Waterfront holiday rentals in Kea-Kythnos

The place is very confortable, very well located and Tina is specially atencious and friendly. A car is highly recomended to go around the neighborhood and to go on a day trip for some nice beachs around and to the beautiful Sounion area.

Kostas and his family were very helpful and friendly during our trip. They were the best hosts. The listing was just as described. The terrace facing the sea is great and it was nice to eat and spend time with the family. Three bedrooms allowed family members to have their own peace. The sea is right next door and a couple of hundred meters away is the nearest beach for swimming, larger sandy beaches are a kilometer and two kilometers away. We also had the company of an adorable girl cat, who is really friendly and people-oriented. Remember to put water on the table for him! The village of Daskalio has really steep hills, so you have to drive carefully with the car and if you are into jogging, there are good opportunities for uphill training. The area is peaceful and when we were there before the actual summer holiday season, the restaurants were not open for a week. The nearest decent grocery stores are in Keratéa, so driving is necessary.

We stayed with our family and used three bedrooms. Bed linen and pillows are lovely, the mattresses are a little worse, but this is individual. We especially appreciated the set of plates, we love the beautifully set tables). Nice furniture, absolutely wonderful terrace, there are necessary items. We were a little confused by the thin walls - you could hear the water being flushed in the neighboring rooms... and yes, the absolutely beautiful sea, a clean, sandy beach, suitable for both adults and children. The apartment is located in a complex elevated by the sea, beautiful bay. The system is beautifully planted with small paths. Cats living there are very sweet. The service is really excellent. We received clear instructions upon arrival and daily helpful links for restaurants and sightseeing. always happy to come back!

What can you say about this spotless apartment located in the heart of the island , is equipped with all the essentials, and much more than you could ask for! It's just 3 minutes from the port and all the shops you'll need for breakfasts , food , cafes, mini markets , bars, etc … Simos had taken care of everything is an amazing host and very helpful so we don't miss anything …The house is made and decorated with a lot of care keeping the traditional element of the island, it's all new in the house , we had a great time . We will definitely visit it again soon!!! Thanks for everything, keep it up!!!

The location is remote but has good facilities nearby, a fantastic restaurant (Arias) about 100m away serving the best seafood I’ve had outside of the UK! Not a large restaurant and has a very exclusive feel to it Equally a nice walk around the other bay, we found a few restaurants and taverna’s - our favourite was Sofrano’s The room isn’t big, but it’s well equipped and comfortable for the 4 night stay we had, and Nikos was very helpful for the few questions we had. Aircon works perfectly and much needed respite from the 35+ heat. The terrace was perfect for sunbathing and is also shaded so easy to get a break from direct sunlight Comfortable bed and nice sheets Lovely neighbours in the main house (I assume this is Nikos’ family), Poppy treated us to a salad lunch one day unexpectedly, including fish caught from the bay at the bottom of the steps! Delicious - thank you! Cannot wait to return for another stay in the future. Highly recommended Would definitely stay again

I would consider it a good value. The communication before, during and after, was superb. The property was clean and quiet. The walk to and from port involved a slight uphill/downhill but only for a block or so, easy if you are mobile. I would certainly recommend, particularly if you are in port for a sailing excursion. Overall, a great experience. Eferisto!

Petros villa exceeded our expectations in every possible way! We felt like home. It’s a true gem ! Mesmerizing 180 degrees sea view from every room, which makes you feel you are traveling in a cruise ship ! It’s like watching a peacefully colorful painting that is changing every moment … The villa has everything we needed and much more ! We enjoyed our time in the spacious pool watching the sunset colors, the swim in the turquoise waters in front of the villa, the barbecue and the dinner parties we planned at the huge terrace and living room! The privacy of the spacious villa, the spotless cleaning and the various facilities are some of its top advantages. We will definitely visit Petros villa again !

The house is right above the sea in a wonderful bay with a sandy beach and a few steps from a great local taverna. We really enjoyed and relaxed during our vacation there. The terrace is stunning - the interior gets a bit warm towards the end of the day.

Great stay. In a house with a beautiful wooded garden with exceptional sea views. Our host is very responsive, with good tips on restaurants and other activities in the area. We had a pleasant time. Our stay was truly exceptional! This spacious apartment comfortably accommodated our family of three, including our active toddler. The location is perfect, with easy walking access to beaches, restaurants, cafes, and a mini market. The property boasts two patios - one with a gorgeous sea view and a larger back terrace ideal for relaxing dinners. Everything was impeccably clean and all listed amenities were provided. The hosts were incredibly welcoming and went above and beyond. They served a delicious full breakfast each morning and were always ready with helpful recommendations. Their warmth and patience with our energetic little one was particularly appreciated. This place is an absolute gem on the island, even better than the photos suggest. Highly recommended for a memorable stay!

Kiki was great. Very friendly, welcoming. Sunset is amazing, swimming with sea views is a great experience. Lots of beautiful little beaches nearby within a 5-minute drive or even walk! Including a small cove at the bottom of the house where you can swim early in the morning or in the evening before the aperitif! We loved this stay! We recommend the house.

What can we say about this stay!!!! The property is in a great location with breathtaking views where you can enjoy great sunsets. The place IS amazing!!!! Everywhere you notice a simple luxury and you understand how taste every object has been placed inside the space. The owners have given their best!!! And amenities are beyond expectations. It was a wonderful stay in the apartment right at the shores. The apartment was exactly as described. For us it was perfect as a family with two kids. Direct access to the shallow waterfront, hardly any traffic in front of the premises, closed area , and very close to a lovely small marina with cafes and restaurants. We just loved staying here.

Property appeared exactly as pictured. Check in and put was easy. Super clean and new furniture.

The stay was very nice and went smoothly. Communication with Cosima was very pleasant and she was always there for you if you had any questions. In advance, she gave us a lot of helpful information such as the bus plan, taxi numbers and restaurant tips. The accommodation is beautiful and located directly on the sea and offers everything you could want for a small group of travelers. The location is a bit remote,but three times a day a bus goes to the next town, or you can take a taxi, which is also not so expensive. A small tavern is within walking distance, as well as the Poseidon Temple from which the bus to Athens also leaves.

We enjoyed the apartment very much. It was tastefully decorated and the kitchen well equipped. We especially enjoyed the terrace overlooking the sea and the sunset.

This was a lovely stay close to the water and the communication with Cosima was very easy and clear.
