Holiday rentals with a hot tub in Kos

Pristine Villa - beautiful interior and exterior, luxurious feel, beautifully designed and maintained. Thoughtful gifts on arrival - the villa came with 2 bikes which were so useful and a great way to get to the beach and beyond. Aphrodite was great at giving restaurant recommendations, but equally respected our privacy - she really was the perfect host - highly recommend

Mr. Onur's father, Mr. Mehmet, did not spare his support when I needed grocery shopping. Since the house is in a gated community outside the center, it will definitely be more comfortable to drive. They responded quickly to all my needs, thank you so much

We stayed in the Fotini Studios, apartment number 2, for five days. It's a cute little studio, down to earth, with everything you need for your stay. If you have any wishes, you can always contact someone in person or via messenger. We wanted to have some days off from the big city we live in and that's exactly what we got. The Fotini Studios are in a calm neighbourhood but only maximum five walking minutes away from the beach. The nearest supermarket is two walking minutes away. Unfortunately, we couldn't stay longer because we really enjoyed our stay. Our highlight were all the precious cats Ioannis and his cousin care for and that live in the area. We fell in love with them right away and saying goodbye made it really hard. We really would like to come back some day and stay here again. Thank you!

they responded to our messages immediately, we received instant answers to all our questions. The view of the villa is very beautiful. It was great to spend time in the garden and pool. Every item is available at home. Everything has been thought of. Only the bathrooms need to be renovated. They're a little outdated. Other than that, everything was very nice. Thank you very much for everything.

Great Airbnb, the location was steps away from the beach/restaurants/bar, the apartment was exceptionally clean and the host was very helpful and flexible with all our needs. Would highly recommend this Apartment and the roof terrace with Jacuzzi was the perfect place to relax. Thank you so much for looking after us.

Wow, what a holiday. Came to Kos for the first time and had a wonderful time, made 100x better by our stay here. Eva is an amazing host, who is there for your every need, the food and drink they serve is also impeccable. The BnB is also gorgeous with an amazing pool, sun-beds and hot tub! It overlooks a beautiful sunset, Kos and the surrounding islands, a breathtaking view. You will need to rent a car as nothing much is walkable if you wish to go to the best spots! Renting the car was easy though, Eva set it all up and we were good to go and there are some beautiful spots only minutes away. Once again, Eva was so lovely and her accommodation is spotless, would 100% recommend and 100% will be back again :)

We were a family of 4 adults. Great walk to beach and great choice of restaurants. Sandy beach great for children as the water level was very low. I would return back in a heartbeat.

Probably the best place I've ever booked. The family was super friendly and accommodating. We entered the property with a full fridge and fresh fruit. Everything was very clean. We will definitely visit the same place again!

Fabulous house for a family holiday. We had 7 adults and all fit comfortably. Private pool and jacuzzi was a huge bonus! 10-15 minute drive to the beach and great restaurants, cafes, gelato shops (you definitely need to rent a car). Nicos, the property manager, was fantastic! Had several helpful recommendations for places to eat and things to see. He went above and beyond to make our stay wonderful! 🏝️

Everything as described. Amazing view and pool. Was everything we were looking for and cannot appreciate Jen more on helping us going out of her way with ordering food, taxis and everything local because of the language barrier. The power did go off a few times but they were always responsive to fix!

A beautiful villa in lovely private grounds. Good size pool - nice and warm in early May. Everything we needed and more with a mid-week clean and towel change etc. short drive to Kos town and another village within walking distance.

Zeynep's place is a spacious, comfortable, well-loved family home. The views over Bodrum, the castle, sea and surrounding hills are stunning. The highlight for me was sitting on the patio and drinking in the views. It offers peace and calm while only a 20 minute stroll into the centre. The last 5 minutes of the walk back gets your heart pumping but helps burn off the calories from the huge choice of bars and eateries Bodrum offers. Zeynep is really welcoming and accommodating - talking to taxi drivers for us, booking our return taxi and allowing us to check out late as we had an evening flight and she had no new guests arriving that day. We had a great time - thanks Zeynep!

The view and garden, especially every area in the garden, is thoughtfully arranged. The villa is modern and the jacuzzi area is very pleasant.

Mr. Mert was a very kind and caring host. We were able to reach him instantly whenever we wanted until we left the house without even booking. The house was luxurious and very convenient as seen in the photos. Almost every item in the house (built-in, air conditioning, white goods, cabinets, etc.) was the quality products of good brands. Our humble advice to everyone…

Our stay at La Boheme Ashram was fantastic! It was a last minute booking for us (<8 hours) and Soli made sure that everything was taken care of despite being half way around the world! He was extremely attentive during our stay, and the villa was exactly what we were looking for near Yalikavak. Soli's place is a perfect choice if you're looking to combine privacy and luxury. A++
