Lovely place in great location. 5 stars.

The apartment is beautifully and thoughtfully decorated with lots of nice touches including the nice toiletries and organic milk and fresh coffee in the fridge etc. The road is quite busy as obviously it’s in a central location and it did feel noisy in the living room but you can’t hear the traffic in the bedroom. It’s in a great location to walk into the city or down to the seafront, as well as the bonus of being next to Queen’s Park (the cafe at the top of the road is fantastic). Ellie’s communication ahead of our stay was prompt and helpful, she even helped sort some parking permits for us and reassured us that she would be on hand if we needed anything. We would stay here again and would recommend it to couples or those travelling with a small child (like us!) as there was plenty of room in the bedroom for a travel cot (only thing to mention is the door between the bedroom and living area is glass so lets in a lot of light - nothing a bit of tin foil didn’t fix though!)

Just returned from a week in this great apartment that matched the description and photo’s exactly. The location is perfect and Ricky is a friendly proactive host who provided lots of information in advance and was always available during our stay. The kitchen was stocked with everyday essentials including breakfast items that Ricky encouraged us to use. Finally, the bed is really comfortable with quality bedding. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend and would love to stay again in the future.

A rare gem! And one of the best airbnbs I’ve stayed in. The Hollywood aesthetic is stunning, with such amazing features - from color block paint detail to crown molding to crystal glassware to classic photos on the wall, and TV! On top of this, the place is steps away from the sea with an amazing view from the front window. Meanwhile the unit is thoughtfully equipped with every thing you would want and expect in an Airbnb. It felt as if I were staying at the private beachfront property of celebrity ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️

Johnathon's home is very beautiful, the house is close to the sea, the windows open to see the sea, the decoration of the house is simple and warm, giving people a good emotional value.The transport of the house is also easily accessible by foot to the train station and to London or to other cities.Surrounded by supermarket and restaurants, convenient.The housekeeper is friendly, responds promptly and gives positive advice when there are questions and needs advice.I would recommend staying here if coming to Brighton for a getaway!

Really enjoyed our stay and can’t fault anything! Sue was very helpful and communicative. Check in was easy, the door has an electric lock so you just need a code to open. The place itself is lovely, extremely clean, the bathroom and shower were so nice! The kitchen is fully stocked, you’ll just need to bring your cold stuff (milk etc). We really enjoyed the location, it’s nice and quiet as it’s just outside of the main Brighton centre (about a 15 mins walk), it’s a few mins walk to the sea front and loads of great cafes nearby (we enjoyed Meo and FIKA!).

We had a lovely stay in Brighton. The location is excellent and very convenient. It is within walking distance of main attractions like Sea Life, the Royal Pavilion and the Lanes, and also close to a bus stop. The apartment opens up to a beautiful sea view. Despite being near the main road, the neighbourhood felt peaceful and relaxed. Communication with Chloe was warm, clear, helpful and always timely. The listing was exactly as described. The apartment was clean, comfortable and well cared for. Our daughter especially enjoyed a relaxing soak in the bathtub, and the beds were very comfortable. We did not cook as we were spoilt for choice with nearby eateries, but the kitchen was well equipped if you would prefer to self-cater. There is no onsite parking, but Chloe helpfully suggested nearby paid options that were easy to access via an app. Would recommend it others looking for a convenient and comfortable place in the town center.

My friend and I had a wonderful stay in Mary’s comfortable, nicely furnished, well-equipped, lovely seaview apartment. The location at the eastern, quieter end of Kemptown was perfect for us—within steps of a fabulous natural grocer, a wonderful bakery, and three excellent coffee shops; just above the Sea Lanes and Black Box Sauna on the beach; and, if you take a few more steps, within short range of numerous excellent restaurants and pubs and the Undercliff Path. All of Brighton is easily accessible from here—either on foot or by bus (they regularly run along the seafront). The beds were very comfortable, the shower was good, and the washer/dryer combo did the job. The building is quiet and well-maintained. I would hope to stay here again on future trips to Brighton.

Laura was so helpful to us following g our original Holiday being double booked. My daughters and I were so thankful for a lovely, clean and quiet place to stay. Very well equipped with everything you could need during your stay. Planning to stay again very soon.

What a fabulous sanctuary right in the heart of cove. At one end of the road you have all the shops and fabulous eateries and at the other end you have the beach! The apartment is spacious and homely and has everything you need. Spotlessly clean and will definitely return

This property is absolutely beautiful and exactly as pictured and described! There was essentials left for us such as tea and coffee and the location was perfect, a Waitrose at the top of the road and it plenty of distance to the lanes and other tourist spots. We decided to stay in and cook on our last night and the kitchen was fully equipped for this. The whole property was extremely clean. Thank you Stephanie!

We had a wonderful stay at your place. The bed was so comfortable, and we had a great night's sleep. The swimming pool was stunning and the lovely warm temperature made it very relaxing. Charlotte was a fantastic host. The bottle of bubbly on arrival was a lovely touch too. We are so lucky to have had the opportunity to stay in Charlotte's interesting and well loved home. The hot tub and roll top bath provided a great way to relax after visiting the beach and town. As artists the artwork on display made for great conversation points too. We feel inspired. Xx

Joanne was so welcoming on our arrival and had the hot tub heated up ready for us to use. Everything you could think of was there for us to use. Unfortunately we had a very busy weekend planned and wished we could have spent more time at the location. We have our next visit booked already and can't wait to use this accommodation another time, spending more time chatting with Joanne and hopefully getting to see more wildlife in the garden.

Ciera was fantastic! Very helpful, responsive and kind. The space was cozy and comfortable, very lovely. The heaters made the place very toasty which was just what we needed after a day out! The area was fab, and the location of the flat was very close to all the things we wanted to do. I’d highly reccomend this place!

We stayed for a long weekend in this lovely accommodation. Everything was perfect, clean, and the amenities were so lovely. The kids loved the pool which was definitely a highlight. David was around to answer questions and any questions we had were replied to very quickly when they were not on site. We had such a lovely time and will definitely be returning!

Me and boyfriend went for trip to Eastbourne for my birthday celebration. Very glad that we chose to stay in Isabella’s accommodation. Apartment was clean and felt like at home. Location is good, 15 min to rail station and 25 min to the sea side. Hot tub was a nice bonus to all of it.

Melanie went above and beyond to make our experience truly special. The house itself is stunning – spotlessly clean and equipped with everything we needed for a relaxing and comfortable stay. Melanie’s attention to detail and warm hospitality really stood out. She was incredibly helpful and responsive throughout, which made the whole trip even more enjoyable.
