Holiday rentals with breakfast in Kea-Kythnos

Excellent location, perhaps one of the best on the island, with a very good view and absolute tranquility. The courtyard of the house is dreamy, with aesthetics, well-kept plants, extremely hospitable and shady shelter, barbecue area and continuous free concert by cicadas! The interior of the house is impeccably designed, huge kitchen full of everything one could need, and all spaces functional and stylish. The rooms, of traditional architecture, are reminiscent of a periodical! Overall, the best a family could ask for a vacation, much more than we expected. Christos was direct, willing, very kind and helpful in everything we needed. Christos, thank you very much! If you go to Kea, there is no nicer house than this!

The house was beautiful, spotless, in a very nice location 6' from Lavrio from which one can organize and excursion to a nearby islet! We didn't do it, but it gave us ideas for the summer! Very bright with large terraces in all orientations, but the best part was the wonderful view of the sea and the quietness of the area. In summer weather, you will surely be able to enjoy them more, because now the weather has cooled and on the balcony you didn't sit without a jacket. A comfortable bed, clean sheets and towels, large closets, a fully equipped kitchen which we did not use after all, we chose to eat on the beach and in Lavrio but also to Sounio where a visit to the temple of Poseidon is imposed as in the Ancient Theatre of Thorikos! Extra tip the bottle of wine Sofia had for us and the private parking of the house, as well as the romantic lighting of the garden that automatically lights up in the evenings.

Stelios is a very capable host, very communicative, and his home has a gorgeous view! Not only that, there is a beach with a lifeguard just down the road, also very close by there is a beautiful marina. Surrounding the marina are many tavernas of all types including shops, bakeries and more! This all showcases the gorgeous sea views of the coastline along with yachts docked in Lavrio's marina. Thank you Stelios for giving our Athens cab driver such excellent directions. As advised, we visited the Temple of Poseidon here in the neighborhood, before our maiden voyage! We were lucking enough to see the Independence Day Parade in the Town Square! We will be reserving time at Stelios' home for the years to come when our boat is here in Lavrio for the wintertime.

The place is extremely nice and in the middle of a nice garden . 20 minutes walking distance from tavernas and the beach.

Very pleasant stay at this cosy place! The view is stunning

The hosts were very kind and responsive whenever we had questions. The location has a beautiful balcony to eat breakfasts or drink wine peacefully. Ample parking and only a 4 minute drive to the beach and grocery store to pick up things to cook on the stove. Wifi was great and had a TV with some English channels to catch up on news at home. Great place to stay, I would recommend to anyone who is visiting the area.

We can’t say enough about the beautiful property, lovely amenities, wonderful location and outstanding breakfasts. Kea is a special island and we so very much enjoyed our stay. George was so helpful and totally communicative in the months before our arrival. This is a must stay property!!!

Absolutely loved our stay. Staff were so friendly both on reception and behind the bar. Lovely room, clean and comfortable with great views. Pool was lovely, breakfast was great! In the evening we ordered a dessert from the bar with coffees after we had been out. Must be the best dessert I've ever had (and that's saying something!). Can't recommend highly enough, such a great place to stay. Thanks

Sophia was the nicest host! She was super friendly and helpful and supportive from the very beginning. Answering immediately even to a very late call. There’s an office so check-in is super easy! Without all these long instructions and quests 😄 Sophia also helped with a transfer and other stuff. As we were waiting for a ferry - location next to the port is crucial

I enjoyed the very clean apartment and always in touch host.

A modern and designed apartment in the centre of Lavrion. Only some steps to tavernas, bars and shops, only some minutes to habour (ferryboat). Sophia is a charming and perfect host. We enjoyed her personally served and nice breakfast in the apartment. We found a lot of parking space in the street in front of the house.

What a beautiful apartment with a great view with easy access to great swim spots (if you have a car ).. perfect for weekend getaway from Athens - or a village feel in the Athens riviera . Iannis and Maria were perfect hosts .
