Had a great time. Place was clean and close to the ocean. Place was quiet, bed was comfortable, and the AC worked great. The water pressure was also great. Would visit again.

This was our 2nd time staying here and again, it was a great time! Close to the water, close to the pool, and super close to local restaurants and shopping. My only suggestion is for the owners of the actual rv resort to put funds to rebuilding the peir. There are other nearby piers, which would work, but it’s just the ease of it all. Other than that, it was a wonderful stay, would highly recommend and we will definitely be coming back soon. Chris is a super host, friendly, and super understanding! Couldn’t ask for someone nicer and so thorough and thoughtful!

After months of hard work mikes places is exactly what I needed for me and my family , watching the sunrise with a coffee was great but the late night fishing was everything, overall my family had a wonderful time

This was such a great location. It was very peaceful, pool and docks were within in feet of the condo. Pictures do not do justice for how cute this condos is! It is a single floor condo, no stairs to climb, which was great for my mom! Beds were comfortable and there was plenty of space for us! The teenagers loved the location, they were never bored! ! The host was awesome and very responsive, esp for a same day book and check-in! One of our best vacation spots! Will definitely be back!! Thank you!

The condo was spacious, clean & nicely appointed with 2 coffee pots for drip & individual cups & even had coffee, creamer & sugar in the full kitchen. The decor was nice with a beach theme. The views were magnificent with beautiful sunrises that were perfect for pictures from the large balcony that over looked the water front. The long pier was perfect for fishing & more views & picture opportunities. The sofa bed was surprisingly, very comfortable. The condo staff were welcoming, friendly & helpful. Rockport has some uniques shops to browse & we found some delicious restaurants thanks to the info that host provided in the condo. Excellent vacation & thanks to the host

Perfect place for our little family. Our toddler loved the pool and my husband loved the pier! The house was cozy and had everything we needed. The location is so close to everything! We were even able to walk to church on Sunday. We would definitely recommend Christin's place and look forward to staying again.

Kassandra was an amazing Host and she had great communication with us, we would definitely stay and book with her again! She had things needed in the kitchen in restroom and in rooms, we didn’t have to go out of our way, everything was accessible and she was very kind! Thank you Kassandra!

First time renting an Airbnb and was honestly satisfied with our stay. Our host provided a great experience for us and the kids. From the condos cleanliness to the amenities available for us. Definitely recommend this stay for those looking for a simple & peaceful stay as well as accessibility to town or the beach.

I've stayed here 3 times already and it feels like our home away from home. We love this place, perfect for families. Well stocked. responsive host. We had an issue with the stove and he sent his nephew who was incredibly sweet and great at fixing the issue. We love this spot and look forward to staying again.

We love this place. The people managing the property are hardworking and kind. The pool and landscaping maintenance is excelente and you can easily walk to the beach. We had an awesome time. Ekaterina was always available for any questions. Also love how well equipped is the apartment.

Great place! Very clean and well kept. Perfect location on a very protected canal. 31’ boat was a little tight in the slip but doable! Highly recommend this property!!!

The scenery was breathtaking! The pictures don’t do it justice. The last morning there we saw Dolphins from the porch, we ran down to the pier to get a closer look. Pier had a fish station and benches, and lights for night time It was peaceful, and the place was immaculately clean. There is a small road between the condo, and ocean however there is not many cars just mostly golf carts and people walking and jogging on it.  Everything we needed including an extra chair in the closet. They had everything there for cooking you would need. Lots of dog friendly restaurants in Rockport including a dog beach. Love that they had a washer and dryer. We put all the wet clothes in after we came back from the beach. Doggy station right in the front so not far. Love that it was dog friendly, but you wouldn’t have even known there has been dogs there because it was so clean!! Communication was great! We had a great time! Beds were comfortable. Thank you! Definitely coming back!

We very much enjoyed our trip. Thank you for the extras like the use of the wagon, umbrella, and chairs!

His place is on the first level and it’s easy to get to through the elevators or stairs. There’s a gas station close by and a few golf rental places. It was clean and had both a washer/dryer which is perfect for us with an infant and two toddlers. Overall this place is really nice and if we have another family gathering we’ll definitely be staying with Sean and Adriana!

We had a fantastic stay at Troy’s condo for a weekend getaway during the Fulton Oyster Fest! The condo was exceptionally clean upon arrival, making it a comfortable and welcoming space to relax. The neighborhood was peaceful, allowing us to unwind after a fun day at the festival. The location was great—just a short drive to Rockport, Fulton, local restaurants, and the beach. It was the perfect home base for exploring the area while still being tucked away from the hustle and bustle. Troy was an excellent host, providing clear instructions and ensuring we had everything we needed. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it for a relaxing and convenient Rockport getaway!

Clean condo and great location.

The condo was very nice. Right next to waterfront with fishing piers. There is also a pool for swimming. I was there for mainly fishing. The piers had good access. The neighbors in the complex were friendly. The condo had very good appliances and supplies for cooking. It’s has good proximity to HEB for food supplies. Also the property is near Fulton fishing pier and Goose Island State park if you want bigger piers. But I still caught plenty of catfish from the private piers in the complex. Very nice & calm place. Really liked waking up & coming out to the balcony to see the water. Place was clean & spacious. Only thing was the downstairs neighbors, came to let us know we were moving our chairs too loud, we were just sitting at the table eating. Other than that everything was great & would stay again.

Our family really enjoyed staying at Patrick’s Place. It was well stocked and comfortable! The view was beautiful and had great access to the water for fishing. Will recommend to friends and family!
