Apartment holiday rentals in Brighton and Hove

A fantastic flat in the heart of Hove, with easy access to the station and bus stop right outside. Easy car parking available at Hove station, just 2 minutes from the flat. The flat was clean, and had all the amenities including a high chair and travel cot for our 12 month old daughter. The two bedrooms were perfect for us, as it meant she could have her own room to sleep in. The kitchen dining room was a great space for us all to relax and a nice floor space for our very active crawling baby! Overall we would highly recommend for a small family (2 adults and a baby) as it suited us fabulously for a short holiday by the sea!

Well located, clean and comfortable. Great transport links to Hove and Brighton. Perfect if you want to visit the area but be out of the hustle and bustle!

Our second stay, perfect again thank you. Can’t beat the location and sea view. Flat spotlessly clean with everything we needed to hand. We had a great time.

Firstly, June was a good egg! Lovely lady and made us feel so welcome from the moment we arrived. She was always there if we had any questions or needed anything. The flat was literally perfect for a couple of nights away. Clean, everything was new. The whole place was comfortable, bright and airy with an amazing little roof terrace to sit out on and have a morning coffee or a glass of wine at night. Loads of lovely little bars, cafes, shops, etc. within a stones throw and the beach is across the road. Its our first time in Brighton for 15 years or more and we were blown away by how nice the place is. Great shops, bars were all heaving, amazing vibe, great crowd. Honestly, the whole weekend was just what the Doctor ordered and we will be back. P.s, the bed was so comfy too!!!

Unfortunately I didn’t get to stay in this apartment for long as there was issue that was out of Vinns hands and we had to move to another location. I would like to say that this apartment is beautiful but the way Vinn handled the whole situation was amazing. She honestly couldn’t have done any more if she tried. Unbelievable hosting. Thank you again Vinn.

Great location. Bed amazing, providing an amazing night sleep. I almost didn’t sleep want to get out of bed! Cosy, so much we had no issue having nights in. Host super responsive and helpful.

Lisa’s place was perfect for a few days in Brighton. It was clean and tidy and so cosy, we’ll be coming back!

Lovely little spot, it's very close to the beach and about 15 minutes walk to lovely restaurants. Do be careful it's very difficult to get into the bedroom for someone with any sort of mobility rooms (even for us it was a bit of a slow thing) but actually once you're in, its super cosy so worked for us.

We had a lovely stay. Very comfortable and bright living room. Very clean and tasteful decor. Close to many shops, bars and restaurants. We would certainly stay again.

A rare gem! And one of the best airbnbs I’ve stayed in. The Hollywood aesthetic is stunning, with such amazing features - from color block paint detail to crown molding to crystal glassware to classic photos on the wall, and TV! On top of this, the place is steps away from the sea with an amazing view from the front window. Meanwhile the unit is thoughtfully equipped with every thing you would want and expect in an Airbnb. It felt as if I were staying at the private beachfront property of celebrity ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️

Lovely place, amazing view (even when foggy!). The room felt like a Mayfair 5 star hotel. The neighbourhood is peaceful yet full of life with everything you need right outside: bakeries, flower shops and coffee places - the perfect combination to plan a quiet birthday weekend away (which we did!)

A comfortable apartment with a real Regency vibe. Great view over the Promenade and out to sea. Stuart was an excellent host and keeps the apartment in beautiful condition. Lots to do and see. Highly recommended.

Sarah’s flat was incredible. The space was perfect for two people. A private flat with a private patio and within perfect bus/walking distance to Brighton’s beaches and tourist attractions. It took 15 minutes to get everywhere and we are so glad we stayed here. Would love to return here again. Thanks so much Sarah!!

We had a wonderful stay at your place. The bed was so comfortable, and we had a great night's sleep. The swimming pool was stunning and the lovely warm temperature made it very relaxing. Excellent host - Dean was welcoming and friendly and went out of his way to make it a lovely stay. The flat was really comfortable, well kitted out and beautifully decorated, we really enjoyed the hot tub! 2 mins walk to the sea and a lovely walk along the seafront into Brighton which took about 10 minutes. We had a great time - would happily recommend.

Charlotte was a fantastic host. The bottle of bubbly on arrival was a lovely touch too. We are so lucky to have had the opportunity to stay in Charlotte's interesting and well loved home. The hot tub and roll top bath provided a great way to relax after visiting the beach and town. As artists the artwork on display made for great conversation points too. We feel inspired. Xx

Joanne was so welcoming on our arrival and had the hot tub heated up ready for us to use. Everything you could think of was there for us to use. Unfortunately we had a very busy weekend planned and wished we could have spent more time at the location. We have our next visit booked already and can't wait to use this accommodation another time, spending more time chatting with Joanne and hopefully getting to see more wildlife in the garden.

Ciera was fantastic! Very helpful, responsive and kind. The space was cozy and comfortable, very lovely. The heaters made the place very toasty which was just what we needed after a day out! The area was fab, and the location of the flat was very close to all the things we wanted to do. I’d highly reccomend this place!

Me and boyfriend went for trip to Eastbourne for my birthday celebration. Very glad that we chose to stay in Isabella’s accommodation. Apartment was clean and felt like at home. Location is good, 15 min to rail station and 25 min to the sea side. Hot tub was a nice bonus to all of it.

Melanie went above and beyond to make our experience truly special. The house itself is stunning – spotlessly clean and equipped with everything we needed for a relaxing and comfortable stay. Melanie’s attention to detail and warm hospitality really stood out. She was incredibly helpful and responsive throughout, which made the whole trip even more enjoyable.
