What a wonderful, stylish home tucked away in the woods and with all the comforts of home. The indoor and outdoor spaces were both ideal for visiting, relaxing, and listening to music (what a sound system). It is perfectly situated close to Woodstock, Saugerties, Kingston, and numerous other attractions. Henry was a kind and responsive host, and always quick to respond to all of our questions. Highly recommended and a definite revisit next time we're heading upstate.

Substantial and comfortable space. Very well appointed property with hot tub, bath and kitchen with clothes washing facility. Great views and well located near some lovely towns. We had a big car and parking was slightly tight to turn but a very minor observation!

Staying at Cook House is like staying at a really nice hotel--but out in the country. A lot of AirBnBs have the feel of houses that are flipped on a modest budge; they're newly updated but ultimately not that nice. Cook House is, in contrast, exceedingly nice. The hosts have paid a lot of attention to detail and ensured that everything about the property is really high quality. Communication was excellent. I would definitely stay here again.

Edina and Glen's house was beautiful, spacious, and pristine. It was the perfect setting for a "girls weekend". The grounds were stunning, and made for a great setting. Very close to town, shopping, and wonderful restaurants. We really appreciated that our hosts were very proactive in reaching out and making all instructions clear. They were communicative and flexible. Thank you for having us in your beautiful home! Very memorable weekend.

We had a lovely stay at Carin’s place for a short getaway to Kingston - we appreciated the local food recommendations and went for some great hikes in the area. While we can understand why people might have an issue with the train, we already have a habit of sleeping with earplugs so didn’t find it an issue (Carin also provides complementary earplugs). Thanks and we would stay again!

Kim’s place was an amazing and relaxing little getaway! SUPER clean which is a must for me, plus Kim was so clear and thorough with all instructions! Walkable to many restaurants and workout classes. Highly recommend!

Ami’s place was great! Stayed for my birthday and was surprised with a delicious tres leche cake upon my arrival! The view was incredible, amenities were amazing, overall it was everything I hoped for and more. Thanks Ami!

John and Emma's place is exactly as described. It is neat and comfortable. You can tell they put a lot of care into making the place feel welcoming. It is on a busy corner so that might be off-putting to some, but it was fairly quiet on the days we were there. You are able to walk to town to many restaurants, shops, and ice cream and there is a big grocery store just down the road.

Definitely a space with great level of thoughts and details makes you feel comfortable and relaxed. Surrounded by the nature, you can immerse yourself in the beautiful mountain view and bird chirps, very peaceful and tranquil. We saw deers walking by, rabbit hiding in bush from raining, and a little chipmunk busy around the house all the time. Thanks Katey for sharing her beautiful home and being a great host, super responsive and provides lots of useful information. We had an amazing time!

The Modena House was perfect for our trip. We wished we had the chance to enjoy the outdoor aspect a little more, however time and weather didn’t cooperate with us. The place is adorable, a great kitchen, nicely decorated sitting room, bathroom and bedroom made for a lovely stay. The hosts are top notch! We hope to stay again in the future if we are in the area. Daria and Justin were lovely, responsive hosts. It’s a great little apartment — super clean, well equipped with all the basic necessities, tasteful, well thought out decor, a really pleasant place to be, right on the mountain. Small, but perfect for a couple or small family ski weekend. I would definitely recommend and would love to go back.

Well designed, well maintained modern style home. Love the warm toned interior. Quick drive to lots of hiking spots which was what brought us here. Management team was very professional and easy to communicate. Will consider for any future trips to Minnewaska/Mohonk.

Mary’s place is nice and clean, right in the center of town. Walkable to restaurants and coffee shops. 5 stars, 5 stars, 5 stars!! I would just like to say I’ve stayed in many Air B&Bs before, and this one is by far one of my favorites. The hosts are absolutely amazing. They are proactive in responding and really want you be be comfortable and making sure you have no issues. The price was 100% worth it. I love that they included board games as a part of the space, such a nice touch. The bathrooms and bedrooms were also so clean, and we enjoyed our stay. You can really tell the hosts put a lot of love and care into this place. I can’t say enough good things about them!

Loved the house! I don’t drive, but there are local cabbies in the area. You will see a bear or two as expected so try to take garbage out during the day, not in the evening or at night. The neighbors were pleasant, and I felt very safe. Loved how quiet the community is and really appreciated having a washer and dryer. Bed is super comfy. My only note is that the couch has some spots on it that give me the ick, but I used the extra sheets to cover it up and was fine. Plenty of linens, blankets etc. I love the area so much. I stayed a month for a writing retreat.

Robert's place was a delight! Spotless with many thoughtful touches. We went for a spring snowboard trip to Hunter and didn't try to walk to the lifts (due to the conditions), but the drive was only a few minutes and super convenient. Robert was very responsive and friendly, and made sure we had everything we needed. The property is great with a lovely deck and well equipped. Highly recommend this property; we hope to be back!

We had an amazing stay! The home was exactly as pictured. The location was perfect—just a 30 min drive to Kaaterskill Falls and 5 mins to the local restaurants, but tucked away enough to enjoy peace and quiet. Michael was responsive and made check-in a breeze. We especially loved the beautiful views from the hot tub and how comfortable the space felt after a day of hiking and exploring. The sauna was a great surprise! Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a peaceful escape to the Catskills. We’d absolutely stay again!
