The entire floor of 110 sqm is renovated in 2020 with room for lots of coziness. The apartment consists of 2 bedrooms with double beds and with Sea Breeze to the North Sea. There is a large kitchen-living room with a wood-burning stove. The apartment has 1 bathroom and there is a private entrance. Just 100m from the apartment there is a playground and large grass area. We live downstairs, with children.

The house is newly renovated with access to its own terrace and has the most beautiful view of a quite special landscape. On starry nights, from the bed you can experience the starry sky through the studio windows in the roof. By day, you can enjoy the special light that the location close to the sea and the fjord throws over the countryside. On the hillside behind the house there is the finest view of the Limfjord and the land behind. It is not far to the fjord, where there are good bathing conditions and the trip there is really beautiful.

At the top of the grounds there are 360 degree views on the bunker from 2. World War II. 🙋 No parties allowed in the house.

You will be staying on one of the nicest roads in Klitmøller, right by the beach and dunes. The house is perfectly located within walking distance along the beach to several of the good surf spots/reefs, as are the shopping and dunes plantations nearby. The house can be used both for holidays and for a work stay. There is plenty of space inside as well as outside where surfboards, bikes, golf equipment can be easily stored, etc. The house works perfectly for one or more families or friends on a trip.

The most wonderful little holiday home for you and your family or maybe a couple of good friends. It’s simple, Nordic and very charming - especially, if you light up the stove. It’s close to the ocean, the town restaurants like Klitmøller Røgeri, Håndpluk, Le Garage, and Kesses Hus, and the surf hub. It’s located in a holiday area, so you’ll most likely have a few neighbors around - but don’t worry, the ground is big, so you’ll have plenty of space to kick back and enjoy the peace and quiet.

At the top of a large through room with a work table and cozy sleeping nook.

Surrounding the house are terraces with sauna barrel, outdoor shower, outdoor kitchen with gas grill and pizza oven, fire pit and shelters. This means the summerhouse is just as applicable as the "lovest" for a couple who want to enjoy the fun in a cozy environment as for friends who like the outdoors maybe even outdoors.
