There is boat house on the water's edge supplied with kayaks, and many wonderful spots to swim or soak up the sun. The house has comfortable furniture, a wood stove for chilly evenings, and well equipped kitchen. The villages of Deer Isle and Blue Hill are close by, where you'll find shops, restaurants, and great local businesses.

We have kayaks, fishing poles, and we're only a short drive from beautiful hikes, beaches, and vibrant downtown Rockland where you can enjoy many museums, restaurants, and shopping.
