Apartment holiday rentals in Kodiak Island

Very Nice appartement. Great view, we saw a lot of eagels. Location is good and the hosts are friendly an helpfull. Very Nice they offer a rentalcar as well.

Easy and smooth rental. Great location walkable to downtown. You have to pay the bed tax and city tax upon arrival and credit cards are not accepted for this. It wasn't a problem, but I thought it might be helpful for others to know. Martha was upfront about this after making the reservation. She is a great communicator.

I had a great stay here. Very clean and included a lot of amenities. The host was super friendly and communicative. If I ever go back to Kodiak, I would definitely stay here again!

Great little place to stay right in town! Walked right across the street to the harbor and restaurants. My only complaint is the queen bed. The frame is very rickety and felt like it was going to break with the slightest movement; and the mattress was not comfortable at all. The twin beds seemed to be much more comfortable!

Short flight of stairs to walk from the street, with easy access to the room. About a 10 minute taxi ride from the airport, and a very quick walk to the nearest restaurants and convenience store. Would recommend!

We had a great stay at Laurie’s! The view was lovely and we were within walking distance of some great restaurants and activities!

We had the best time at Daniel’s place! The kitchen was well stocked, back deck was wonderful to enjoy in the morning & evening, bathrooms/bedrooms were spotless. Everyone kept commenting on how well stocked the place was. Beauitful view too! I would not hesitate to stay here again. Until next time!

From being flexible with our delayed arrival time of the ferry to finding a walk-in clinic for me when I needed to see a doc, and making a parking spot available for our rental car, Brian went above my expectations of an airBnB host. Definitely an excellent place to stay!

Marion is a 5 star host. Our stay was absolutely perfect. The apartment was pristine, stocked with goodies and a wealth of information. Marion shared tidbits about the area, recipes and local lore. I would highly recommend her place to anyone I know visiting Kodiak. Thank you Marion for such a wonderful experience!

Lucas' place is true "Alaska" with all the wildlife inside! He was very accommodating to our needs and promptly responded to messages. This is a place you don't want to miss out on!
