Luxury rentals in Kauai County

Our family had such a great time here that I immediately went to see if this week is available next year. The kids lived in the pool! Everything you could possibly need was at the house. I also appreciated the instant communication about grocery drop off or anything else we may have needed. There was enough space to spread out but still gather together for meals and games. We rented both houses and it was perfect for our group of 16. Thank you so very much for a lovely time spent with our family celebrating our 40 anniversary.

We had a great stay at Lanikai Hale and will most certainly return! The home, the landscape and the entire area of Koloa and Poipu were all fantastic! Thank you for all the care that Luxus Vacation Properties puts into this home and the communication.

We had an incredible stay at Ning’s Airbnb! Ning was fantastic with her communication, making sure she understood all our needs. The property itself was absolutely gorgeous—one of the most beautiful places we’ve ever stayed. The fit and finish of the house were impeccable, and every detail was thoughtfully considered. Ning was also extremely accommodating, helping us coordinate with vendors before we arrived. We highly recommend this space and would love to return! The outdoor showers were the talk of all our guests. We had a few of our folks who spent endless hours on the patio staring off into the ocean overlooking the infinity pool. It was a moment out of the movies. Our family will be talking about this house for the rest of our lives.

Beautiful home in a great Hanalei Beach location. We loved sitting on the covered lanai during all times of day. Great communications and easy check-in and arrival.

This home is amazing and we would love to go back. We have been going to Kauai’s northern shore for the past 8 years as much as we can. Sometime twice a year. So we have been to all sorts of locations, including the 1-Hotel Hanalei Bay (prior to its renaming) and multiple AirBnbs in Princeville and Hanalei. This home is is no doubt the best of all. Being near the end of Weke road with direct access to Hanalei Bay beach is priceless. The home had been recently renovated and it was in great condition. The BBQ grill, hot tub, sauna and cold plunge complemented it perfectly to round up a memorable stay that we will never forget. The home features a direct view of the ocean from the living room and kitchen area, and also a view of the mountains from the kitchen window. It is easy to enjoy sunsets and dark starry nights by walking out to the backyard. And about 30 yards away you can find the beach volleyball courts. The home was equipped with many beach towels, beach chairs & umbrellas

This place is beautiful. The house and the resort it's located in is wonderful and makes for a beautiful vacation. Everything described in the house is exactly as you imagine and it was impeccable. One small improvement...the bed in the master bedroom is past it's prime. The bed has huge grooves in it and the sides are broken down. It was disappointing, as for the price you expect a wonderful bed for sleeping. Other than that it is a great house!

What a truly beautiful stay! From the moment we arrived to the moment we left, the staff was beyond kind. Now to talk about the property, the pictures do not do it justice. We sadly saved all the exploring for our last day, but man are we so happy we got to experience this. From the view of the kai, to the pristine amenities, to the farm and aqua activities. And don’t even get me started on our bungalow. WOW. It gave my partner and I some ideas of what we’d like to do with our future Hale! Mahalo, I cannot thank you guys enough for making our trip so special!

Seriously, one of the best homes I've experienced via Airbnb. The house is spectacular in every way (design, functionality, beauty and its surrounding views). The attention to details throughout the house (design & functionality) is truly world-class. We absolutely fell in love with this home. The open air design, with spacious open rooms, which all lead out to a large terrace and infinity pool is breathtaking. The home has a peaceful and tranquil quality to it. Our only issue concerning the property was the construction noise abutting the property. It will be important to coordinate with the host in advance as to whether there will be any construction projects with neighboring properties. Aside from this, the property is truly amazing.

Beautiful, peaceful, and very well put together property. This place was as described and then some. We loved everything about this from location to amenities.
