Great unit. Decor was spot on. Barn doors were a good touch. Neighbor was loud but unavoidable . Caught some fish but the bay was full of jelly fish which hampered any fishing. Liked the neighborhood and overall we really liked it

My fiancé and I felt so at home here. Phil was perfect even chatted with us a few times. We decided to stay in town another night and he worked with us on staying another night. We absolutely loved our stay here. The house is perfect for a family getaway. It has all the amenities you need and was spotless. Every detail is well thought out and geared towards making your stay more comfortable. The hosts are kind and accommodating and responded quickly when needed. Our whole family agreed this will be our go to spot when we look for a stay in Rockport.

The condo was very nice. Right next to waterfront with fishing piers. There is also a pool for swimming. I was there for mainly fishing. The piers had good access. The neighbors in the complex were friendly. The condo had very good appliances and supplies for cooking. It’s has good proximity to HEB for food supplies. Also the property is near Fulton fishing pier and Goose Island State park if you want bigger piers. But I still caught plenty of catfish from the private piers in the complex. Not sure if I can cover it all, but this place is incredible. My wife and I came here for our Babymoon and we were more than impressed. Cari has created a great vacation getaway, here are some of the positives: - First and foremost Cari was very responsive and answered every question we could think of. Plus let us know of some things ahead of time. -The kitchen is stocked better than most homes - The bathroom was filled with high-quality towels and nice toiletries - The most comfortable couch we’ve ever relaxed on - A cozy, restful bed with great linens - Only 7 minutes to the beach and just steps to the pool - Thoughtfully maintained, beautifully furnished, and wonderfully managed This Airbnb truly sets the gold standard. Five stars across the board—and we can’t wait to come back.
