Villa holiday rentals in Kinugawa River

Wan hosted me in April 2025. It's a brand new townhouse in a calm area near Warabi or Nishi-Kawaguchi stations. Very easy and quick commute to Shibuya, Tokyo. House is clean, cozy and located next to small 7Eleven which works 24x7 which is perfect for travelers arriving at night. The house is equipped with everything which is needed for a short or long term staying. Wen communicated very quick and I never waited for a response more than 5-10 mins. Thanks to Wen my vacation passed in a splendid place.

This property was very clean, which is one of the first things I look for in a property. Kitchen was sufficiently stocked with basic items, but no coffee maker. There’s one shower on the second level, but bathrooms on the first and third levels so a lot of walking up and down. This place was a little far from the main attractions but close to the subway so convenient for transportation. The only other thing I didn’t love was the beds are super firm, so not as comfortable as I prefer. But close to 7/11 and Lawson. This place worked well for my family of 4. Nice to not be in the center of a crowded city but would’ve liked to be a little closer.

A perfect Tokyo Central-East home! For two couples this was a fabulous, spacious, modern, well appointed house with easy acess to Asakusa, Ginza, Shinjuku, Ueno and the Keisei Skyliner for transport to/from Narita. We chose to taxi from the house to Nippori Station to catch the Skyliner, cost was 1200 JPY, very easy with the Go taxi app. You can grab a hot can of coffee at the Mini Stop (2min walk), the Family Marts at Iriya metro station (6min) or for that Showa period vibe check out Only Cafe (12min). Inageya Iriya Supermarket had everything we needed for meals, snacks and drinks. Our host Kyo-ya san was flexible and friendly, couldn’t ask for anything better, domo arigato gozaimasu :) This was the last of six AirBnB’s we stayed at during our Japan travel, and it was such a comfortable, quiet, and all round pleasant space to be in as we wound down to head home. 100 percent would stay again, great location and value for money.

The apartment is immaculate, with great kitchen and cooking facilities, a lovely spacious lounge area with small balcony, multiple toilets and a great bathroom spaces. The stairs and corridors are a little small though. The location is excellent, with 3 nearby train stations within 5-15min walk to take you around Tokyo. There are some great restaurants nearby - we enjoyed Harumi. Thanks Jennie for being responsive to all of our questions and being a great host! Would definitely stay here again if we're back in Tokyo!

Wonderful house! Has everything you need and more. Everything was very clean. Great roof terrace to relax after a day in the city! The owner, quickly responds to all requests! With last minute booking no problem. Great area, lots of different shops and restaurants (including 24/7). 5 stars!

The neighborhood was lovely and had a lot of local restaurants and bakeries to try. Commuting was easy and accessable, being located minutes from a train station that connects to the main railway systems. Our host was responsive and helpful with our check in process and ample amenities were provided for our stay. An excellent experience.

It was a pleasure staying at the house. So close to train station. The host responded quickly when we had questions. The house is fully equipped with kitchen, dishwasher, washer/dryer, 2 baths and 3 toilets which worked out well for our family of 7. No transfer needed coming to/from Haneda to Kesei Hikifune which was great especially with many luggages. Grocery store and pharmacy is right at the east exit. Ito Yokaido mall has a big 7-11 grocery store on 1st floor, check it out, much better food offerings and cheaper. Overall it was a great stay and will definitely stay her place for our next trip to Tokyo. Thank you!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this exceptional Airbnb property with my family, and it was one of the best stays we've ever had. The host was incredibly responsive, honest, and considerate. Everything promised was delivered, and the host went above and beyond to ensure our stay was pleasant by providing thoughtful amenities like slippers, toothbrushes, seasonings, and adapters. The space itself was spacious, well-decorated, and impeccably clean. The attention to detail and the host's dedication to guest comfort made all the difference. We LOVED our stay at Asami's house. There are many walkable restaurants and access to the train is fantastically easy. The home fit our family's needs perfectly, with room for our teens upstairs and comfortable bedrooms downstairs, too. The kitchen/living level was an excellent place to gather after a long day of exploring and we felt right at home. Everything was as listed and the user handbook was very helpful, too. Our family of 5 from the states had plenty of space and felt right at home. The home is in a good location for the train when you want to explore, but peaceful and quiet when it’s time to relax. The neighborhood has lots of convenient shops and everyone was very friendly and helpful, despite the language barriers. It is a quiet neighborhood, perfect for a vacation, and not a place to party late at night. However there were bars open late and plenty of food options near by. The stairs to the second floor were too steep for anyone with mobility issues, but the bottom floor is very spacious. We enjoyed our stay and would love to return someday!

My group of seven had a wonderful stay. The place was exactly as described. It is in a great location and is extremely well managed. The hosts responded quickly to questions. I highly recommend it.

A group of 6 of us stayed for 5 nights. 4 adults and two small children. The Airbnb is spacious, immaculately clean and has lot of amenities supplied. The stairs were no issue at all, even for the children. Easy. Having two bathrooms and three toilets was great for our large group. The mattresses were so comfortable. Kitchen was stocked with cutlery, crockery and basic things like coffee etc. This was very much appreciated. 10 mins walking distance from two stations. And less than 15 mins walk to another station that goes to Tokyo station without needing to change lines. Super convenient. The Airbnb is in a peaceful residential area. There’s a street with conveniences stores and restaurants just a few minutes walk away. We felt very at home at loved this place. I would highly recommend it and would happily stay again

If you have the opportunity to rent this house, do it! Amazing location, spacious accommodations, and wonderful host.

This was a great stay for our large group. If you are traveling with 8 to 12 people this place will work very well for you. It is a 3 story building and the owner resides on the ground floor. The second story has a full kitchen, dining room, two bedrooms, two toilets, one shower and a tatami room that can serve as a living and bedroom (we used it as both). We had 7 adults sleep comfortably on the second floor. The third floor is another bedroom, toilet, shower and small kitchen. Two adults and two children stayed in the third floor. The third floor also has a roof which has two washing machines (which we utilized daily for our week long stay) and hangers for air drying. The surrounding was quiet and felt very safe. There are several grocery stores nearby so we always had food and supplies. Best local station is Minowa and we were 15 to 30 min from most attractions. Disney and Shibuya were about an our away so we either took uber or taxi to these places.

Both the host and the person in charge were polite in explaining and accommodating, and it was a very pleasant stay.We also rented the accommodation for a large group, so we used the main house and the distance, and we had a spacious stay.Thank you very much. The BBQ was also easy to use, and I was surprised that there was a pot in the facilities!We couldn't do it ourselves, but there is an unattended firewood sale nearby, and it seems like you can get there ^ ^

It was the most fun!I want to go again! Miko is also a very nice person and I had a lot of conversations!

Beautiful immaculate home! Very responsive host. The pool was warm and inviting. The house was extremely comfortable, and we had a wonderful stay!! We loved that Lawson's was right next door. Five star stay!

I thought it would be better if I could spend a little more slowly because I checked out at 15 o'clock check-in at 10 o'clock.The room was beautiful, and I was very satisfied with the pool and BBQ!
