Great spot for visting family in Bradford

A really special place to stay. We had three families and all really enjoyed our stay. We took the option of the caravan too; everything was spotless, well-equipped and very comfortable. Between us there were five kids and there was plenty of space for them to roam and explore. The hot tub and sauna were great too.

Amazing host who went above and beyond by decorating the place with happy birthday banners and balloons for my Mums stay for her 60th birthday. The place has so much character and is in such a perfect location

We had a fantastic stay at Sonia's place, the cottage was beautiful and was perfect for our family to stay over New Year. There was lots to do in the area and the cottage was in a great location. The hot tub was a fab addition in the frosty weather! Communication with Sonia was good and quick. Thank you! 😊

Super friendly hosts. A home away from home with spectacular views, amazing wildlife and if you’re lucky to arrive in glorious weather like we did it’s the cherry on the cake. The cabins and hot tubs are well maintained and kept pristine. Just what you need after a day of exploring one of the many nearby local villages. Pet friendly and private too which means even anxious pooches get to relax.

A lovely place, was great for my friend’s hen weekend. Had everything we needed and was perfect. The karaoke machine was a great addition as were the hot tub and the trampoline! Paul was very responsive and gave some great recommendations for local activities for our hen party. All rooms were great.

We had a fabulous stay at Hingabarn, a remote beautiful place, surrounded by wooded countryside with so many flower-filled meadows. Barn itself very clean with a well-equipped kitchen, and a very generous welcome pack! The drive up the track was fine, as per instructions just have to take it slowly and carefully. Thank you Paul and Barbara, we will be back!

Absolutely gorgeous barn with beautiful views in a great location. We loved the chickens, goats, dog and cat. Susan was really friendly, the barn was immaculate and had everything we needed. Directions were spot-on. We had a lovely time, thank you 😊

Fabulous property, the photos do not do it justice. As per previous reviews, the property was spotless and generously stocked with branded, not cheap, kitchen and bathroom products. The bed/pillows were so comfortable. The wraparound garden was beautiful and well maintained, it was a delight watching the birds (again, well stocked bird food to top up the feeders). We found the location to be a good central base for travelling to many tourist locations, and it was always a pleasure to return to such a clean and comfortable home. We cannot wait to return.

Excellent location for nearby family. We loved having breakfast in the morning sunshine on the balcony. I’m sure we will return!

Such a lovely place, had a nice girly weekend for my hen do with my bridesmaids and maid of honour and the hosts were really sweet. They were happy to co-ordinate with my maid of honour so the whole thing was a really nice surprise and it was overall really private and peaceful with such stunning views. Would highly recommend and think we will definitely be booking again 🤍

I came to Harrogate for a family wedding at the nearby Valley Gardens and needed a property close by with parking. Chris’s place ticked all the boxes and was extremely comfortable, well equipped and clean. It is also extremely quiet at night for such a central location. I would highly recommend staying here as a base to explore everything Harrogate has to offer.

We had a great two night stay at this lovely cosy cottage. It’s set in beautiful surroundings and with Lucy’s instructions was very easy to find. The cottage was clean and warm with a welcome gift of Cake, milk, bread and butter. The basics are provided in the kitchen, you’re probably not going to cook a full three course dinner in there but it’s perfectly serviceable for making simple meals. It is in a great location with easy access to lots of worthwhile places to visit. Most importantly to us it was within a 30 minute drive to Newby Hall and Gardens for Tractor Fest 2025.

We had a wonderful stay at this lovely, spacious home! The house was perfect for our group—it was clean, beautifully decorated, and had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing weekend. One of the biggest highlights was the location—just a short drive and walk to the wedding we were attending, which made everything so convenient. It was great to be able to get ready together in such a nice space and come back to unwind after the celebration. The host was friendly and responsive, and check-in was smooth and easy. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone attending events in the area or just looking for a peaceful getaway in a beautiful home.

lovely setting, period house is what it is. The children loved the little bits of history like the writing block that they had learned bout in school. Easy to find, quality bedding very comfortable. We were staying for a wedding so didn't spend a lot of weekend there. Garden was great to sit out in. Welcome pack was a lovely treat, 😋 The homemade cake sustained us all whilst making up all the wedding flowers at Danby church nothing too much trouble for Trish, I asked for full length mirror and there was one provided. All round a pleasant stay

We had a wonderful stay, the view is amazing, the apartment is well equipped and comfortable with a great shower. Less than a 15 minute walk into Otley with a variety of restaurants and a large range of pubs. Great locations for exploring and Chevin Forest is on your doorstep.

This was our second time at Phils, first time to celebrate my 70th second time for my husbands 75th. When I asked my family where they wanted to celebrate my husbands 75th birthday it was Phils place. Its perfect for our multi-generational family, amples of space and the pool and hot tub are the icing on the cake. We all had the best time and we made lots of memories. Thank you Phil for the use of your lovely home.

This hidden gem was perfect for our family getaway, away from the hustle and bustle of day to day life. we were welcomed with a smile, and a beautiful home made cake and loaf of bread, as well as a fun "boo-basket' with hot chocolate, smores ingredients and a pumpkin to carve. cottage was exactly as described and clean and tidy. we loved the indoor swimming pool and games room, allowing us the holiday fun irrespective of the weather. The Coachman Inn pub only a mile away, had the freshest pint and one of the best steaks we've ever had. close to Pickering, were we took the steam train to Goathland, and Dalby forest to go swing at Go Ape and ride bikes. and only 30 mins from Whitby to get a dose of sea-side and fish n chips! the grounds of the cottage were beautiful too, for a lovely evening stroll, where we met the sweetest chickens and ducks. Truly a fab week away to recharge the batteries !! thanks so much!! and will definitely recommend!

Absolutely loved our stay at Cliff House with Jacquline. Beautiful location, swimming pool was such a bonus for the children, they loved it! The grounds were fantastic, such a lot to explore, our children loved the chickens and climbing frame and the private wood was great for hide and seek. Jacquline was such a great, friendly host and gave us great advice about visiting York. She even arranged an Easter egg hunt for our children. We had a wonderful time and would definitely recommend.

Had an amazing weekend at Rachael's caravan, this was our second visit and we 100% plan on coming again. Rachael is a wonderful host who is easy to contact and she takes pride in her beautiful caravan. The caravan was extremely clean, comfortable and very homely, as the weather was warm we spent most of our time outside on the decking which had plenty of seating space and the hot tub was a great added extra enjoyed mostly by the kids. There was plenty to do onsite including the swimming pool, a private dog park where you can let your doggos off lead and play. The staff at the main reception were friendly and helpful and the bar area was clean with lots food and drink options. We would highly recommend coming to stay at Serendipity and we will be visiting again.

I had a really amazing stay at Angie’s place. The pool was great for the kids and it was an added treat to be able to use the spa and gym. The surroundings were stunning and people on the park really friendly. Everything in the Airbnb was so thoughtful and in the right place with the right number of coat hooks for all the gear. Would defo return

2nd time we’ve been here as a group of ageing Dad’s getting away for a weekend together - and for the 2nd time it’s been exactly what we’ve wanted - we will be back again for certain

I had an absolutely blissful stay at Johns place. It was wonderful to be surrounded by so many lovely animals, and the views from inside the hut are incredible. A very special spot.

Fabulous garden and location. Beautiful view from the sun room. Great pool, perfect temperature and very comfortable bed. All round lovely clean and quiet place.
