Holiday rentals with a patio in Kingsland

Hosts were extremely helpful and personable, and location was very walkable to all places we visited!! Amazing airbnb, we would stay here again in a heartbeat :)

What an amazing place. Only a few steps to the white sand. You could hear the ocean and they were beautiful sunrises every morning. Right out the back door you have the pool. There was a bottle of white wine waiting for us and two bottles of water to get us started. The bed was so comfortable. The Wi-Fi worked perfectly. So many great restaurants nearby. We walked the beach every day and collected shells and even walked up to Neptune and Atlantic Beach. Perfect spot to stay in Jax Beach.

Tracy was awesome, adjusting our reservation to last minute changes we needed. Quick responder and overall amazing host! Place was very clean, and in a great location to go to different shopping malls in Jax. Will book with again if we are in the area!

This space was absolutely perfect for our family vacation! Beautiful area, pool and beach access nearby. The space was clean, beds were comfy and the instructions for check in/out were very clear. Peaceful, spacious, beautiful views, and fantastic hosts! My friends and I stayed for 6 nights while completing work in the marsh and I’m so glad we found this place! The boat dock was very convenient, the house was extremely comfortable after a long day working in the sun, kitchen had everything we needed plus more, and the outdoor seating on the water provided a great space for taking in the sunset. Would absolutely stay here again!

Yuriy was very responsive her place is amazing. Very close to everything we needed. Hostess was amazing! We enjoyed our stay and the babies loved the pool! It was warm and was nice to not have to worry about it closing. ❤️❤️. We will definitely choose this location again!!!

Aldo's place was so chic, immaculate and cozy! The space was actually more beautiful in person than it is in the photos. He was also kind enough to phone me hours before I was due to check-in and told me that since the place had already been cleaned, I was welcome to check-in early. That was such a major help since we arrived into Jacksonville hours in advance of our check-in. Prior to his call, we were just floating around the city. Needless to say, I would definitely book with him again going forward!

The place was exactly what we needed & it was exactly how it was described..felt safe in area..definitely peaceful & tons of birds around!!

My husband and I had a very lovely stay at Laura's adorable home! It was extremely clean, the bed was super comfortable, she supplied EVERYTHING, and was extremely easy to communicate with! This property was exactly as the listing was described. We were only there for the weekend to attend the Jacksonville Jazz Festival and this was the perfect location to enjoy the city. The house was clean with plenty of amenities. There was only a TV in the common area and not in the bedroom but it was nice to be able to use the white noise machine to fall asleep to. My favorite part of the entire experience was the great communication from the host. They were very responsive and helpful which for me is key when you're in a new city. I would definitely return and recommend to this property.

The view was amazing and the condo was just as described and was very clean.

The hostess is fantastic, communicates well and quickly. The condo is beautiful and in a prime location for peace and relaxation. The condo is within a few minutes drive to downtown with great eateries and shops. The condo is very clean and tidy. The bed in the master bedroom is very comfortable. Highly recommend this condo!!

This was by far one of the nicest and cleanest Airbnb‘s we have stayed in. Very safe and secure with a code to even get into the building. The beds were comfortable which is a must for me and something I look for in an Airbnb. It was a very easy walk to get to the hub of everything from restaurants to St. George Street. It was extremely quiet at night and nice to go to sleep without partying or traffic going by. The hosts were always responsive and within minutes whenever we sent a question. This one will definitely stay on our list if we return to St Augustine. On a sidenote just to be aware you do have to climb steps to get to the unit something to keep in mind for those with limitations and those with heavy luggage.

We were here for the graduation of our granddaughter. What a wonderful experience. Home was just right and host is above expectations and so kind. You will have an amazing trip on Saint Simon island. Lots to do and great restaurants. Close to shops, and the beach. Don’t miss the World War II museum and lighthouse. Top of lighthouse you can see forever.

This was a great stay and I would love to come back soon and everything was great from the easy check in and an easy check out. The area was great.

My family two babies and a dog stayed here for a long weekend trip. It accommodated all of our needs and was easily located to pool beach. The park right next door was ideally the best part for babies and dog. Would stay here again

We had a fantastic stay at Maria’s condo! They had everything we needed & more. The beach down the street had lively restaurants and you could even drive your car onto the beach. We appreciated it when Maria was immediately available when we had a question. Great trip and would definitely re-visit this location next time we are in town. Thank you Maria!!
