This property is absolutely gorgeous and so comfortable! We loved our stay. There was plenty of room and having so many bathrooms was definitely a plus. This was a great home base for our Cornwall adventures!

We booked this for a special birthday for 3 generations of the family The house was beyond our expectations! So well equipped and very clean The views were absolutely amazing Our 3 grandsons loved it and especially the visit to feed the animals and were very excited to collect the eggs Samantha was a fabulous host and we would fully recommend her house and we would love to return again

Honestly the photos do not do this place justice its incredible what a view and the host could not have been better extremely helpful, always there at request, respectful, polite all round wonderful person even made us scones to bake and the the towels shaped in to love hearts was a really nice touch they made us feel welcome and right at home would recommend to anyone thank you sheila for a great experience will be visiting again

Had a fantastic couple of days! Vicky was very helpful with our plans for the weekend; chatting through options and generously picking us up and dropping us off to really facilitate our weekend. She was incredibly flexible, friendly and generous- even lending us an extra pair of waterproof trousers! Super grateful! We will be back- maybe with the kids in the summer! Thank you for all your help.

Will and Gill were amazing hosts. We had an issue where we lost our car key while on a beach walk and they could not have been more helpful. Regarding the shepherd's hut itself, it was everything we hoped for. More spacious than appears I'm the photos and was more than enough room for two adults , two kids and a dog. Nicely furnished and well kitted out, it had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. Hot tub was a big hit with kids and adults alike. Very private and peaceful with large field for the dog to run around , it really had everything. Would recommend in a heartbeat.

What a wonderful stay! Absolutely loved the Airstream and all its quirks! Had everything we needed and was peaceful and private. Matt the host was wonderful and proactively let us know about potential power issues following the storm and kept us up to date. Definitely good value for money and would recommend to others and stay again. Location was great for getting to all the things to see and do!!!

A wonderful property which was perfect for our little family of 3 plus our dog. A superb location which was peaceful and tucked away from the daily chaos. The property was beautifully decorated and had everything we needed. Sitting in the hot tub taking in the beautiful view was just perfection. absolutely stunning place in the beautiful moorlands. Very private, close to the river and lots of horses, sheep a cows nearby. The garden is huge and the kids(and grownups) loved it. Great facilities, well equipped kitchen. Wendy was most helpful and very quick to respond. We might well make it an annual trip.

This was our second stay at Sharon's barn and we will definitely come back again. It's in a great location, has all the bits and pieces you need for a week's holiday and is incredibly comfortable. the bed is very comfy and we slept soundly, waking ready for a walk to the beach for a swim.

Amazing views. An absolute joy to have our morning coffee looking out over the sea. Fantastic location, very quiet and peaceful - just what we wanted. Trek to the beach was ok once we found the best route (turn left at the top of the path). Overall a lovely little hut, clean and well equipped.

Lovely well-equipped cottage with pretty garden. Easy access to coast path, and walkable to great local pub and shop, and down to Boscastle harbour. The cottage suited us perfectly, we had 3 days of long hikes on coast path and inland paths, followed by relaxing in the garden, or a great soak in the bath-with-a-view! We loved the decor, and the location is stunning. What a great little holiday we had!

Katy was lovely & welcoming & very quick to respond to emails & text. The cottage was 100% as expected & a practical base to go to the beaches we wanted to visit. We managed to get to Strangles beach recommended by Katy & it was exactly what we were after. Amazing quiet beautiful beach to go to, at low tide. We appreciated the cleanliness of the place & outdoor area especially for our dog. Perfect quiet place to get away from everything but still be able to go around. Very important when going away for us, the mattress was very good & for i managed to sleep almost as well as at home which is amazing for me;)

Absolutely loved our few days in Croyde, despite the rain! The apartment was perfect, private, clean and had everything we needed. The bed was huge and incredibly comfortable, the beach and town a short walk away, and Biffen’s food truck was a daily stop for us. We will definitely be back asap.

My little dog and I loved staying in the gypsy caravan. I always sleep so well in them and this one was no exception very comfortable bed. Everything you could think of that you need beautifully presented. Like everyone says the warm continental breakfast was Spot On and Rattie is an exceptional host.

The property matched the description provided, though the photographs give the impression of a larger space. Nevertheless, it perfectly met our requirements. Chris was exceptionally responsive to our inquiries, addressing various questions we had. The area was clean and filled with ample natural light. Our children thoroughly enjoyed the surrounding land for play, as well as the small game room stocked with toys, which was a welcome respite during a particularly rainy and windy day. The on-site washing machine was available for free use, and the washing line proved to be quite useful. Although the outdoor pool was not heated, it did not deter my children from taking a dip and having fun. I would certainly consider staying at this property again.

Really a lovely and beautifully clean caravan, with towels and bedding and all the cleaning supplies etc so no need to bring too much from home. Stunning location you fall in love with straight away. Quiet in winter but you feel safe.

We stayed for a weekend and it was perfect. A beautiful property in a very quiet and relaxing setting. Hosts provided all of the information we needed. We will certainly return for another visit in future!

We had a lovely 2 night stay at Caroline’s place! We loved the freshly baked scones, clotted cream and jam on arrival. Check in was super easy as the key was just left in the door. Our little boy Myles loved watching the alpacas too! Overall very pleasant and refreshing stay I would recommend!

Our stay with Stephen was great! Very clean and private space cabin. With a lovely outside area where we sat with some friends. Very quiet and peaceful. Stephen was great and really flexible RE: check-in timings and always had a very quick response to any queries I had before our stay. Would highly recommend.

As described, good central location within walking distance of the town. Well presented and good amenities.

Milton was extremely helpful. We left a few things behind he couldn’t have been more helpful. Answered every message quickly. We felt really at home in the Lodge. Everything we needed and appreciated the fire as the weather suddenly turned cold. Thank you for all your help. We would love to stay again.

We had an absolutely perfect stay at Naomi’s place with our two young children. The location is perfect - 5 min walk from the beach and literally a road away from the main strip of shops and restaurants. View is spectacular when having a cup of tea by the window! Use of the amenities at the nearby holiday park is a real bonus. Apartment was absolutely spotless, and had some really thoughtful extras, like a hidden doll house, some kids books and games. Thank you for a brilliant stay, we’ll be back!
