Wonderful place to stay. The lady in reception was extremely friendly and helpful. We used the bikes (free) but did not have time to use the kayaks (free). Our children were well entertained by fish and nurse sharks in the small harbour and we had a great time in the pool. Definitely a place I will recomend.

I don’t want to say too much because this place is a jewel. The owner is fantastic to communicate with; very friendly and laid back. Perfect place for a family with two kids. Private beach. Peaceful! Grills right by the beach with tables under a tiki hut. Excellent restaurants. Great activities and state parks all around Marathon. I’ve said too much, this place will and should be booked all the time!

Beautiful condo right on the water. Heidi was very helpful and responded quickly to questions. Would definitely stay in the condo again.

Sea Isle #8 was even better than listed. The condo was larger than it seemed in the listing, with plenty of space for my family of four. The kitchen had everything we needed to prepare meals, even a crock pot! The balcony, pool, beach, tiki hut and grills allowed us to spend most of our time outdoors. If you have the chance to visit Marathon, Edmund's condo is a great place to stay.

Check in/check out was easy! Nice and clean, pool and hot tub area was clean and the pool was nice and warm. We will definitely be check CoolVacay's properties for our next vacation.

This was a beautiful place to stay that was off the busy road and afforded less traffic and noise. It was still very convenient to all restaurants and activities in Marathon. The condo was very clean, beds comfortable, updated kitchen, and just great overall. There is a pool available and you are just a few steps from the beach. We would definitely recommend it to others, and stay here again.

very charming and spacious place. the master bedroom (captains quarters) is massive, and my two friends and I had more than enough room to spread out. There were plenty of towels and items for daily living (well stocked kitchen, laundry items, grilling utensils). the pool is separate from a condo but a short walk away. We had a hard time initially locating our condo b/c we didn't see a unit # outside the door itself, and went up/down the flights of stairs a few times before we found it. But once we did, it was smooth sailing. (2nd floor, take a right.) Gorgeous views and spacious patio!

The house was exactly what we needed for our family vacation. We all felt super at home. The kids made their space on the patio and loved the outdoor TV. We fished from the pier and beach, took day trips, and enjoyed dinner nightly on the patio. overall, exceed expectations.

Great experience, great host and accommodations. Hot tub wasn't working while we were there, but repair was delayed over the holiday week which was out of the hosts' control. Very communicative and responsive.

Would definitely rent again! Relaxing with plenty of outdoor spaces to enjoy. Comfortable condo with everything you need.

Hello. We Booked this place so I could be in the sun on a lounge chair and husband could fish. It was exactly what we wanted. We were able to hang out together and both get what we wanted. He caught fish like crazy! Place is beautiful and exactly how described. Getting an Uber/lyft was easy. Sombrero Beach was beautiful. Ana was excellent to communicate with. Condo bed was very comfy and the bedroom dark. The use of a cooler and beach chairs was appreciated. Would not hesitate to book again.

We had a great stay at Rich's place. There were 6 of us (and our dog) so we were able to sleep on the first and third floors and then hang out together, watch TV, eat, etc. on the second floor. There was a lot to do in the complex (e.g., paddleboard the in the lagoon and fish off the jetty), and we were close to a ton of restaurants and places to do other activities as well. Rich was very responsive and checked on us often. We felt very safe. Would return again!

This was hands down the best airbnb I have ever stayed at. It had EVERYTHING we needed besides basic groceries. It was also extremely clean when we arrived, everything worked properly and was in incredible condition. The pool was amazing - they play great music down there and there was even such a good food truck right outside the condo we went to a couple of times. The sunrise and view was so stunning each morning! I don’t have a single negative comment about our stay or the place! Thank you Michael!

We had a great stay at Kim's for our 25 year anniversary. The spot was even better than the pictures. And Kim was a great host, very proactive and extremely helpful. We'll definitely look to stay there again in the near future.

Great location, exactly as advertised! The condo was extremely clean when we checked in. The area was quiet and clean. Perfect location in the middle of the keys. Would definitely stay again!

The unit we stayed in was very recently updated, clean, and comfortable. The beach area was fantastic with a great view, morning coffee was awesome as we could watch many boats heading out for fishing to the right of the location. Kim was an absolute great host who by luck we got to meet before we left, she took time to talk to us about our stay and past stays on Key Colony Beach, she showed us her beautiful Pineapple Garden and explained how we could start our own as we live in FL. We are going to give P-Garden a try Kim! Lastly, of all our stays in Key Colony I believe Kim's place is easily the best we've stayed, from a bang for your buck, the amenities, cleanliness, great staff, and a secluded beach standpoint. It will now be our place to stay on our annual trip to the keys. Thanks again Kim, Tony & Patty

Kim's place is indeed VERY close to a small beach having everything you need. Having a barbecue at sunset on the beach made the day, even if the continuous April wind was a bit disturbing. My expectations for the water were exaggerate. It was very regular, sandy water, and the advertised snorkeling from the beach will reveal nothing. The only problem I have encountered was the washer and the dryer, located outside the room, and requiring 2 dollars each, in quarters, to be used. Firstly, the price for the place should include those 4 dollars, and secondly, who carries these days 16 quarters with him? There were quarters available at the front desk up to 12 o clock, with check-in at 3 pm. So, have quarters with you. However, as I found the entire Keys area highly overrated and expensive for beach / snorkeling, Kim's place is a very cool location, closer to the beach than I have ever stayed, clean and comfortable.

We enjoyed our stay. Would recommend. Kim gave many local suggestions that helped us take in the experience more fully.
