Kirkjuland is a small farm just 10km north of Reykjavik, on Kjalarnes. Located under the beautiful mountain Esja. Peaceful and cozy.. We can host 2 persons at our facility. Fantastic view over the Reykjavik area. We are close to many beautiful places you would want to visit; like Thingvellir national park, Glymur the highest waterfall in Iceland, Húsafell , Krauma, Giljaböð natural bath places, etc. All photos of the northern lights taken in our garden! A grocery store is just a few minutes' walk away and a selection of restaurants in the area. The house has two balconies, and the area has trails for walking, running, or biking. This network of trails takes you all over the greater Reykjavik area and beyond. The house is my home, so lots of "normal" daily things in the kitchen and bathroom are at your disposal.
