Don’t think twice on this lakeside retreat! Awesome area with good restaurants and amenities close by. The views and the peace and serenity this home provides is incredible. Was surprised how clean this cabin was especially with being lake front. Couldn’t have been happier booking Peter’s place!!

We had the most wonderful stay at Jeremiah and Lisseth’s beautiful lakeside cabin! From the moment we walked in, we felt so welcomed by the thoughtful personalized gifts they left for us. The cabin was spotless, cozy, and incredibly well-stocked, especially the bathroom, which had anything you might need if you forgot something. It was the perfect space for a quiet girls weekend, and we especially enjoyed relaxing in the hot tub. Jeremiah and Lisseth were also incredibly easy to communicate with. Quick to respond and so helpful throughout the entire process. Every detail was thoughtfully planned, and it truly felt like a home away from home. Highly recommend!

A great disconnect

Misty’s cabin was very cute, cozy, and private. We loved soaking in the hot tub and listening to the frogs and crickets at night! The bed is kind of firm and springy but was doable for a short stay. Would definitely recommend grabbing breakfast at the cafe 1055 across the street, we ended up stopping there twice and it was delicious both times. Misty had great communication during our stay as well!

We just had a wonderful ladie's weekend at Christy's place! We lucked out and got a bit of snow, so the cabin was the perfect cozy spot to spend the weekend with a fire and a puzzle! The hot tub was an extra added bonus! Beds were all very comfortable and living room was super cozy. Very easy ride to downtown for restaurants and shopping for a bit. Would definitely recommend!

If I could give 10 stars, I would. First time a place was even better than the photos. Private. Clean. So quiet. Comfortable. Everything we wanted plus ! Felt like we were millions of miles away and a short drive to all attractions. The kayaks, canoe, fire pit and hot tub were used and enjoyed. 3 nights - could’ve stayed way longer ! Don’t hesitate if you’re looking to relax, unwind and enjoy nature. Hands down our new favorite spot and can’t wait to go back ! John and Cassie were very responsive and excellent hosts !

Great place to stay in one of the most beautiful parts of the northeast.

We had the absolute best time at MJ’s place, highly recommend !! The house is spatious yet very cozy and quiet, with a nice back porch to sit and enjoy the surrounding woods! Home is also very close to town and to Poryland/coastline, and the cleanest lake to swim in that we’ve ever been to! MJ was very helpful and quick to respond. Stay here! We hope to return sometime soon!!

I had a very relaxing long weekend, just what I needed for a private getaway alone. The home was cozy and comfortable, everything I needed was easy to find. I traveled alone so I would have been a bit more comfortable if there had been curtains or blinds in the main living area, however, they were in all the bedrooms. Privacy at night is just important to me. The location was very private and felt away from the world, the furniture was very comfortable which I find important on a VK anywhere. The host was extremely responsive also extremely. important.

Tom and Kayla really outdid themselves with this cabin. They were very flexible when we needed to postpone this trip for a whole year due to illness. They were super responsive and were able to help with a few things. It was the perfect place for our needs.

My family's first stay in an American cabin. Wonderfully appointed, the beds were comfortable and the lounge areas very relaxing. Good satellite wi-fi, and plenty of board games, pool table, etc. Hot tub was fired up and ready to go on arrival - a big plus as they can take hours to warm up! The location is quiet and we weren't disturbed at all, but it is within a stone's throw of another property. Once or twice, we saw their dog walking around the cabin - not an issue for us, but if you're nervous of dogs, it could be. The hosts were very proactive in checking if we needed anything, and the inclusion of some laundry detergent helped us keep on top of our clothes! We highly recommend Moose Cabin, and if we lived in the area, we would return.

An INCREDIBLE ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ stay! This was our first trip with our puppy and baby and we felt right at home. We arrived to an incredible personalized touch — a box of snacks, bottle of wine, and a note to welcome us. The house was spotless and filled with the amenities you’d get at a resort — from dishes to silverware, to shampoo and soap, to extremely comfy beds and beautiful decor. It was a peaceful and relaxing time by the water, especially loved the deck, yard, and kayaks. Thank you!

Lovely cozy cabin! I went mid-May, which probably isn’t the best time if you want to enjoy local activities. But it is a good time if you want to just relax at the cabin. The host were really nice and accommodating. Would definitely stay again.

had a great time at squirrel patch! The dock was perfect for our fishing boat and pet friendly for our furry friend! The kitchen was wonderfully stocked with all kinds of pots and pans and every spice you can think of. Loved the little porch, hot showers and all kinds of linens and blankets! Went to secret beach with beautiful views of lake. Great place for kids to play in water. Met all our needs and more!

Great cabin! Very clean and more spacious than you would think due to the open layout on the first floor. A nice little yard for pets to explore. Mark was very responsive and helpful - Hopefully we will be back!

We really enjoyed our stay at this peaceful spot by the river. The serene setting made it easy to unplug and relax—exactly what we were looking for. Everything was just as described, and the calm surroundings made for a perfect escape. I’ll definitely recommend this place to friends and others!

From the start, Ashley was helpful and kind. The house was immaculate and decorated tres chic, and she left a few treats to welcome us. Honestly, the place looked brand new! And it was so comfortable- the warm wood stove, the gourmet coffee ninja, the soft bedding and cotton sheets, the honeycomb wall shelves and little gold bumblebee towel holder….all the little touches were so special. Will definitely stay there again!

What a really beautiful and special place!

This spot was AMAZING, and Eva was such an incredible host. For a large party like mine, all of us felt comfortable, and there was more than enough space where we were not cramped in. The recommendations that Eva provided were accurate and very resourceful. I have reached out to her a few times to ask questions and extend my gratitude for being such an amazing host, and she was by far one of the friendliest hosts I have ever encountered. My family and I were disappointed that we needed to leave, but we will most definitely be coming back again next year!

Michael’s place is a sanctuary filled with local art and whimsical artifacts. Very pleasing space. Lots of outdoor seating areas possible and a stunning view across the path directly to the water. We had coffee on the rocks with the sun sparkling on the waves. Morning birdsong in the quiet of a peaceful setting away from all traffic. There are beautiful area beaches, and Portland is full of great food and fun including amazing farmers markets. We loved it!!!

Exceeded my expectations. It’s exactly as described, a cozy guest cottage in the host’s private backyard with a lovely screened in porch. The lake was beautiful, and just access was directly across from the driveway. I plan to return 100%. Dennis and Shiela made us feel right at home, and ready for any requests, and lovely conversation. Thanks for hosting us!

Our stay at Dave's cabin on Great East Lake was even more wonderful than i thought it would be! My daughter's and I just loved our adorable cabin. We enjoyed having camp fires at night, the waterfront game room with pool table, ping pong and more. We enjoyed the SUPs, kayaks and swimming to the raft. Fun and relaxing describes our stay. Thank you Dave, MB, dogs Tini, and Biker. We will recommend this place again and again!
