Beachfront holiday rentals in Kemptown

Feels like a proper holiday staying here with the beach right on the doorstep and the sun trap garden. Lovely little home, comfortable and with all the essentials as well as a fab location.

Lovely little cottage a stones throw from the beach in a little cul-de-sac in Worthing town! Perfect for a few days break with the family and the cottage was in walking distance to local amenities aswell as driving distance to Brighton, littlehampton, shoreham etc. which were all lovely towns with lots to do. Claire provided everything we needed and little touches like the breakfast basket and some basics went a long way. Great chequers board also! Garden was small and well kept and nice to sit in the sunshine, parking not always available outside but easy to park round the corner with a permit provided! Cottage is lovely decorated and plenty of space for a family. Would highly recommend!

This is a great place to stay in Hove and is as described. It was positioned perfectly for us for where we needed to be to visit family. The living room is a particularly great feature with sea views and plenty of space. If arriving by car, unloading can be a bit tricky due to having to park on adjacent roads but Joanne can't help that so it's just one to be aware of. We would certainly stay here again

We had a lovely relaxing stay at the beautiful Driftwood. We were very lucky with the weather so took full advantage of the balcony area watching the seafront and everything going on. The house was spotlessly clean and there was a lovely welcome message, wine and biscuits waiting for us on arrival. The house is exactly as described and as per the photos and the views are amazing. Lots of extra little touches make it feel very homely. The bed was very comfortable and we slept well. Simone was the perfect host. Clear arrival instructions, very proactive with excellent communication. Simone was able to offer us an earlier check-in which was very much appreciated. I highly recommend a visit to Driftwood!

Fabulous place to stay, great location. Ellie was considerate of that it can get a bit noisy on a Friday night and left ear plugs for the front room for those sleeping in there which worked perfectly. Beautifully decorated and everything that we needed was there ☺️

Lovely, easy one night stay at Peter's place. It's so comfortable, with plenty of space for two, really cozy for a night in. Comfy bed, great shower, and every amenity you could need. Location is also ideal for access to some of my favourite parts of Brighton. Peter was also such a proactive and generous host, I really appreciated it.

We had a wonderful stay at your place. The bed was so comfortable, and we had a great night's sleep. The swimming pool was stunning and the lovely warm temperature made it very relaxing. We had a great stay in Louisa’s caravan. The location was great, right next to the swimming pool, restaurants and beach. The place had all we needed for a great week away and the weather was great too! Day trip to the beach at West wittering was great.

Great place, right at the beach, place very clean and tidy with all you need. Lisa was very helpful and explained all we needed. Would recommend for a nice break out of the city.

Dolly’s Delight was an absolute treat. We very kick enjoyed our stay there. Superb accommodation, with luxurious bedding, 2 good showers, very well equipped and with a view of the sea. By night the stars shone brightly. The Bay is a lovely quiet park but with the benefit of the facilities at the main park 1 mile up the road. We ate at The Boathouse one evening and the food was very good with some good choices for children. We’ll definitely be booking again. Thanks Jenny.

A beautiful house in a lovely location. Fresh air holidays were quick with all communications and very helpful when i had questions. This house had everything we needed and was fabulous for a family break for 9 of us

Had a lovely stay here as a part of a small hen celebration. Hosts were great in the lead up with all my questions and also prompt to response during our stay too. Great location, great value for money. Definitely recommend :-)

An incredible house … everything you could possibly want and much much more … sadly weren’t able to use pool due to weather but we all loved the house so much as it was so comfortable… my nephew said the best air b n b he has been to … we agree. Perfect for 2 families with space to escape each other! The hosts should be highly commended for an exceptional guest experience… thank you so much.

Lovely well laid out apartment, lots of interesting ornaments displayed around the place and a nice outdoor space Plenty of places to eat and drink in the surrounding area, will definitely stay here again Came here for my wife’s birthday and we absolutely loved it Cheers Steve

I booked Estela’s apartment for my parents for a few weeks whilst they were visiting Brighton. They had nothing but praises for the apartment, great location, a short stroll to the shops, the apartment was clean and decorated beautifully. There was a slight snaggle during the stay which Estela sorted right away. Overall we were very happy with our booking.

The apartment is beautifully and thoughtfully decorated with lots of nice touches including the nice toiletries and organic milk and fresh coffee in the fridge etc. The road is quite busy as obviously it’s in a central location and it did feel noisy in the living room but you can’t hear the traffic in the bedroom. It’s in a great location to walk into the city or down to the seafront, as well as the bonus of being next to Queen’s Park (the cafe at the top of the road is fantastic). Ellie’s communication ahead of our stay was prompt and helpful, she even helped sort some parking permits for us and reassured us that she would be on hand if we needed anything. We would stay here again and would recommend it to couples or those travelling with a small child (like us!) as there was plenty of room in the bedroom for a travel cot (only thing to mention is the door between the bedroom and living area is glass so lets in a lot of light - nothing a bit of tin foil didn’t fix though!)

Jo’s place was exactly as described; tidy, homely and in a great location. Unfortunately, there were roadworks outside but that was the only downside (and nothing Jo could have done about it)! A cosy top floor flat with gorgeous views of the sea, in a really central location and Jo herself was very helpful and clear with her instructions. Overall, this place was 10/10, would absolutely recommend to anyone visiting Brighton.

A rare gem! And one of the best airbnbs I’ve stayed in. The Hollywood aesthetic is stunning, with such amazing features - from color block paint detail to crown molding to crystal glassware to classic photos on the wall, and TV! On top of this, the place is steps away from the sea with an amazing view from the front window. Meanwhile the unit is thoughtfully equipped with every thing you would want and expect in an Airbnb. It felt as if I were staying at the private beachfront property of celebrity ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️

We stayed here for my friends hen do, it was in a great location and a great size for the 14 of us. It never felt too small for us, and there is plenty of mirrors, perfect for getting ready!

This was our second time staying at Deborah's so we new what to expect, and it was as perfect as the first time we stayed there. The location is great - very walkable to the center of Brighton but far enough to be much more quiet and peaceful. We love that it's a large space with a real, full kitchen and dining table. It was a rainy stay, so we really appreciated that there was an umbrella there for us to use. The hosts were super responsive - when we spilled some crumbs and asked about a dust pan to clean up they brought it down within minutes! Would absolutely look for their availability first for our next trip to Brighton.

What a wonderful find! Both host and apartment are very special. Host Gary was most attentive, speedy to reply and clear in every way. The apartment (in truth, a large bed-sit, with top-notch kitchen and bathroom) is stylish, well appointed and in immaculate condition. Its location is good too, very quiet but just a few minutes walk from all the delights of Brighton. We hope to stay there again.
