We had such a lovely weekend here! The views are incredible, and it is such a peaceful spot right on the loch. Eilidh and Donald were super friendly and responsive and went above and beyond what you would expect from a host. Lots of wildlife around and only 30 min drive from the start of Ben Nevis. Would recommend to anyone!

This home was amazing. Just what we needed to use as a base for our Ben Nevis climb. Owner super helpful and friendly. Her little welcome pack was so thoughtful and everything we needed was there. Such a beautiful please to stay with the sheep, deer and mountains to see out the window. Perfect.

A wonderful place to stay! It’s private and was very well equipped, high standard amenities and comfortable. We could have stayed for longer. Lots of thoughtful extras made it value for money. Douglas was very responsive. It’s a great place for exploring Fort William and surrounding areas, it’s a hidden gem.

The cottage was beautiful. The photos on the website don't do it justice. The area is very peaceful, and you could spend hours just looking out of the lounge window watching the mountains change with the weather. I would recommend this place to anyone wanting a beautiful peaceful place to explore from. I will say though, if you have a low sports car or lowered car you might not make it up the short lane to the cottage. My only real gripe would be the lack of power from the shower, but its a sacrifice worth making for the picturesque surroundings.
