Holiday rentals with breakfast in Kinugawa River

During Golden Week, the traffic jam was more than I expected, but my schedule changed a lot, but I still didn't have a bad face and welcomed me warmly. It was very interesting and inspiring to hear various stories in the same international marriage situation. Thank you for making my stay very comfortable.😊✨

There are 6 of us. A split floor apartment; 2 bedrms on 5th and a huge bedrm with sofa and tv upstairs. The host lives on 3rd n 4th flr. She is super friendly and available anytime of the day. Senso-ji temple and Asakusa just 15 minutes walk away. What we love is the supermarket 3 doors away and opens 24 hours. You will never go hungry with all the bentos. 😋

This was a peaceful and heartwarming stay, especially thanks to the adorable cats and dogs we could play with every day. Even though I wasn’t feeling well and couldn’t go out much, the animals made my time here really enjoyable. The house is very close to Joshi Station and gives off a calm, seaside vibe similar to Enoshima or Kamakura. You can easily get here from Narita without a car via the Narita Line. The neighborhood is quiet and perfect for relaxing. If you enjoy ocean views, this is a great getaway spot from Tokyo. Our host, Yukimi-san, was kind and very helpful. Her hospitality made the stay even more pleasant. I’d love to return next time I visit Tokyo.

An unexpectedly perfect accommodation experience!🏡🗻🐕 Staying at the homestay near Lake Hekou this time was the biggest highlight of our trip to Japan!The host Wakoh is super friendly, and from the beginning of the stay, he communicated with us easily in fluent Chinese/English/Japanese, not only introducing the room facilities in detail, but also proactively providing a lot of travel guides and hidden attractions around Mt. Fuji, making our trip more enriching ~ ✨Room Experience: The B&B is very clean and tidy, cozy, and all facilities are available.The most surprising thing is that the two dogs of the host's house are super cute, adding a lot of joy to the accommodation!Breakfast is also super delicious, and you can feel the host's care. 🚴‍♀️Additional services: The electric bike rental service provided by the host is affordable, and it is especially convenient to explore the surroundings of Hekou Lake by bike.What was even more touching was that the host personally took us to find Mt. Fuji limited edition souvenirs, and even accompanied us on the Kaba Bus to enjoy the scenery, sharing a lot of anime culture and travel photos with each other along the way. 📌Summary: If I come to Mt. Fuji again, I will definitely choose this place again!Not only is it comfortable to live in, but it's more like making a local friend. I highly recommend it to all travelers who want to experience the style of Hekou Lake in depth ~ Thank you for your hospitality, I hope to see you again!❤️

It was located in a quiet and secluded place, so it had a nice atmosphere. There is also a small hot spring nearby, and there is a train station about 5 minutes away by car, so it was good to shop. The owner was very kind, so I was able to stay comfortably. I had a good time with my family while having a barbecue. The house was spacious and there were many rooms, so it was relaxing. I'd like to come back next time.

Absolutely Excellent Experience! I recently stayed at Yootel2 and couldn’t be happier with my experience. The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, making sure all my needs were met from the moment I arrived. The rooms were spotless, modern, and very comfortable — I especially appreciated the thoughtful touches that made my stay extra relaxing. The location is perfect, close to everything I needed, yet peaceful enough for a restful night’s sleep. I also loved the amenities offered; everything was well-maintained and easily accessible. Niiyama's place is great and the people is always to happy to assist on any concern. Thumbs up to Muneho and his co driver who even if they have a hard time speaking in English they were able to communicate well. Also to Rose and Malou who are both Filipinas. Yoshimi san is a friendly and excellent hostess. She replied quickly and answers all my requests. I stayed at her place with my friends, total in 6. She welcomed us with big smile even we arrived late. She kindly allowed us to use the kitchen and arranged the table with her beautiful ceramic plates and flowers. Her place is nestled in woods and very peaceful and quiet. It’s like an oasis in Kasama. I highly recommend her place!

The space was very beautiful. I had a pleasant stay. However, the winter around here was colder than I thought.

Great stay, Japanese room is small but comfortable to stay in.The bed is also very comfortable.Only 3 minutes on foot from the comprehensive supermarket.Very convenient.There is a bus to Disney.

For our first stay in Japan it was a great experience! The place is just 2-3min from the next trainstation, which is very good, if you want to shop a lot or want to get somewhere unplanned. The Room was very clean and fits the pictures. Don't bring to much luggage or else You can't move in there. The bed fills the room, so you can't store luggage under it. It suits a couple best, but if you have no problem cuddling with your friend, take this one! Price and performance is great.

The Location is good and near to DisneyLand/DisneySea almost around 30 mins by bus. Only a thing to popup, the unit is too small. More than 2 people can’t fit it here. Apart from that everthing is great with this.

The room has huge windows to the bathroom that even they had a cover it makes me feel uncomfy. The train passes too closed that can be annoying for some people. However, the bedroom has clean and so comfortable. It has a fridge and microwave at the lobby

We had a great stay here, however our wifi was not working for the first few days of our stay, but this was sorted by the host. Shinjuku is a fantastic area and you must stay there!

Very friendly and communicative host. The location was what we want , very close to Disney Tokyo, convenient neighborhood with supermarket, pharmacy & 7 eleven nearby. Lots of paying parking lots not far from the apartment. Some might feel the bathroom is small but the room was clean & tidy. We’ll come back again !

Machiko’s place is always amazing! She is great with communication and so kind! Rooms are compact but so comfortable, with everything you could need! With easy access to public transportation and a plethora of restaurants, it’s become my go to for TDR trips! Thank you, Machiko!

We had a wonderful and relaxing stay at the unit, which was perfect for our family. The place was clean, safe, and well-equipped, with a fantastic washer/dryer and a delightful daily breakfast as a bonus. Its proximity to train stations made it incredibly convenient, and the address was easy for Uber and shuttle drivers to locate. We’d love to stay again on our next trip to Tokyo. Motoko was very hospitable, and used some English with us since we couldn't speak much Japanese. She also made us breakfast-to-order each day which was *amazing*. The overall environment felt warm and welcoming, and me and my two co-guests were very comfortable. You should know that this is someone's home with a shared kitchen/living room. You and your fellow guests have a more private living space which includes a washing area, bedrooms and other necessities. (and the host has her own space upstairs as well, so you still have a fair amount of privacy regardless). As long as you're ok with that, this will be a great stay!

We had a brief but very relaxing and peaceful stay here. Jun and Kimi are lovely people and the whole place has their kind and warm energy within it. Jun has some fascinating historical facts to share on the area if you are interested, and Kimi makes stunning crystal jewellery. Highlights were their delicious food, the gentle ambient music playing, the beautiful view to the lake from the dining room, the private bath with pure spring water from nearby and the comfy pillows. Only downside was that the mattresses were a little on the thin side for us but I would stay again in a heartbeat. Thank you both for a very memorable stay.

This is the second year in a row that we've stayed with Rika and Greg. We came back because we knew it would be a wonderful weekend. Location is very close to Ishiuchi ski resort and a short drive from Echigo Yazawa station. There's a really nice onsen just down the street from the house. Rika/Greg have great recommendations for delicious restaurants nearby. The house fits two large groups comfortably with a big common area, nice kitchen, drying room, and a bathroom facility that works well for large groups. To me, that's all I can hope for in an Airbnb. What makes this place the best in Japan is Greg and Rika. They make you feel like family. Always good recommendations, always good stories, and always happy to help. Really looking forward to continuing our annual Ishiuchi tradition and see Rika and Greg next year.

I stayed two nights this time. I was able to arrive on the street on the map I saw in advance, and there was a convenience store along the way, so I had a pleasant time without any inconvenience. The breakfast I had for two consecutive days was warm and warm, and it was a delicious and happy time to change the taste and menu. Thank you very much!

We enjoyed our stay at HAOSTAY for our day trip to Mt Fuji! The hotel has breathtaking views of Mt Fuji. Check was in easy and they held our luggage until our rook was ready. We love the welcome snacks and keychain welcoming us. Room was just as described and had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. The free breakfast was lovely and Theresa rooftop terrace to take in the views of Mt Fuji while drinking your coffee. The only complaint of our stay was the downstairs cafe was offering two dinner options, since it was raining the first night we got there, we opted in for the dinner at the hotel. The food was good but when we went to go pay, the waitress says it cash only which caught us by surprise as there was no signs or we were told this was cash only. Thankfully we had some cash but there were other patrons dining at the same time who also wasn’t aware and didn’t have cash on them which led them to walk to the nearest store in the rain to take cash out.

This is a living experience that adds points to the Karuizawa trip.The landlady is very kind. Because she had time, she offered to pick us up at the station, which was a big surprise before we arrived╰ (*°▽ ° *). The╯ check-in process was smooth. The landlady's English communication was completely ok. The car rental information and surrounding activities information provided to us were very detailed and accurate ~ When I encountered problems, the landlady was also able togive me a solution right away to help me get rid of the trouble ~ The house staff is a lovely short-term part-time student, very enthusiastic and polite, we had a pleasant chat and a deeper understanding of each other's culture ~ Although it is a pity that I did not see the aunt again after the stay, I am very grateful for the thoughtful service she provided to us.
