The house is perfectly located within walking distance along the beach to several of the good surf spots/reefs, as are the shopping and dunes plantations nearby. The house can be used both for holidays and for a work stay. There is plenty of space inside as well as outside where surfboards, bikes, golf equipment can be easily stored, etc. The house works perfectly for one or more families or friends on a trip.
