Holiday rentals with a patio in Kemptown

Great long weekend away, had some amazing weather alongside. We love Brighton as a whole so being here felt even more at home than the last time. Fresh space and very modern atmosphere with that comfort feel. Geoff was really responsive and helped us, really friendly and hope to be going back soon this year. Thank you Geoff for having us both x🤞🏼

Myself and my family have just spent a week at Mark's place and it was just as described. A lovely apartment. We enjoyed a beautiful sunrise daily and also a beautiful sunset in the evening's on the balcony. For future guests, our new Vauxhall Mokka fitted into the garage with ease. There was always a parking spot on The Strand for our other car. We were met by one of Vicky's colleagues on arrival who showed us around the apartment. Vicky was always available had we had any complaints or issues, of which we had none. Andrew and Family.

I loved my stay! I didn’t realise how central it was to everything. I never needed to walk more than 10 mins to restaurants/ bars/ activities and the pier! Jo was very informative and helpful. I’d 100% recommend and book this place if I was ever in Brighton again. I absolutely loved it. Having bars, restaurants & pubs on your doorstep made the stay even more fun.

We cannot recommend this flat highly enough! We felt completely at home. The space is beautifully decorated with thoughtful touches throughout. The kitchen is absolutely gorgeous and fully equipped for wholesome home cooked meals. Ideal location if arriving by train and wanting to explore Brighton by foot. Em and Matt were friendly, communicative hosts who cared about making their guests feel welcome. We truly didn’t want to leave, and we’ll definitely be back next time we’re in Brighton. A real gem!

A beautiful, characteristic gem a stones throw from the beating heart of Brighton. Such a clean and unique place, and an excellent, responsive and kind host. Will absolutely be coming back to stay again, was such a great space to stay in while coming back to visit Brighton with a friend.

Peaceful place with a spacious bedroom and lovely, spacious garden. (Garden photos really undersell it, it was a nice little subtrap). Being somewhere quiet and close to the sea was important - and this place delivered! Million amenities within minutes walk as well.

I had such a lovely time in Brighton and this Airbnb was great! Has everything you need plus more, in a great location - close to the train station and is an easy walk to get to the beach!

Josh’s house was as described. Everything was spotless and had everything listed and that we would’ve needed. The location is slightly out of center but taxis are quick and cheap and walk was easy. Communication was quick and helpful. We met him on checking in and he was friendly and made everything super easy for our stay. Would definitely recommend and looking at booking next time I’m back.

Tamsin was great and responded very promptly. A lovely welcome basket was appreciated after a long flight as well as an early check in. The house was perfectly located between town and my family so we could get everywhere without a car as parking is not easy in Brighton.

Oak Cottage is a beautiful property with typical cottage feel and modern comfortable living features as seen in the pictures. Everything you needed was provided, with plenty of crockery, pans etc. a coffee machine, coffee pods a Cafetière, tea, including herbal teas & sugar all provided. There was milk, butter & bread in the fridge. Lovely details of Chocolates in a sweet tray on the dining room table and water bottles in the bedrooms. The bathroom and ensuite had hand soap and cream, shower gel, and plenty of towels were provided. Lorna was very helpful and responsive to our messages prior to our stay, we had no need to contact her during our stay. I would highly recommend Lorna & Oak Cottage.

Emily and Daniel were brilliant hosts and very easy to communicate with. Their home is beautiful and it was spotlessly clean too. Their pool area is stunning so if you get the weather it’s a really lovely space to enjoy. I would recommend this to anyone looking to spend time in this area, just be aware that the pool area is shared with their home. We were staying as did the Seven Sisters hike one day (40mins drive away). Thank you again for a lovely stay.

The CUTEST cottage! We had a wonderful stay. Close to everything and lots to do! Abigail was very quick to respond to us! Totally recommend!

After the nightmare of our other Airbnb in Brighton that we booked, James was like a knight in shining armour. He really helped us out of a tight squeeze by providing his property to us with only an hours notice. When we arrived at the house there was a bottle of Prosecco in the fridge, along with fresh fruit and flowers. The property was spotless and only a 20 min walk from the pier. His communication was fantastic and I can see why he has been rated so highly. I cannot rate him or his property highly enough and would definately stay there again on my next visit to Brighton. Perfect location for exploring Brighton. The house was clean and stylish. A stones throw from the sea and Parkrun start. We had a great weekend!

We had a brilliant time at Steve's place. I'd read the other reviews first and personally didn't find any problems with noise at night and I'm a really light sleeper so that was a bonus! In terms of the flat, it was bigger than I'd expected which was a nice surprise and the outside area was perfect - a great sun trap and better than it looked in the photos so that was the biggest bonus of all!! I've lived in Kemptown before and know the area really well but for anyone who's never been, I really recommend it, it's got a great vibe, lovely cafes and interesting shops and really close to the sea with the outdoor pool and amazing saunas. I came for work (great wifi btw) but it ended up feeling like a holiday! Thank you very much for a lovely stay!

Our stay at marks place was perfect! Great value, really helpful host (at one point we locked ourselves out but mark responded immediately and was very helpful), clear instructions for checking in and out! The place itself was lovely, lots to do nearby, about a minute from sea front! Will definitely use again!

Our stay at the sea pig was lovely. There is a great view from the balcony. Very cosy place to stay and not far from the beach. The host’s were always friendly and responsive to any questions we had. Would definitely recommend a stay at the sea pig x 🌊 🐷

This is a great place to stay in Hove and is as described. It was positioned perfectly for us for where we needed to be to visit family. The living room is a particularly great feature with sea views and plenty of space. If arriving by car, unloading can be a bit tricky due to having to park on adjacent roads but Joanne can't help that so it's just one to be aware of. We would certainly stay here again

Had an amazing time. A lovely space to stay in for the weekend, could have stayed there longer. Close to the seafront and a 15 min walk away from the Brighton 360 and upside down house experience. Plenty of local shops including Tesco's and Sainsbury's and lots of pubs and food places. Felt at home and a comfortable stay, the host (Jess) was very responsive too when I had queries. Overall an amazing stay, thanks so much.

We came for only a night but could have easily stayed longer. Beautiful location and immaculate home. We loved the view over the garden while having our morning coffee. Local pub- Blackboys Inn, is very good. A short drive, which we did due to weather, or a 30 min walk. Highly recommend this property.

Excellent apartment in great location, gated community, and facing the marina. Easy distance to central Brighton either via the beach, electric railway, car or uber.... Good local restaurants if not eating in town. Apartment was well equipped, clean and functional. Secure parking. A vey enjoyable long weekend stay by the coast.

Second stay at Adrian's at this address, the accommodation is impeccable near the center while being quiet. Good responsiveness from Adrian. There is the necessary basics (tea, coffee, salt, pepper, oil) and a good refrigerator. Shops are within 10 minutes. I recommend this neat accommodation.
