Enjoy easy access to everything from this perfectly located home base in charming Wells, Maine. This cozy little bedroom and bathroom has a separate entrance from our primary residence while sharing a patio space. Although small, our guests seem to appreciate the relaxed, comfortable environment after spending the day at the beach (5 mins away), or exploring the local coastal towns. We’re 30 mins south of the ‘foodee city’ of Portland- two mins from a train station if you want to head to Boston.

This home belonged to my grandmother and has loads of personality. It has been recently updated while still preserving its charm. Fast internet, new AC, all the necessities in the kitchen, new bedding, and a relaxing outdoor space! The location is perfect. Walk to the best the area has to offer or spend the day just 1 mile away at the beach (parking pass included) or unwind and relax on the deck or patio and enjoy a gorgeous view of the Drift Roses when in season. 2022 Airstream on a goat farm

Enjoy a unique stay in a 2022 Flying Cloud Airstream on a goat farm in Kennebunk, Maine! We are about 150 ft from a boat launch to the Mousam River and provide two kayaks for guest use (no swimming in the river). We house 21 goats which are rented out to clear invasive plants around Southern Maine from May to October. We cannot promise how many goats will be here during your stay but there are always some home, in between jobs (union agreement hahaha)! BTW*** WE LOVE CANADIANS!!! 🇨🇦

Modern cabin tucked privately in the forest. Loaded with modern amenities make it perfect for a romantic getaway. Unwind in the hot tub looking up at the sky full of stars. Take a Sauna while being surrounded by nature all around. Relax by the fire pit. Located in the majestic forest of mount agamenticus, the extensive trail system is off our road. Short drive to the Ogunquit/ york beaches, outlets at Kittery and near Portsmouth, Dover and Portland restaurant scenes.

Cute 1-Bedroom apartment in the woods by the sea

This 1- bedroom apartment is a half mile walk to Cape Neddick Beach, yet tucked away in the privacy of the woods. When the surf is up you can hear the waves crashing on the nearby rocky cove and the clang of the ocean bell buoy. Also conveniently located within 3 miles of York Beach, Ogunquit, Cape Neddick Golf Course, and the Cliff House Resort. Cape Neddick has it all: coastal cliffs, a sandy beach, a scenic river, hiking trails, and fine dining.

Surf Suite

Keyed Private entrance upstairs suite with a sun deck, garden views, and bathroom. The room includes a kitchen cart with microwave, fridge, hot water kettle and coffee machine. There is a dining table and chairs and a closet. WiFi, TV and AC. The upper deck is a wonderful place to catch some sun and sip a coffee. We are located on Route 1, conveniently close to downtown Kennebunk, dining, and groceries. The beach is a 10-12 minute drive.

Come enjoy a relaxing stay overlooking a nearby duck pond occasionally visited by blue heron. Chickens, ducks and geese wander free range on the open grounds of our farm set in woods inhabited by much wildlife. The separate guests’ space is large but quaint. A dedicated side entry assures your privacy. We are a ten minute drive to (seasonally) lively Dock Square, Kennebunkport, and the beaches and fine dining of the Kennebunks.
