I had an incredible stay at this villa! The location was simply breathtaking - tucked away in a serene, peaceful spot with stunning views. The hostess was a gem, always ready to assist and make our stay memorable. And let's not forget the food – it was an absolute delight! Every meal was a culinary adventure. I can't recommend this place enough. If you're looking for a tranquil getaway with top-notch hospitality and delicious food, this villa is the perfect choice. I can't wait to come back!

Disclaimer - 100% genuine review. Not paid anything to write this. Please do not think twice before booking this Airbnb for your visit to Kodai. We went as a group of 7 people on new year's eve. The property is fairly new and all furniture is in amazing condition. The property has a very vintage interior which will make your social media stories look mind blowing. It is tucked away from the busy roads in a mini forest. The location is slightly away from the main city but that is part of the charm and it is extremely safe. Special shoutout to our caretaker for being the best and helping us with every single one of our requests no matter what time it was.

We had an amazing stay at this beautiful property in Kodaikanal! The house was exactly as described — cozy, clean, and perfect for a group of friends.

Roads are very narrow, and do not pack to much , you should hike over 50 meters so just take backpacks.

This was one of the best stays from Airbnb. The place was beautiful and magical. The environment was serene and very private. Spacious house with all basic amenities in place, clean and cluster free. It’s a little away from main city, therefore, carry the necessities with you. Because of its location, the view from the place is mesmerising.

Amazing property. Location is the best part of this listing (provided you want a secluded area & want to have a cozy vacation with your family). The host is amazing & helpful, the property is still getting improved & new construction is happening for the top floor but the rest of the property is sufficient for a family of 8 to 10 people & once completed it can accommodate a lot more. I will definitely be visiting again. Kitchen is well equipped, the care takers are amazing. Overall superb experience. Only thing is that you will definitely need a car of your own to commute.

Property is an oldish 4BHK Duplex on a cliff. You can see the beautiful valley from here. Andavar temple is walkable from here. It has got enough parking for 3 cars. Anand was the caretaker for us. We got good help and tasty food for us as well from him. Bonfire in the night is amazing. Since the property is next to a cliff, it was breezy with cold air (much colder than city). Building is slightly old with older furnishing but not much of a concern though. Hot water was available for bathing.

Ideal place for a trip with extended family. Spacious rooms and living areas. The host Ragul is always available for anything that is required. He is very helpful and takes care of guests. The caretaker is also good and prepares delicious home cooked good.

Leela's Country House was definitely worth the price paid and it matched our expectations completely.We were a group of 10 members with kids and we loved our stay. Caretakers offered to cook and we had our Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner at our stay itself.5 stars for the Food service-It was homely and hot(a bliss in Hillstations) and the cook catered to our asks.This place is right next to the Rose Garden on Observatory road. In House Wi-fi connection was good eventhough mobile signal was poor.Would highly recommend and look forward for our next stay here.
