Apartment holiday rentals in Kennebunk

My husband and I stayed at Kristen’s apartment for 2 weeks at the end of August and had the most amazing time! This was our 3rd time to KPT and most definitely our favorite thanks to this gorgeous Airbnb and Kristen’s hospitality. The apartment was perfect for us — was exactly as described, better than the photos with amazing windows and views, speedy WiFi perfect for working remotely. It’s a quick 4 minute drive into town, and such a beautiful area to walk around. Kristen was so responsive and helpful — there’s a super extensive list of local reccs in the apartment, and a beach pass that you can use during your stay. We loved this home away from home, and can’t wait to come back soon!

Loved this place it had a lot of character. It was close to the bridge to walk to and get a beautiful sight of the city. The host was really helpful and responded in a promptly manner.

Pristine apartment just minutes from everything. Excellent location for bird/animal lovers. The bird feeders provided endless entertainment. Inside apartment was well appointed with gorgeous furnishings and quality linens. Super quiet too. Hoping to stay with Rick again.

The views were amazing and the place was perfect! They’ve thought of everything (beach chairs, extra linens, coffee) and the flowers and birds make the property even more lovely. I stayed with my daughter and there is privacy within the space. The beach is a five minute walk from the house. We will definitely stay again!

Absolutely amazing place to stay, right downtown yet very quiet considering its location to the main street. Upscale unit with a very comfy & cozy vibe to it. We went for a girls weekend and couldn't have asked for a nicer place to stay. Nicki was very responsive and extremely helpful with any questions we may have had. We will definitely rent there again.

This place was perfect for our brief stay. We were there for a few days for a family event in ME. It was so nice to come back to this peaceful and comfortable place and relax each evening. Check in and check out was very easy with very clear instructions. Loved the warm comforter on the bed!

This stay surpassed my travel expectations and provided some much needed rest away from city living. The natural beaches that are close by are beautiful. The foliage was remarkable. The condo to return to, immaculate and inviting. Thank you for being such a great host and I look forward to returning in the future for some peaceful nights of rest.

Beautiful space in downtown. Easy to walk all over Portsmouth. Parking was paid but easy to navigate. Would stay there again! Very responsive team as well!

My wife and I spent a long weekend at Nem’s property and we thoroughly enjoyed the entire experience. The apartment was warm, comfortable, and so tastefully decorated. We had all the comforts of home and the apartment was well outfitted with everything we needed. The location is amazing with so many restaurants close by and the beach only a short walk away. Nem was a great host - incredibly responsive, helpful, and accommodating. We will definitely be coming back soon.

Such a Beautiful place! Everything was brand new and super clean and meticulously styled full of charm ! This gem had everything you needed to have the most comfortable stay . The views in the main house and the additional boat house that was there for your enjoyment were nothing short of magical Jill the host was such a nice person and on the spot responsive if you needed anything, she truly cares about your experience and put so much heart into the special details in this home . This actually ended up being my husband and I favorite place that we stayed on our 10 day trip and we always stay in beautiful places. The location is great too , Portland and Ogunquit are 2 great places just a short drive away . We definitely will be back to stay again

Very clean and great location. Close to the airport and a short drive to the highway to get wherever you're going. Tucked away just outside of Portland, Westbrook, and downtown Gorham with lots of convenient options for restaurants, groceries, gas, coffee, and even local farms. The two units above the barn share walls, but we never heard the other guests during our stay. There was mild noise from the road and planes (due to proximity to the airport and landing patterns) but nothing white noise won't block out from a fan or music streaming app. After a while we didn't even notice it. Jessica was super quick with her responses and I would definitely stay here again!

The loft was just as it was pictured - even better! It was perfect for 2 couples with 2 king bedrooms and 2 baths. The water view from dining room was lovely - we spent hours playing games at the table and just enjoying the view and loft. Jennifer is an excellent host and responds quickly to any questions. I highly recommend #301!

This is a lovely, quiet spot that is an ell appointed, inviting and homey. The open floor plan makes the space feel bigger than it is and it has plenty of privacy. It’s the kind of place you might want to stay longer than planned. I absolutely recommend it if you’re in the area and would gladly stay there again.

If I could give 4.5 stars I would. Evan and Rachel were wonderful, responsive hosts and the property was exactly what I hoped for. Upon arrival, the washer looked and smelled very moldy. My advice to any future guests would be to please consider airing out the washer after using it to help prevent this. The AC/heat pump units also seemed a bit musty. However, after communicating the issue to the hosts, they quickly offered to come in later that day to sanitize the washer and give our unit an ozone treatment to deal with the mold spores in the air. I really appreciated the effort and it resolved the problem enough for me to feel comfortable washing my clothes. The convenience of living on the main road in town was nice, but the street was a bit noisy at night. Nevertheless, I would definitely stay at The Loft Escape Apartment again!

Our stay at Evan and Rachel’s Airbnb was wonderful. The views into the backyard and golf course were very peaceful with a morning coffee. You wouldn’t even know that the home is on a main road with how private it felt. If we stayed longer we would’ve definitely used the hot tub! We loved this place! It was incredibly clean, tastefully decorated and very comfortable. Perfect for a couple’s getaway. Conveniently located to Ogunquit, Kennebunk and Wells by car. The bed was very comfy. Everything you need for a great stay. We definitely will go back!

It’s was like luxury after a long day working a wedding. It was very peaceful , clean and felt like home. I cannot wait to stay again!

Wendy’s place was really nice and the hot tub is very private.. we definitely got our usage out of it… Wendy herself was extremely kind and open minded. She didn’t rush us out come check out, instead, she encouraged us to stay a little longer and enjoy the hot tub before our long journey back home.. she gave us good tips about golden gems only locals know about 🥰 She did have a cool book to share reviews but I didn’t have a pen.. also we left grape soda in the fridge from Canada for the next person to try!! I had a lovely stay. The accommodations were elegant and comfy, and Dan's hospitality was warm and responsive. The location was perfect for dining, the art museum, and access to the waterfront. There were some special touches that made it feel all the more welcoming (I won't spoil the surprise for future guests). It is a place I hope to return to in the future. Many thanks to our hosts!
