — clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything needed for a pleasant stay. It’s located in a decent neighborhood with shops and transport nearby. The host, Samvel, was very friendly and welcoming. He stayed in touch throughout our stay and was always ready to help if we needed anything. We really appreciated his hospitality. A good value for short stay. The apartment is very quiet, close enough to the cable car. But it can be cold at night, turn on the heat (we didn't immediately notice it)

Beautiful flat to stay nearby by the ropeway. The place is clean and has everything you need for your stay. The host is very responsive and helpful. Would definitely be back.
