Family-friendly holiday rentals in Key Colony Beach

It was an unforgettable week in Maria and Johnny's house. The house was very clean and beautifully furnished. Each of our three children had their own room in which they felt very comfortable. Our bedroom had a large terrace where my wife could do yoga in the morning sun. The kitchen and living room were really well epuiped and terrace with the hot tub were just right for a relaxing family holiday. Nothing was missing. Communication with Johnny was easy and quick. He gave us great ideas for activities and restaurants in the area. Thank you for that. We can highly recommend Maria and Johnny's accommodation!

Our group of six adults loved our stay at One Particular Harbor! The property was beautiful and spacious! The pictures couldn’t do it justice. Our hosts were very helpful and attentive! We would definitely stay there again.

Our stay was amazing. The staff that runs the condo very friendly always cleaning all the common areas. Peter kept the beach areas clean every morning. Very quiet we rented kayaks and paddle that out to the sandbar every day. It was beautiful.

Very well laid out house. Plenty of room for our large family vacation. House was well equipped for long stay. Short walk to club which has beach access. Host left the best key lime pie for us upon arrival. The only minor thing was listing said four bikes were included. Host advised bikes had not been included for some time. Would definitely stay again.

Just what we needed for winter break , loved having coffee in the morning on the canal, hammock very relaxing, liked the open living space.

This house was absolutely amazing! Our family had the best week here. The outside area was so nice and lots of room. We all enjoyed the pool. I loved to sit on the swing every morning and evening. The house was perfect, had everything we needed for our family of 6. It was walking distance to the cabana club that we very much enjoyed also. Lots of food options within a 15 min drive. We would absolutely love to come back and stay.

We really enjoyed our stay. The unit was exceptionally clean. Coming into a clean unit sets the tone for the stay. The furnishings inside and out were very nice The kitchen was well stocked for cooking, which we did. We didn’t have a lot of luck with our restaurant choices throughout the Keys. However, we did follow Rich’s lead and had a good experience at the Square Grouper in Islamorada. Rich was super helpful and communicated throughout the process.

Great place and location. Close to lots of restaurants. Pool was really nice! Kitchen was fully stocked and nice that they provide paper towels/toilet paper/dishwasher detergent/etc. to get you started. Had a nice bottle of champagne waiting for us upon arrival as well.

This house was a perfect spot for my partner and I and Cooper our pup. swam in the pool, sat in jacuzzi, paddle boarded ,kayaked, road the bikes, ect. we brought our boat down but unfortunately had a few issues with it so wasn't able to go out fishing as much as we'd liked. but there was plenty to do at and around this beautiful place. would definitely come back in the future:))

Beautiful home that comfortably held our 6 person family of adults. Absolutely loved the pool, spa, and outdoor seating. Really nice kitchen and bathrooms. We used Marathon as home base and drove to Key Largo, Key West, etc. Always nice to return to the house and pool to relax!

This unit in Marathon had everything for relaxing and quiet vacation. The furniture and artwork were very well selected and made the stay more upscale. Super clean and excellent quality bed linens and kitchen gear. Concierge arranged for bike rentals so we could easily explore the area. We biked, walked and drive from Key West to Islamorada daily. Our fav vacay rental thus far!

This home was just what my family needed for our vacation! We all loved relaxing in the outdoor living room surrounded by greenery. We also enjoyed swimming in the pool and kayaking through the canals and Boot Key. We made most of our meals due to dietary restrictions, and the kitchen here was adequate. The location in Marathon is excellent! It was just a 5-minute walk to Sombrero Beach, so we never had to worry about parking. We could easily drive to all the activities we wanted to do in the area, too.

Fish Camp was spotless and the owners and property management were very communicative leading up to our trip and once we arrived. No major issues - and if we reached out they responded right away. Beach chairs would have been a great addition for our stay.

The house was well equipped with all of the essentials. We had 8 adults and plenty of room. We did have to wash towels a few times, and buy more laundry soap, but the washer and dryer were conveniently located on the main level. The pool was smaller than what the pictures showed, but it perfectly suited our needs. All members of our party viewed the listing before we booked it and none of us realized it was a twin home. However, there is tons of privacy and the only times we noticed we had neighbors was when the shared dock was used. We had to buy a cooler (for poolside and the beach) and beach chairs. There were some pool floaters left behind, from previous guests that we used. The interior of the home is beautiful, with high ceilings and comfortable furniture. This is in a great location - close to grocery stores, restaurants and Sombrero beach! Monica was great to work with!

Despite rain and windy weather the first part of the week, we had a relaxing and fun time. Really loved the tiki in the backyard, and watching manatee and tarpon in the canal. The home was lovingly decorated with personal artwork and clean. The hosts were very accommodating and quickly responded to questions. We also liked that we could walk to restaurants, and the grocery stores were also nearby.

Our stay was great for a family of 5. Vaulted ceilings, CLEAN bathrooms, nice tile, fixtures, plush towels and bath rugs, lots of pool towels, large couch, huge dining table, immaculate stocked kitchen, ice and water dispensers in fridge, short walk to a heated pool, deep canal steps away (under construction) and next to a full service marina. Parking easy, check in seamless. Great for kids lots of space to spread out, multiple porches, quiet, central location. Brian was easy to work with. Could improve: Master bath barn door (not shown in listing) did not open/close easily. The toilet is awkwardly close to the bed (you can reach the bed from the toilet). Also, if you can get the barn door shut, the gaps btwn the door are so big it doesn’t offer any privacy. We used the other 2 toilets in the house instead of the one in the master. A regular door there would be a big improvement. Beds were average, sheets were low quality, window blinds, pots and pans have seen better days.

We are glad we stayed here and would definitely stay again. The house was spacious, clean, and in good shape. Our kids loved the twin beds and they also loved the pool which was clean and warm. The outdoor seating areas were a nice touch, and the house was well appointed. I was a little disappointed to learn I could not use the dock in front of the place (due to maintenance), but the marina staff was very friendly and made the courtesy dock available to us for the boat we rented nearby. Would definitely recommend for small families.

Absolutely perfect stay! The home had everything we could possibly need—thoughtfully stocked and super comfortable. The pool was a highlight—sparkling clean and just the right temperature. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to relax and unwind. Highly recommend and would definitely stay again!

It was an awesome place! Beautiful, clean, and cozy! You can pull your boat right up to the dock! easy access threw the canal to the ocean and a couple of restraunts! pools nice! plenty of room for a big family! All of your amenities are nearby! Grocery store, restraunts, bars if your into that, gift shops and more!

This was the perfect house for our family of 6 and the beautiful ocean views throughout along with having our own heated pool was a plus! Our first time in the keys and will definitely return. The house is in a great location!

We had an unforgettable stay at Mary’s place! The house was spotless, cozy, and truly felt like a home away from home. We spent most of our time relaxing by the pool—it was so peaceful and quiet, the perfect setting for some much-needed downtime. The location was incredibly convenient, with grocery stores and great restaurants just minutes away. One of the most special moments of our trip happened here—we got engaged! I honestly couldn't have imagined a better place to celebrate such an important moment in our lives. If I had to suggest anything, the house could get a bit warm at times with the thermostat set at 72, but it wasn’t a deal breaker at all. Mary was amazing—super responsive, helpful, and kind. We would absolutely come back. Thank you for such a memorable experience!

We arrived to a beautiful home and location. We had all amenities that we expected to cook with. We spent most of our time on the lovely patio/pool area. When the rain came we used the game room to play cards and have some family time. We would suggest a better mattress in the queen room. All in all we had a wonderful vacation in this home.

A nice home, comfortable and clean, nice patio on the dock. Internet, and television worked great. Use refrigerator and box freezer that are provided on the outside patio, the one in the kitchen doesn’t get very cold. We enjoyed sitting out on the patio every night looking at the water and the sky. A comfortable home. Thank you.
