Marcy was an amazing host. She was quick to respond and helped me figure out a solution when I mistakenly booked it a day short. The house was adorable and exactly as described. The living space was perfect for our family and the location was a dream. Will stay here again when we are back! Thank you Marcy for making our time in Huron/Sandusky so wonderful!

This little cabin is FABULOUS! I love staying in places that feel like home and this definitely fit the bill. The kitchen had every dish and pan you could want. Full size frig, some dry goods in the cabinets, lots of extra blankets. We loved the quirkiness and character!

The Little Red House was a great base for birding the Lake Erie Shore. Close to restaurants, birding sites, and other tourist activities along Lake Erie. Joan was quick to respond to messages. Thoughtfully decorated cottage.

Had a great long weekend at Michael's place. A planned fishing trip quickly turned into a nice relaxing weekend due to all the to common, unpredictable weather on Lake Erie in early May. Michael was extremely accommodating, understanding and helpful with the unpredictable change in our departure plans. Outstanding service! We will definitely book with him again..

The house was in the perfect location for going to Cedar Point! It was very clean and easy to get into, and we loved being able to bring our dog too. The restaurant and bar recommendations were great too. We will definitely stay here again whenever we make it back up to Sandusky!

Let me start by saying we were greeted our first morning with 2 swans who would eat out of my hand and our last morning was greeted by 2 deer who were playing in the surf. Even though our last day was a little stormy, I feel it only made the experience better because of the wave action we got to watch and listen to the night before we left. This place is all as described and more. They had everything we didn't realize we needed to have a great time. I recommend this place to anyone who wants off the beaten track and the ability to enjoy nature at its finest!! We did go to cedar point one day, but i don't consider that the highlight. This place is the highlight, being able to listen to the sounds of crashing waves to go to sleep to... it was almost heaven. Host are very proactive and give lots of suggestions of where to go/ what to do, but honestly my favorite days were the days we didn't leave! Hope to be able to go back as soon as we have more PTO at work 😆.

We love the town of Vermillion. We loved being within walking distance to town for shopping, to go to restaurants or even a walk on the beach. This neighborhood was very nice and we felt right at home. The home was comfortable and we would definitely stay here again. The trains that travel by the house are frequent and quite nice to listen to, a bit nostalgic. Thank you.

2 couples & a single stayed and slept comfortably. I messaged Jessica about a few different things and she repsonded very promply. The loft was absolutley adorable, we even talked about renting it for the entire weekend next year, instead of staying in Sandusky for our annual trip. Nice touches with any type of glass you need, rocks, shots, wine, even frosted glasses in the freezer and ready to go ice cubes!! Nice shower items and plenty of rags and towels. I will say, after some adult activities, the stairs up to the loft became an total laughing point. But the paint job on them is so adorable!!! The neighborhood was so cute and qauint, not once did we feel uncomfortable. Thank you Jessica for being an amazing hostess. We will be back.

What a wonderful, gracious host- always immediately responsive and helpful! The place was clean, inviting, quiet, and had everything we needed! Because of exceptionally poor planning on my part, Jennifer thankfully allowed us to check in earlier than the stated time - which made it so less stressful for me! One word suffices for our stay here - Perfect!

Can’t complain! This unit was perfect for my family! We were on the island for the Sports Car Races and had a blast! The ease of renting a golf cart was also so great! The sunrises and the moon viewing is incredible.

We love our stay at the Golden Home! Exceeded our expectations in many ways. Having never been to Lakeside before we didn’t know what to expect, but I can’t imagine it getting much better than this rental. Good amount of space, ample places to sleep, convenient to everything in the community. We had a wonderful time and can’t wait to come back!

Easy access, up to date appliances and amenities

My family and I loved our stay at Sara's! Everything was conveniently located with less of a 10 minute drive to everything we wanted to do. African wildlife Safari I was about a 20 min drive. Scenery was beautiful, the space was clean and welcoming. We enjoyed the pool very much. We will definitely be back and will be checking out the other properties she has available. Loved it!

We stayed here during the Biggest Week In American Birding Festival, and the location was fantastic relative to Magee Marsh and many other birding spots. The cabin was clean and well maintained.

This cottage is a great reminder of a true lake house of old. It has character flowing out of every wall. The cottage is clean and very functional in a wonderful, walkable neighborhood.

Oh my goodness, what a wonderful stay! We are traveling with a puppy and not only were the hosts dog friendly, they had a dog mat with toys in the room for our pup to enjoy his stay. Highly recommend the Victorian Inn...the epitome of service beyond the sale!

Ryan’s place was very clean and comfortable. Great location for what we were there for. My wife loved the charm of the hardwood floors and wood trim. I will book again if available when we are in the area.

Truthfully have no complaints. Donald was very responsive and helpful and it was a wonderful stay at his home. I was very happy with how neat it was and it was very welcoming.

These two are the best! Not only did they block a day off for us to come early to set up for our wedding, they left a bottle of wine and gave us a late check out! Thank you so much for everything, our weekend was perfect and we appreciate all your help along the way.

While there were several issues that we had to deal with, ultimately HomeHop came through and was able to address our concerns. This is a house better suited to families with older children, not preschool or grade school ages. Close proximity to Lake Erie and two small parks. Plenty of sleeping room, comfortable beds and plenty of pillows.

We were there for the Pelee Island pheasant hunt. We couldn’t have been more pleased with the hunt, the islands hospitality and our stay at Jaak place. Five star from our crew !!
