Sylvia was super responsive (usually responded within a few minutes). The view from the apartment is unparalleled. You can see the mountains and glaciers from the windows. Parking is very easy (on the premises).

Great place to stay - everything you need, very clean and great location with fantastic views. The apartment is very well divided and very cozy. Communication with Anna is very straightforward. We would come back anytime and definitely recommend the apartment 😀

I spent two nights at Marcus' and I can only recommend it. The room was exceptionally clean and had everything you need. The terrace with a view of the lake is simply unbeatable. I will definitely come back ☺️

We were very happy with the place. Everything was clean, stylishly furnished and nothing was missing. Even for our dog, there was a bowl and a treat. Upon entering the apartment, it smelled very pleasant, you immediately felt comfortable. Communication was great and quick. We are happy to recommend.

We had an incredibly wonderful time in this nice house with our two daughters. It was very spacious, with good beds and quiet decor and especially phenomenal views. It often seemed like a painting that always changed by the time of the day and the weather conditions, but again and again! We also loved the sweet horses. We enjoyed hiking nearby, the waterfalls at the Achensee and the nice trips to the cities, Innsbruck and Munich. We'd love to come back sometime!

I really enjoy the time in Michaela's apartment! The apartment is great and really leaves nothing to be desired. It is also super suitable for longer stays. The location with perfect access to Kufstein and Munich, the beautiful view of the mountains, the loving high-quality furnishings and of course Michaela's warmth make it a wonderful home away from home! The stay was fantastic all around! The check-in was super uncomplicated and flexible - exactly as you would like it. We felt totally comfortable as soon as we arrived. Everything was very clean, modern and furnished with a lot of love for detail. The accommodation was really cozy, and as a welcome greeting there was even chocolate - a very nice gesture! The highlight was definitely the wellness area with a great sauna and a refreshing cold pool - perfect for relaxing. Overall, a truly exceptional stay. We had very nice days in Christa's apartment! The apartment is clean, has everything you need, a beautiful garden and a fantastic view of the mountains from the living room. There is a lot to discover in the area and you can also hike directly from the farm. Christa and her family are really child-friendly, very nice and helpful. Thank you again!

For our studies, we had to go to Kufstein for a week to participate in the Fachhochschule. With all the luck came out at this cottage, 5 min away from the school and 10 min to the shopping center. Extremely nice cottage where we were able to stay, eventually with 7 students. Very sweet host who we could communicate with quickly. Barbara, thank you so much for this nice stay. We are extremely grateful and would love to come back!

We had an all-around pleasant stay. The apartment was clean, cozy and well equipped. We especially liked the quiet location and the beautiful view of the mountains. The hosts were very friendly and helpful, we immediately felt welcome. The surrounding area is also ideal for hiking and exploring - a great starting point for excursions. I was with a friend in the apartment on Samerberg. Thanks to the bed in the living room, we each had our own area. Location and view are a dream, the apartment is individually and personally furnished with a lot of taste. The kitchenette is a bit very spartan, but there is the offer to cook downstairs at Christiane's. We went out to eat more often, which is good in the village and the surrounding area. Christiane gave us a very warm welcome and provided a little initial catering in the kitchen, which is not a matter of course. A good place to relax!

We loved our stay in Rosenheim! We came to visit family and Leopold’s place was the perfect place for us to stay! The balcony and big windows are beautiful and had everything we needed! Would definitely stay again!

We really enjoyed our getaway in the apartment. We had a very nice contact with the landlord. The location is wonderfully quiet and yet you can quickly reach the Schliersee or Spitzingsee. The Josefstaler waterfall is only a short walk away, we even went there twice. The baker around the corner had delicious rolls for our breakfast on the small balcony. The furnishings of the apartment were very good and as described. Everything you need for everyday vacation life was there. We slept particularly well, the bed was comfortable and the peace and quiet was heavenly. You can only hear the rushing of the stream and the occasional ringing of the cowbells. For us, the opportunity to charge electricity cheaply in our own parking space was particularly good. We thank you for the wonderful time and can recommend the apartment from the heart.

We had a great stay in Daniel’s place and would highly recommend it. It’s done with taste, everything is pretty new and kitchen was well equipped. Self check in was clear and easy. Terrace is really great! It’s spacious and has loads of seats, table. We had breakfast there every day. It’s just at the local football stadium which also has a restaurant. People from restaurant can see you in whirlpool and during our stay there was some competition with loud music until around midnight. This did not disturb us but might be good to know for other guests. Location is great in a small village with many hiking roots available right from the house. Great restaurants available within walking distance

Franz and Astrid are very kind and accommodating hosts. We were warmly welcomed and everything was well explained (apartment, pool and sauna). We have received many good tips for activities in the region. In the pine bedroom, you could sleep very well. There were four of us with our two dogs, who also felt very comfortable. The farm is located in a quiet area that invites you to relax. Definitely highly recommended ❤️👍

This is a perfect apartment near Innsbruck with everything you need to have a wonderful time with family and friends. Convenient location (you need a car), beautiful scenery, perfectly clean and prepared for comfort. We were 4 and enjoyed very much the stay!

Christine and Josef are very warm and reliable hosts. They were always there with advice. Good tips and literature for companies! Our 8-year-old daughter was allowed to pet the rabbits and take a look in the barn. The new apartment was provided with loving details.

We felt comfortable in the apartment. The contact was friendly and we were helped quickly and kindly with a problem. The hot tub is great, as it is not chlorinated, it has a smell of its own, but you can counteract it with provided pool fans.
