The apartment has a balcony almost directly over the Rhine. The apartment is very bright, friendly and clean. Shops can be reached on foot in 5 min.

Parkplätze sind vorhanden, die Busstation ist 1 Km entfernt.

The apartment is situated in the upper Floor of a farm with horses. It is completely renovated and new. The cosy terrace is staffed with a lounge, charcoal barbecue, sunloungers and sunshade and invites to linger on sunny days. The sauna in the barn can be used against a fee (10 EUR per use). Space to bring your own horse available as well as guided trail rides on pre-arrangement and against fee. Please note, that with entrance of the barn the smell of horses is unavoidable.

The house is situated in a spacious scattered settlement, the distance to the nearest house is about 50 meters. Apart from the guests, I live as a host in the house, the permanently rented apartment in the attic has a separate entrance from the outside. Guest access is on ground floor. As a host, I use the extra entrance in the basement.
