What an amazing getaway! Our family of 4 spent Father’s Day weekend at this beautiful and cozy home. Everything was top notch! Directions were clear and checkin was flawless. The house itself was the home away from home we’d hoped it would be. It was clean, comfortable, and felt extremely private with all the beautiful trees surrounding the property. We enjoyed the hot tub, the long walks in the amazing private beach, cozying up on the couch or lounging around in the yard. The only downside is that we had to leave! We would 100% stay here (again, and again, and again)!

Beautiful place and amazing view. Enjoyed being right on the water - rooms, decks, fire pit(s), and hot tub were amazing. Really enjoyed watching the sea otters in the Sound. Well cared for place.

Cris has been wonderful! We needed a place to relocate as an extended stay while we house hunted on the island. The cottage is fully stocked, comfortable, and close to all the things we need in town. Cris has gone above and beyond, from sending update on road conditions, dropping by with bottles of wine, answering all questions, even forwarding alerts about orca sightings around the island! We’ve felt so welcome here and it’s made our transition to the island so much easier.

We can’t say enough about the fabulousness of both the hosts and this Airbnb! Dave and BJ are so incredibly nice and flexible. This is such a kid friendly place both in location but the indoor toys, books and outdoor toys they provide. The hosts live on the back of the property but are non-intrusive. Honestly, we would have loved to hang out with them- they are that wonderful! The Airbnb is fully stocked. It was so nice to not have to run out for things like coffee, ketchup etc. A+++++++++++

The beach side gem was the perfect location for the wedding we attended at Kiana Lodge. Cabin had a great deck to enjoy morning coffee and afternoon wine. Hot tub was a bonus besides the beautiful views. Paul was quick to respond to questions and provide local recommendations.

This is a really nice place to be, very pretty little forest surrounding one of the most pleasant places to stay - well appointed kitchen, comfy furniture, and easily one of the best Airbnb beds I’ve slept in.

This beach cottage was prefect for two couples and a pup. The kitchen is well equipped. It’s just a short walk from the beach. The beds are comfy. It has a great outdoor space with grass and patio furniture. Would absolutely stay again. We had a wonderful weekend here

Perfect vacation. Exactly what I wanted in a beach house. Cozy and comfy and right on the water. So peaceful. Saw a pod of whales, several eagles, humming birds, sea otters, bunnies and deer. Loved reading the history of the home and property. I did bring a set of cotton sheets. All the beds had polyester sheets which I don’t care for. I always bring a set just in case. Wish I had brought a sheet pan. I couldn’t find one in the house. I improvised and got by just fine. The evenings were stunning especially looking north. All and all, loved it!! We really enjoyed our stay. The house was lovely, with a great view. Beds were comfortable, and the rooms were spacious.

We were in Port Orchard for a graduation and we stayed at David’s place for peace and quiet after fun filled days! It was just perfect! We loved having our coffee on the porch in the morning while enjoying the view! The place was spotless and comfortable and we felt right at home! We will definitely stay here again any time we’re in town!

We loved this cottage, it was quaint and secluded, just what we were looking for! It was clean and comfortable. There were only 2 things that were negative. Half the pots & pans were dirty, like they were put away dirty. I rewashed all of them and some silverware and the hand bester was dirty too, as well as tje measuring cups and spoons. And the bed was wobbly due to the frame base being slightly raised in the middle. LOL. We still really good on it though! oh, and there is a pole obstructing the view of the TV from half the couch. It would work better if they switched the TV with the table & chairs.

It was much better than expected! The cabin is nicer and cleaner than you can determine from the pictures. We were a bit nervous about the proximity of the cabin to the owners’ house but it was not an issue. From inside the cabin, you almost cannot see the house and it does not obstruct the view in any way. The beach is so accessible across a lovely lawn and so you almost forget about the owners that are right there. The owners were ideal—friendly but not obtrusive in any way. The stretch of beach is pristine. We fished and beach combed and just sat and enjoyed watching sea life and ships. It’s a long private beach area for the residents of the lane, and folks were mostly friendly to us. I would not hesitate to recommend Tanya’s place for a rustic escape that is close to home but feels so far away!

This property was exactly as described, and incredibly clean! The furnishings were inviting and we had everything we needed. We felt like our comfort was prioritized and that we were trusted with quality items. Kenton was exceptionally responsive and helpful, sending links to local attractions and making sure our check-in went smoothly. The location was peaceful and relaxed, surrounded by beautiful flowers and vegetation. As secluded and private as it felt, it was an easy walk down the street to restaurants, a market, shops, and the waterfront. We really appreciated having everything so close and not needing to fight for parking! We loved our stay and highly recommend this rental. Low-key hospitality at its finest :)

Crystal & Jason’s lovely beachfront cottage offers a beautiful view of Ostrich Bay. The whole place is tastefully decorated with a fully stocked kitchen. Grocery stores, coffee shops and restaurants are just about 10 – 15 minutes away. All in all, a perfect place for a quick getaway to relax and recharge!

Thank you for the warm hospitality and comfortable stay. In town for graduation and this house was perfect location for both the ferry and downtown. They also have a wonderful roadside stand with eggs, jams, jellies and we are the heck out of those eggs! Peaceful, lots of wildlife and the hosts were fantastic. Will book again.

We had a WONDERFUL time at Elizabeth's cottage! Her place was very comfortable! She was an AMAZING hostess!

Beautiful, peaceful, and exhale, waterfront retreat. This was perfect for my husband and I for a sweet weekend getaway. You could literally just stay all day and watch the birds and scenery, read a book or be creative and something. We brought our paddle boards and enjoyed getting out on the water and had an amazing sunny weekend. Close enough to go find a town and things to do in Silverdale or Poulsbo if you wanted to find more activity. We will definitely be back again and put this in to one of our favorite Airbnb‘s. DJ and Karen were very responsive and helpful with anything we needed, The Eagles are amazing and love the feeling of being in the woods yet right on the water Love. Love. Love !!

My husband, 6yo son, and 4yo daughter stayed at Amy’s place for 3 nights and had a WONDERFUL time. Our favorite part was the beach and spent mornings, afternoons, and evenings there… each providing a different experience. The kids had fun (probably too much fun!) in the outdoor shower after each beach visit. The cottage itself is cozy. Only complaint came from my 6’5” husband who hit his head a couple times passing through different doorways, but this isn’t entirely unusual for him given his height.

I had a wonderful stay! The place was great—very clean and fully equipped with everything I needed in the kitchen, bathroom, and throughout the house. The location is peaceful and surrounded by nature, which I absolutely loved. Lidunn was very responsive and answered all my questions. I also appreciated being able to get a beautiful meditation chair for travel. I’m enjoying it and love that I can take it with me wherever I go. Thank you so much, Lidunn, for all your help and support. I would definitely love to come back to the island again someday.

I loved my stay at Gisele’s cottage, this is truly a special spot. The beautiful gardens were a treat to wake up to. This was my first stay on Bainbridge, it was nice to be able to walk around the Yeomalt neighborhood in the morning then head into town or to the ferry. Gisele was so lovely, I am already looking forward to a return trip!
