Holiday rentals with a patio in Kingston Springs

The suite is spacious and plenty of room for a couple. We enjoyed the bedroom, bathroom, kitchen, and sitting spaces. The peacock theme is adorable. Also, we appreciate plenty of cold bottled water and snack items. The setting is very peaceful.

My friends and I had a great time at this Airbnb. The BEST thing about this spot is the location. Super walkable to heart of Broadway, shopping, restaurants. You don’t need a car if you stay here. It’s a lot of folks staying in this building so around check out time the elevators can be slow. If you’re not carrying stuff you can easily take the stairs. We had 3 people each person has their own bed! The fridge has an ice maker! Parking a car is extra fee so consider that in your budget. I’ll DEFINITELY stay here again when I’m back to Nashville 🙌🏾

The condo was clean, well maintained, and had everything we needed. The view and furnishings were beautiful. The owners were easy to work with-friendly, and responsive. We especially loved the Tipsy ice cream shop downstairs! Highly recommend! We will definitely stay again.

The bathroom and screened in porch are great and add so much to the space. The koi pond and backyard was such a treat.

The condo was exactly as it was described. Very light and spacious. Walkable to Broadway, the Gulch, and easy Uber/Lyft to and from the other locations around town. Very comfortable beds. The bathrooms and the kitchen were well stocked with everything one could need for a few-night stay. What wasn't there, they kindly provided. They were very responsive to everything we needed. We had a few issues, and they were resolved quickly. Highly recommend this unit and will stay again if I return to Nashville for a visit. Thank you, Julia and Andrew.

I would highly recommend Rachel’s place. It is situated in a lovely location, not far from downtown Nashville and had great amenities close by. The place had everything we needed for an enjoyable stay. Would stay again!

Wonderful place that was very close to Broadway! The apartment was right by the elevators so very convenient, but not noisy at all. Parking was super close to the lobby doors as well. Everything was super clean and she had just about everything you could think of in the kitchen and bathroom in case you needed anything. Lindsey was very nice and made sure to even reach out to let us know that the cleaners finished early if we wanted to check in early. Overall, I would definitely stay here again if we decide to come back down!

Place was perfect for our trip! If attending a wedding at Firefly you cannot find a better location. Wonderful market right up the road. Highly recommended if you’re looking for a private getaway in the area!! Thank you!!

Great experience and hosts! The space was exactly as described and as pictured. We felt at home and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. When our plans changed unexpectedly the hosts gave us recommendations for area attractions and activities. The location was easy to find, very private, and perfect for our travel needs. Would highly recommend this location!

This was a nice relaxing stay after being on the road most of the day coming home from a beach vacation. We didn’t use the pool or hot tub but we enjoyed the beauty of the wooded and water surroundings and the quiet and calmness of our space. Thanks for a nice stay 😊

Great location-quiet and since it is in town everything is at your touch. Clean worth the stay and Julie communicates super well. Would stay again no questions ask.

Great spot on the Harpeth River! Really comfortable king sized bed and spotless linens and towels (which isn’t always the case at some air bnbs!) Very accommodating, kind hosts. The kitchen had tons of spices and plenty of cooking ware, etc. My husband and son put our kayak into the river right off the property without a problem and caught several large mouth bass. I enjoyed walking and jogging along the small road that runs parallel to the river. Super private location and plenty of space for 4 adults and 2 small kids. Easy 45 minute drive into Nashville as well. Definitely recommend if you’re looking for a river cabin central/west Tennessee for a weekend stay!

This was perfect for our group. The listing description and photos were accurate, and the home was exceptionally clean, quiet, and well-equipped with amenities. As a first-time Airbnb guest, I had a great experience. The location offered convenient access to the highway, making it easy to get around town. The host was also extremely responsive and helpful throughout our stay. Highly recommend!

We had an amazing time! the keypad entry made getting in really easy. The room was really clean and fit the four of us very comfortably. It had everything we could have wanted. We ended up unknowingly visiting during CMA's which made getting an uber/lyft impossible Saturday night but the room was luckily a safe and walkable distance from Broadway! 10/10 recommend

I cannot say enough great things about this Airbnb and its perfect location 😍. Marshall and Carolyn were very communicative; Broadway is just a quick 10-15 minute walk away; The place was really clean and spacious; The couch and bed were super comfortable; and There are a ton of great finds within a 2-3 block radius: •Tipsy Scoop is literally next door, and the perfect boozy frozen treat (mango margarita, please) •Martin’s BBQ Joint has such good bbq •Parlor Donuts might just be the best donuts in the US 😉 •Sprocket Rocket Party Bike - book it, and ask for Geoff (trust me). Next time I’m in Nashville. I’m coming back here.

Shannon’s place was perfect for my boyfriend and I to get away for a couple days ! Conveniently located (could either walk or a quick 6 min uber/lyft) super close to the airport ! 100/10 would stay here again!

The decor was absolutely perfect!!! Everything was so organized and easy to find. It was incredibly clean! The 4 vanities made getting ready so much easier! There is also ample room in the bathroom if a couple people want to get ready near the sinks. We had 4 guests and had plenty of room. It was very quiet! We mostly used Ubers, which were very reasonable, buy did walk home from broadway 1 night. (It was a short 20 minute walk, we took our time). The area felt very safe. The building required a key pad entry. It was very clean and had a nice outside/inside social sitting area on the 5th floor. There was a vending machine in the lobby. Every photo posted represents it exactly the same!!! We didn’t need any extra assistance from the hosts because everything was perfect but, she left 2 contacts in case we needed anything. Staying there made me want to go home and organize and decorate my house! I would definitely recommend this rental!!!

We stayed at Linda’s place for a week from June 2-June 9. This place exceeded our expectations and we would absolutely stay there again. Very safe walkable neighborhood, we walked to and from Broadway every single day of our stay as we were there during CMA Fest. The bed in this place was the most comfortable bed I’ve ever slept in and actually purchased the same mattress as soon as I got back home… can’t wait for it to arrive. Thanks so much for a great stay 😊

This place was amazing. It looked great, was spacious, all the amenities were well thought through. Not to mention, the bed was incredibly comfortable. Linda was very responsive, king and helpful aswell. I will be coming back to stay :)

We really enjoyed this place for my husband and I’s honeymoon. A short ten-ish minute drive from the airport and it was walking distance to downtown or broadway. We were able to walk to restaurants or bars and then Lyft if needed afterwards to get back. The LED light-up mirrors and vanity station was a perfect setup to get ready. The shower was wonderful with a ledge to hold items. There were so many amenities in David’s place, I could have packed extremely light. Some of my favorites amenities were the lint roller, in-shower supplies, razors, clothes hangers, tide-pods for use in the washer, snacks in the pantry— I really could talk about how comfortable they each made the trip forever. The lights around the master bed were a nice touch to help see at night while the lights were off. The duvet was wonderful and kept us cool. The blackout curtains made the daytime much easier. The kitchen glasses were such a treat for drinks during the day. I loved everything this place had to offer!

The space is gorgeous! Just the right size for a quick get away and close enough to broadway to get there in a reasonable time, but not too close to hear the music/bars on a night in!
