Villa holiday rentals in Kinugawa River

This was a wonderful place! It was pristine and had every amenity you could need. It was also centrally located by car-- very close to Karuizawa Prince Hotel Ski Resort. The host was very responsive and kind to our questions, even though there was a sign that answered one of our questions😅. Our dogs loved the open space, too. Our only regret is not staying there longer!

This property was very clean, which is one of the first things I look for in a property. Kitchen was sufficiently stocked with basic items, but no coffee maker. There’s one shower on the second level, but bathrooms on the first and third levels so a lot of walking up and down. This place was a little far from the main attractions but close to the subway so convenient for transportation. The only other thing I didn’t love was the beds are super firm, so not as comfortable as I prefer. But close to 7/11 and Lawson. This place worked well for my family of 4. Nice to not be in the center of a crowded city but would’ve liked to be a little closer.

Nice place for our group to stay. Close to the train station and in a nice quiet area. The house was clean and comfy after a long day exploring.

A perfect Tokyo Central-East home! For two couples this was a fabulous, spacious, modern, well appointed house with easy acess to Asakusa, Ginza, Shinjuku, Ueno and the Keisei Skyliner for transport to/from Narita. We chose to taxi from the house to Nippori Station to catch the Skyliner, cost was 1200 JPY, very easy with the Go taxi app. You can grab a hot can of coffee at the Mini Stop (2min walk), the Family Marts at Iriya metro station (6min) or for that Showa period vibe check out Only Cafe (12min). Inageya Iriya Supermarket had everything we needed for meals, snacks and drinks. Our host Kyo-ya san was flexible and friendly, couldn’t ask for anything better, domo arigato gozaimasu :) This was the last of six AirBnB’s we stayed at during our Japan travel, and it was such a comfortable, quiet, and all round pleasant space to be in as we wound down to head home. 100 percent would stay again, great location and value for money.

Wonderful house! Has everything you need and more. Everything was very clean. Great roof terrace to relax after a day in the city! The owner, quickly responds to all requests! With last minute booking no problem. Great area, lots of different shops and restaurants (including 24/7). 5 stars!

The neighborhood was lovely and had a lot of local restaurants and bakeries to try. Commuting was easy and accessable, being located minutes from a train station that connects to the main railway systems. Our host was responsive and helpful with our check in process and ample amenities were provided for our stay. An excellent experience.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this exceptional Airbnb property with my family, and it was one of the best stays we've ever had. The host was incredibly responsive, honest, and considerate. Everything promised was delivered, and the host went above and beyond to ensure our stay was pleasant by providing thoughtful amenities like slippers, toothbrushes, seasonings, and adapters. The space itself was spacious, well-decorated, and impeccably clean. The attention to detail and the host's dedication to guest comfort made all the difference. We LOVED our stay at Asami's house. There are many walkable restaurants and access to the train is fantastically easy. The home fit our family's needs perfectly, with room for our teens upstairs and comfortable bedrooms downstairs, too. The kitchen/living level was an excellent place to gather after a long day of exploring and we felt right at home. Everything was as listed and the user handbook was very helpful, too. Our family of 5 from the states had plenty of space and felt right at home. The home is in a good location for the train when you want to explore, but peaceful and quiet when it’s time to relax. The neighborhood has lots of convenient shops and everyone was very friendly and helpful, despite the language barriers. It is a quiet neighborhood, perfect for a vacation, and not a place to party late at night. However there were bars open late and plenty of food options near by. The stairs to the second floor were too steep for anyone with mobility issues, but the bottom floor is very spacious. We enjoyed our stay and would love to return someday!

A group of 6 of us stayed for 5 nights. 4 adults and two small children. The Airbnb is spacious, immaculately clean and has lot of amenities supplied. The stairs were no issue at all, even for the children. Easy. Having two bathrooms and three toilets was great for our large group. The mattresses were so comfortable. Kitchen was stocked with cutlery, crockery and basic things like coffee etc. This was very much appreciated. 10 mins walking distance from two stations. And less than 15 mins walk to another station that goes to Tokyo station without needing to change lines. Super convenient. The Airbnb is in a peaceful residential area. There’s a street with conveniences stores and restaurants just a few minutes walk away. We felt very at home at loved this place. I would highly recommend it and would happily stay again

If you have the opportunity to rent this house, do it! Amazing location, spacious accommodations, and wonderful host.

Miko was a very friendly and helpful host and we really enjoyed our stay. We visited with kids and they loved playing in the pool. The BBQ is a great feature and everything is provided for you to cook up an awesome evening meal after stopping by the local supermarket. We will visit again!

Beautiful immaculate home! Very responsive host. The pool was warm and inviting. The house was extremely comfortable, and we had a wonderful stay!! We loved that Lawson's was right next door. Five star stay!

Incredible stay! House was sparkling clean, modern, well equipped and spacious for our group. We spent alot of time in the backyard pool with the kids. Highly recommend!
