Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Kos

We felt right at home with Martha. From the extremely friendly reception, to the abundant water provided, wine and olive oil to great recommendations in the area. Martha made our time on Kos Island an unforgettable experience. The special icing on the cake was her cat, who greeted us kindly every morning and every evening. The appartement made our stay in Kos wonderfull. It was clean, had everything we needed (incl towles, Nespresso machine and soap/shampoo), the view from 2 balconees was breathtaking and the location was also great. The contact with Giannis was easy going and he was helpfull. This is an Airbnb that we will reserve again when going to Kos.

I loved staying here, it was very close to the center and restaurants, even though I stayed alone, I enjoyed the terrace every day, the host helped me with everything and checked every day if I had a need or question. Thank you so much for everything, I would stay here again if I came back.

This two bedroom, ground floor apartment is ideally located on a quiet, residential street, a short five to ten minute walk from the many shops and restaurants at the main Port. The area is safe with a green grocer, small supermarket, bakery and butcher, a block away. The off-street parking is a plus if you have a car. The modestly furnished apartment has a backyard that is shared with the building next store but can provide refuge from the hustle and bustle of the tourist season. A adequately outfitted kitchen makes meal prep possible. Check-in, check-out was flawless. The host was available to answer any questions that we had. Definitely a good place to stay if you want to be near the Port of Kos, yet desire a more serene environment.

Staying at Niko's place was one of the best Airbnb experiences I've ever had. The location is perfect—close to everything yet feeling secluded and calm. Just a 5-minute walk, and you're in the centre of Kos, surrounded by cafes and restaurants, with a convenient market open till late nearby. The house itself is incredibly well-designed and well-built, with beautiful materials and finishes. The natural light fills the space, making it very relaxing. The rooms are comfortable and equipped with everything you need, and the bathroom features a fantastic open-layout shower. The backyard is also a highlight—well-designed, fully furnished, with an outdoor shower and sink. It’s a perfect spot to relax after a day at the beach before dinner. Finally, a big thanks to Niko for his excellent communication. He’s super friendly and professional. If you’re looking for the ideal spot in Kos, this is it. I’ll definitely be back next year. Peaceful place in a nice area overlooking the town and sea, with kind and friendly cats and dogs who welcome you. Well equipped and clean accommodation, and the host was very responsive if we needed anything. Highly recommend and would definitely go back.

A pleasure to deal with. Eager to help including fitting a mattress topper as we found bed fairly firm ( personal taste!) Allowed us to stay on until we left for our late flight. A gentleman who always responded very quickly. Highly recommend.

Irene's studio is lovely! It has a beautiful view of the sea and Telendos island from the balcony, lots of light, and feels spacious for a studio. We loved the amount of storage space as we were there for over a week. The kitchenette is small, but has everything you need, and with the endless amount of incredible and affordable restaurants we never cooked anyways. Irene is a very kind and helpful host. She provided us with any information we needed far in advance, organized a taxi, gave us the latest ferry schedules, and offered to clean halfway through our stay. We will 100% go back and recommend her place to friends :)

A very good appartment in a very practical location in the middle of the town recomended

Very nice and beautiful accommodation, small but very nice with wonderful and soothing views of the sea, the boats and Kalymnos. Sun on the balcony from morning until about 4:30 pm now in October. Change of towels often. Breakfast with bread, butter, yoghurt, marmalade, cheese, ham, juice and banana was in the fridge every day. Very kind and friendly hosts. We would love to return, both to nice Aphrodite and to little Telendos with its cozy restaurants.

The house is very centrally located, very close to the ancient city, pharmacy, and eateries. We were able to enter and leave at the time we wanted, he always answered our questions, helped and was kind. I loved Kos, I would stay here if I came again, we enjoyed it very much

If the hospitality had a face, it would definitely be the host Anthoula's. Friendly, giving, kind, always for everything there, to help with anything. Spotless house, sparkling, with aesthetics and taste. What more can I say about a person who put me in her own house so that she could help me and inform me by being a stranger on the island. Bravo again, I wish everyone was like Anthoula!

Clean and quiet, very close to the beach

Jenny's place was great in every way. The house had plenty of everything you needed. All rooms and bathroom were spotless. It was within walking distance to the beaches, restaurants and the center in terms of location. She hosted us great and prepared special little surprises for us. We are so happy to have met her. It was our best ever airbnb experience ❤️

We had the most fabulous stay at Dimitra Maria’s place. The air bnb had all the amenities you could need during your stay, the kitchen was well equipped and we even had some local honey’s, marmalades and milks to start us off! The property is a perfect distance to be able to walk to the beaches and the town, whilst being slightly out of the hustle and bustle. Dimitria Maria was so helpful during our stay, helping us arrange transport to and from the airport, and always on hand to answer any queries. We highly recommend staying here and we hope to be back next year! Thank you!😌

It was a very nice space just above the delicious pizzeria. We enjoyed using the accommodation which is within walking distance of the beach and the busy shops. The shower head is quite loose in the holder, but otherwise the bathroom is also clean and tidy

Michalis was a real super host, he was flexie in terms of check in and also he proactively offerd me late check out. His flat is very nice and clean, he left me water, beer in the refrigerator and som sweet and salty snacks. Communication was very easy, his response time was fast. I will definey recommend Michalis apartment!

We had such a great stay in Dimitra's Chrysalis 2 apartment. It's a great location easily walkable to the Old Town, to lots of lovely restaurants, to the port and to the beaches whilst still nice and quiet. The apartment itself is really well equipped with everything you need and is really comfortable and attractive. Dimitra was so helpful, welcoming and friendly and really made everything about our stay so much more relaxing and easy. We wouldn't hesitate to stay again.
